In the world we live in today, change is inevitable. Like many people say, " The only constant is change." In order for businesses to be successful, they must have the ability to adapt to change. Business strategies and products are just a couple major aspects of the business world that are innovated frequently. If you can't change, you will be left behind.

good video, to stay on top of things you need to be flexible. if the situation changes then you should be able to change your mind ie change the plan. alot of people see the plans going on and then they'll say that people are fickle if they change their mind but i see that people need to be able to change up the plan if they want to stay on top of the elements.

I believe that change is good. And yes they guy in the video is so correct. When your a manager or anyone in business you need to know that just because you do something like that the first time doesn't mean you will keep doing it the same way. Business environments are always changing and hopefully for the better. I know where I work we have had to make so many changes, changes in the handbook, how we run certain systems etc. I think everyone should know that with change you can only be more successful.

I completely agree that flexibility in decisions is key to a good business structure. Knowing when you've made the wrong decision and having the ability to admit that and change it is a great thing. I think that sometimes we are too proud to admit things we've done wrong but it takes a strong leader to see they've made a bad decision and fix it.

The idea of being flexible and adaptable is very important in today's world. I actually was asked questions in my last interview to see how must adaptability I had. Because i was applying as a development coordinator for a non-profit and in charge of their fundraisers, I was always put to the test with changes. Things never went as planned and I had to be able to adapt to changes very qucikly. I think this applies to all aspects of today's corporate world.

Change is a part of life and life will continue to change. In this modern age business have to adopt change and to foster that atmosphere of change on to it's employees and to focus that each employee is embracing change as it come because if the employee can't adapt to changes in business then how can the employee full serve customers without adapting to the changes that may occur in a business setting.

This guy's response to the question went exactly as I thought it would. I totally agree that a business totally reliant on demand makes decisions that are best at the current time with current information. As he said, any real business needs to be flexible so that it may adapt to changes in the market. Decisions follow the same path, where if the decision made at the time is no longer relevant or beneficial then why stick to it? Unless you signed a contract and didn't secure a way out, then information needs to reexamined and the decision rethought. Good video.

One of the best attributes of a company is the ability to adapt to change. We are in a generation where change is very rapid and new technology and such is continuously being invented so change is important for a company to thrive and stay competitive. A company must keep changing to stay competitive in their market. Change is good!

You should be well informed and prepared to make a change and do so quickly if need be. There is an ebb and flow that does not always follow your path or schedule and it is quite possible for something to arise that you didn't think of. So be prepared.

I understand the concept of the video, flexibility is key. Like it was explained the world is a constant changing environment nothing is ever the same. Flexibility is the key to being able to adapt in any situations. Their are a lot of managers and so forth that get stuck with a decision and are mostly to afraid to be flexible and adapt.

Change is something that is always going to occur in business and managers should be open to it and know how to handle it when it comes about. Change is not always a bad thing. I think in every business it's important to change in order to grow. You may have your mind set on one way of thinking but then someone opens your eyes to a whole other approach that is even better. Don't be afraid of change because it can help you in the long run.

WIth this fast paced world we live in, change is happening on what seems like a daily basis. People and business can be weary of change and find it difficult to adapt to. If the change is able to increase productivity or improve the quality of business, the company should focus on training employees to help them adapt and adjust to the changes being made.

Bein open minded and flexible is a key factor in successful leadership. Without flexibility, there would be no creativity. Having an open mind to change is the only way a business can grow in the fast paced world we live in.
