Change is something most business leaders should be well aware of and should also be open to it. Business environments change constantly and leaders need to be willing to make changes that best suit their company. If they get to set in one way and refuse to change, they could seriously damage their company.

I think one of the best attributes a company can have is it's ability to adapt to change. When a decision is made, if the effects of that decision are harming the organization, sticking to it just because you made a decision about it doesn't make any sense. As the economy, environment, employees, competitors, products, etc. are changing, companies must adapt to these changes and reevaluate the strategies and decisions in place and make new decisions based on their findings.

Change play a big part in our life, from your job, the way you think, and how we look at the world. In business you well want to learn how to adopt to change in a instant but as we all know in todays business work technology change so fast we will and need to make sure we are right side it being on the same path.

The key is being flexible, and accept changes if at all you need to change. Of course strategies are changing, the behavior changes, competition, because they are the people who already accept change and you need to change. It is also something as a manager will have difficulties when implementing because people do not like change, people like to stay in their comfort zones. But as a manager you need to be example by first accepting change and encouraging employees to like the changes and their advantages.

I completely agree with this video. Business today can change within a split second. One day one thing will be important and popular and the next day something else entirely will be more important and popular with customers. As a result, business men and women cannot be stubborn and set on just one solution or answer to problems. Business men and women must be flexible and able to change their minds based on the situation. Although you may have a great idea, it may not be good for another situation and since the circumstances change so quickly in the world of business, business people must be able to keep up with the changes and think on their feet.

I agree with the video because in today's business world most manager or employee feel that your idea or way if thinking is check never wanting to listen to the other people idea or plan. People need to learn how to get out of that way of thinking that they are always right and give everything they do i second thought.

Flexibility is incredibly important for companies and many large companies struggle with this because they are simply too rigid. Typically companies that are larger have a more difficult time adapting to change because there are so many moving parts. But if you begin with creating a flexible environment, even as your company grows you will be able to adapt quickly. Many times flexibility is the competitive advantage that differentiates you from your competition.

In order to be a good business leader you have to be flexible. Things are constantly changing such as customer behaviors and competition. You have to be able to change your mind on important decisions. Once you make a decision, that does not mean it's set in stone. You can't be stuck in your ways when the environment and facts are constantly changing.

Being flexible is very important. It's important because you never know when demand of customers will change. You need to be ahead of the competition at all times to stay on top. Business environment always changes. Being able to adopted is a great advantage.

Being flexible is an important part of any business because it helps the owner and the workers. Peoples lives change on a daily basis and so does businesses and there flow, owners should understand that and not be so to the book with things. Being able to adopt to change will help the business grow. nothing is ever permeant and owners should understand to go with the flow.

He's staying in the video that its okay to change a decision when needed. Sometimes in the business environment you wont always come to a final decision sometimes you are going to have to change your mind even when its last minute. I'm not saying that you should change your mind all the times but less frequency and make sure that your decision is the best decision when working for a firm.

Changing your mind on some things should happen sometimes, but not very often. Everyone makes decisions and once it's made they end up rethinking it over in order to make sure they made the right decision. Everyone's minds automatically do this. The best thing is making a decision and sticking to it. Once the decision is made a carried through, if you then realize that maybe it was a bad choice then line up changes within your company. All employees should always be ready for change. In this environment we live in today technology changes daily. New things are invented on a daily basis and nowadays employees need to be flexible and open-minded when dealing with change in a work environment. If everyone stays with a positive attitude, the change will act fluently and not cause too much chaos.

Adapting to change is something that is hard for a lot of businesses. A lot of people have the "if it ain't broke don't fix it" mindset, and therefore may fall behind when times and everything around them are changing.

The first thing the man said I agree with. As a manager you must be flexible because thing changes so don't stick on one thing. Change can bring your company or business success
