Instant MBA: Your Team Needs To ‘Embrace What the Brand Stands For’ This article touches bases on very important topics. First, every team needs to understand and be on board with the brand. This means getting all the background information on the brand. With that, they will be able to deliver it more clearly to customers and suggest more innovative ideas to help better market the brand. If the team understands the brand and can deliver it to customers, then that means more profits for the business and greater incentives. Bottom line is if the team embraces the brand and execute the steps on marketing in, those are grounds for profitable business. If the team doesn’t understand the brand or isn’t interested in learning more about it, then it is time to find another team. In the business, there’s only room for progression and every team should understand that. Loved it!

INSTANT MBA: Your Team Needs To 'Embrace What The Brand Stands For'
I believe nobody likes to go somewhere without knowing why and where they are going. In a business environment, employees should be told about the mission and nature of their jobs. Specifically, this article states that every member of a brand team should understand the purpose of what the brand attempts to accomplish. The team leader has the responsibility to disclose and explain every detail of the brand, so all members are aligned with the goals of the project. This article also says that being informed about the brand helps people feel identified with the project, and therefore, they will embrace the project and invest the time required to achieve the objectives.

Instant MBA: Your Team Needs To ‘Embrace What the Brand Stands For’
The points brought out in this article are great. When your team understands and embraces what the brand stands for, they will have enthusiasm and compassion for the product which will show in their work. If you have individuals that do not embrace the brand, then you are more likely to find lower results and they will not approach their jobs with the same enthusiasm. You can see examples of this many times with sales associates. I recently had an experience with an electronics representative that did not know the product she was representing and she seemed less than enthusiastic. The result of this situation was that I also became less enthusiastic about the purchase and moved on to another manufacturer that showed me they knew their product and they also believed in their product.

It is very important for your employees to believe in and understand your brand or product. This will lead to your employees being passionate and dedicated to their work and company. When you are passionate about something, you are more dedicated to it. I enjoy and understand how to plan and implement electrical project in industrial plants. I see the importance in the way the work is done and the process that it takes to do. I feel that because of this I am more dedicated and passionate about what I am doing.

INSTANT MBA: Your Team Needs To 'Embrace What The Brand Stands For'
It is important to explain to your employees the full picture of what your brand stands for. It is ideal to have your team all on the same page and excited about your brand. Everyone should know the ins and outs so that there is a powerful consistent message being put off by your brand. Confidence in your brand can be a strong competitive advantage and one way to show that is to have a good team who is inspired by the product they market.

Instant MBA: Your Team Needs To Embrace What The Brand Stands For
When you work for a company or an individual it's hard to put your all into it if you don't believe in what they stand for. Like the other articles we have read, when you hire people you want people who believe in what the company stands for and can represent it to the fullest. Not only when you're hiring, but it is also to keep your current employees and yourself aware of what is going on with the company, the current goals, trends it supports, and ways that everyone can be a part of the brand, in order to promote better business.

INSTANT MBA: Your Team Needs To 'Embrace What The Brand Stands For'
A team that knows exactly what the brand of your company stands for is definitely a hard working team. It is your responsibility as a leader to make sure that you have a hard working team by making sure your team understands why the brand exists, why the brand was developed, and why the brand is being marketed to the individuals in a particular consumer segment, as stated in the article. Having a team that is as passionate about your brand as you are is very important. Your team should be dedicated to what your company does and who your company services. A team full of enthusiastic, passionate, dedicated, and hardworking people, is a team that will bring plenty of success to your company.

INSTANT MBA: Your Team Needs To 'Embrace What The Brand Stands For'
In order to effectively sell a product or service, you must know what you are selling. If you don't know exactly what your selling, a customer can tell, because you won't be able to answer any questions appropriately. Also, if you know your product inside and out, then you will be much more confident in the process of a sale. If a customer sees that you are enthusiastic about that product, then so will they, but it works vice versa as well.

INSTANT MBA: Your Team Needs To 'Embrace What The Brand Stands For'
This is an excellent sales tactic for any salesperson. Believing in your product and what it stands for makes the other person trust the product itself. If you take the time to learn all about what the brand is and why it was made in the first place you will have an advantage in promoting it. It is all about showmanship and a great big smile. Believe in what you are selling, and if the customer cannot see it then you are not passionate about what you are selling in the first place. Take time to find a brand that makes you happy or that you wear and then be a part of the team.

INSTANT MBA: Your Team Needs To 'Embrace What The Brand Stands For'
If you're selling something you not only need to know about the product but you also need to believe in the product. If you're not excited about a product when you're selling it then you will not have much success; people won't be confident in buying it if you're not confident in selling it. This happens a lot in retail; customers will ask about a product and the associates either don't know much about it or don't care enough to help this person out with it.

INSTANT MBA: Your Team Needs To 'Embrace What The Brand Stands For'
I think that as a business owner or an individual on a management level your team must be emotionally connected and committed to the brand, company, or project to generate the most success out of it. When they become connected to the brand he/she begins to visualize ways to make it prosperous become motivated to get it there. It is also important that the staff have clear vision of the brand and where the brand should be so they can create effective ways to get it where it should be.

INSTANT MBA: Google Advisor Says Not To Worry About Specialization In Your Career
I think so many people get stuck in jobs where they are not passionate about and comfortable doing. It is easier to keep doing the job you are familiar with, then to find a job that you love. You should have confidence in yourself, skills and education to go find the job you love. Believe in yourself and go look for the opportunities. Learn along the way, take on new tasks and skills they will give the chance to see what you like and love to do. Many of us, including me, just settle for a job that is only a paycheck, being passionate on what you do will make your daily life wonderful. Don't settle for a job, find a passion.

INSTANT MBA: Your Team Needs To 'Embrace What The Brand Stands For'
I believe it is true that employees who are on board with the company's brand and what it stands for will lead to greater success. Raising Canes makes many efforts to get their crew members invested in what the company stands for. I have worked at a few different Raising Cane's locations, and the ones that seem to run the best have a team of employees who are honestly dedicated to the company's vision and mission. If you have a group of employees who don't care, it will be much more difficult to achieve success.

INSTANT MBA: Your Team Needs To 'Embrace What The Brand Stands For'
I believe it is important for people to know exactly what your brand for your company stands for so they can implement it. For example my company is called Murphy USA and their motto is fast, friendly, and full. They want there customers the have a great experience when they come to the station. It is important for us to stay in stock with inventory and gas, because if we are out of these things it turns customers away because that is what they come there for. It is also important for us to be friendly to the customer because the more friendly we are the more they will come back and shop. You have to implement to your team what you want your brand to stand for because if not they will do things their way and it might not be good.
