Having your team embrace what the company stands for helps them become more productive at work. You want employees that love their job. Having employees that love their job will help your company become more successful.

INSTANT MBA: Google Advisor Says Not To Worry About Specialization In Your Career
I like this idea, because I know for myself, I like learning as much in as many different areas as possible. I feel like the more I learn, no matter what position I work in, the more valuable I will be if another opportunity opens up in the future. I have used this mindset in my current job. I have learned how to do just about every position there is at the company. That not only helps me at this job, but it may help me if I seek future endeavors.

People who are passionate about their work give their best effort into what they are doing. This is especially true for people who are emotionally tied to the thing they are producing. My staff instructors believe in the product they are selling, and they believe in the need it satisfies. Without that belief and passion, there is no way they could deliver top notch customer service and unsurpassed quality.

The article emphasizes the approach you take for your brand team. I think it is very important to keep everyone on your team up to date and on the same page with what you would like for your brand to accomplish. By doing this, your brand team will be able to better make the decisions you wish to see made on your brand.

INSTANT MBA: Your Team Needs To 'Embrace What The Brand Stands For'
How can you say it any better than Cline Davis already has "It's the understanding of the belief, why that brand exists, why that brand was developed, and why that brand is being marketed to the individuals in the consumer segment." One they understand they will understand why they are doing something and will be better at doing it. If you have a group of employees that don't care then there will be little success in your business or product.

INSTANT MBA: Your Team Needs To 'Embrace What The Brand Stands For'
I think it is very important that employees believe in the mission of their organization. When someone is genuinely committed to the cause, they will work harder because they identify with the job more.

Investment in a brand takes time and hard work. if your employees understand what is behind the brand, meaning how the brand came about, what it stands for or represents, they will be more willing to jump on board to make it a success.

INSTANT MBA: Your Team Needs To 'Embrace What The Brand Stands For'
I agree with this article. Everyone should be aware of what the company stands for. They must know this and stand for it also. When you are connected to the brand of the company it will always be more successful than if you weren't aware of this.

This is an awesome article to read if you love and embrace the brand that you work for. It is true that an employee who believes in what they are doing and what they are selling or representing will do a better job than if they do not. An employer should cause his employees to stand by what they are doing or what they are selling in order to better the represent the company.

I agree with Craig Romanok when he says that The first step in getting the brand team aligned with the brand strategy or brand new idea is to make sure that they understand and really embrace what that brand stands for from a purpose perspective. I think that it is very important for your team to be onboard with the same goals and objectives as you are. This way everyone is on the same page.

INSTANT MBA: Your Team Needs To 'Embrace What The Brand Stands For'
The concept in this article has been mentioned so many times before. Other articles have mentioned it, books have been written about it, and businesses mention it because it is so very important to a business's success. Your employees should be 100% committed to the company and the product they are making. It is crucial that the idea of the company's mission and what they want to accomplish is correctly transmitted to the employees so that the products are made correctly and consistently. If your employees are not on the same page as your company then the product quality and customers will suffer.

INSTANT MBA: Your Team Needs To 'Embrace What The Brand Stands For'
Steve Jobs believed this to the highest extent. When people said, "There is no way that we will be able to have this software created and perfected in time". Steve Jobs would tell them that he believes in them and he knows they the can do it. He embraced everything what Apple stands for, leaders in innovation, simplicity, and making revolutionary things. He made his employees feel the same way. When everyone is on the same page and knows the importance, it makes your team closer and more productive.

MBA Instant: Your Team Needs To Embrace What The Brand Stands For
In this link it states that a executive must get their employees to be enthused about the brand. Doing this is very important because the employee needs to be with the project fully. If a person should fail to get a employee being the project, the employee would not put a lot of effort into the project. Being a enthusiastic leader can have a postive out come for everyone.

INSTANT MBA: Your Team Needs To 'Embrace What the Brand Stands For'
If your team understands what the brand is, and what they are working for, they will be more productive workers. If they know where the idea for this brand started, and understand your passion for your own brand, then they will see how much you care about it and want it to succeed, and they will likely follow along. Your passion and your team's ideas can help your brand continue to grow and be successful.
