it’s very important that everyone on the team knows the overall goal. Everyone needs to have a clear understanding of what’s at hand. So to make sure everyone is on the same page emails, meetings, and etc. should be used. That way you can make sure your point will get across.

Instant MBA: Your Team Needs To ‘Embrace What the Brand Stands For
This article discusses the importance of establishing a corporate culture. It also expresses that establishing the culture is only half the objective and one must know how to initiate it's message among employees. If an employee does not understand what image the company is attempting to portray then he or she is bound to unknowingly disobey it. Once an employee knows what the company stands for then they can begin molding their mindset correlate with this culture. It is the task of the manager or team leader to instill the culture and be sure that the employees 'embrace' it. This was a very good article.

This article points to the saying that “team work makes the dream work.” That being said, if your team believes in your brand then, all should fall into place. They have to feel just as confident in the brand as you do they should be excited about what they do and provide innovative ideas to enhance the brand. For example, Walmart and Target consistently promote their brand. Walmart has revamped its brand multiple time following the shift in customer demand. No dream or brand can thrive without support and the help of others who want you to succeed.

INSTANT MBA: Your Team Needs To 'Embrace What The Brand Stands For'
Embracing the brand is important because people need to know what the company is about rather its being motivated or influenced. Employers need to take the time out and understand the brands motives and how people can go about delivering a different approach for the brand. If an employer forgets about the brand then they lose focus and lose interest about the company. But with that being said brand loyalty is one of the most important aspects to the company.

INSTANT MBA: Your Team Needs To 'Embrace What The Brand Stands For'
Brand teams must have the same vision and purpose to accurately present and persuade people to purchase that brand. This purpose doesn't only need to just be communicated through the brand team and top management, it has to be known throughout the entire organization so it can be displayed by all employees. If the top management doesn't have a true passion for the brands staple then it won't be effectively executed through the corporation.

This link talks about the importance of a brand. It is important to get your employees motivated about a brand, especially in a startup. If your employees don’t believe in your brand, neither will your customers.

"The first step in getting the brand team aligned with the brand strategy or brand new idea is to make sure that they understand and really embrace what that brand stands for from a purpose perspective." When your team understands the brand and what it stands for it makes them more likely to work harder for that brand. It also makes them want to work for the brand and to make the most of their job. When you have employees who want to and do work harder for the brand, makes your business more successful and thrive to reach its full potential.

I would have to say that I agree with this article. When someone believes in an idea it allows for hard work to prosper. If someone disagrees with an idea they are more likely to work half as hard. This is just common sense when it comes to the work force where ideas are thrown around all the time. If an idea to one person is brilliant and bad to another the team won't be running on all cylinders because a third of the group doesn't really care for the idea. However, if the team works together and believes in what they do then the final product will be extraordinary. It is this belief that drives people to get things done, that passion allows for work ethic to bloom and be contagious for others.

Your team needs to embrace what the brand stands for.” This article is so true you have to know what you are representing and what you are selling. You cannot just be trying to sell things you have no passion or love for; otherwise you will halfway do the job. This would be cheating yourself. Know what you are selling; know the history, and what it stands for. In doing this, people will notice that you know your material and feel comfortable buying anything that you have to sell.

Instant MBA: Your Team Needs To Embrace What The Brand Stands For
This was a good article. When you work for a company or an individual it's hard to put your all into it if you don't believe in what they stand for. Like the other articles we have read, when you hire people you want people who believe in what the company stands for and can represent it to the fullest. Not only when you're hiring, but it is also to keep your current employees and yourself aware of what is going on with the company, the current goals, trends it supports, and ways that everyone can be a part of the brand, in order to promote better business.

INSTANT MBA : Your Team Needs To 'Embrace What The Brand Stands For'
I agree with this article, if your employees don’t value or embrace what the brand stands for, then they won’t be enthusiastic about their job and overtime, they won’t be happy. This is the same idea as article #26. If an employee is enthusiastic and passionate about the brand they represent, they will be happy and customers will be happy.

INSTANT MBA: Your Team Needs to Embrace What the Brand Stands For
The main purpose that employees should note is the overall mission statement of your company along with the companies goals. When employees truly understand this then they are able to complete task that specifically benefit the comparative ideas. If employees aren't on the same page as the brand this could effect the work produced by this certain employee. All task being performed to your particular company should be specific, so every employee should think specific to this company.
