This guy is extremely boring but everything he said was true. While trying to jeep myself awake I listened to him make some valid points. Managers should help. They should ask questions and get a better understanding of how to manage employees.

Leadership involves inspiring others to do better, finish the job with a smile on your face, or simply help someone accomplish the objective that is shared between the organization. In the last 24 hours I taught 3 people how to wakeboard and got paid for it. Now they want to come back for more lessons. THat is my answer to the man in the video asking what have you done in the last working day.

Being a leader is more than assigning tasks. Leaders need to take an integral part in the operations of their company. It proves that they are knowledgeable to the work environment and that they are not ashamed of hard work.

Serving people is very important when one is a leader. You have to listen to people and serve them what they are asking for. Whether is be an employee or a customer.
