I agree with this video it's important that you value the people in your company that are problem solvers and know how to get things done. By nurturing your employees you are ensuring that they are being treated fairly and that will drive them to continually do their job well.

I agree with the message of the video. As a leader or manager it is key to find people that can identify and solve problems. This video as revealed a third characteristic of finding people with potential is the ones that bring people together to solve the problem. I think that's really neat and I will start doing that more at my job.

Although I agree that people who can easily or accurately identify problems within a company are the ones that should be nurtured I do not believe they are the only ones who will bring value to the company. I think that being a good problem solver is important but being a problem fixer is just as good. So there's people who actually realize and recognize their is a problem and there is the people who actually take the steps to fixing those problems. Then, there's people who try to prevent those problems. Those are all the kind of people, who I think should be nurtured.

Sheryl Sandberg: C-Suite Speaks
I agree with the video and the part that resonates with me is the "people that solve problems without creating friction." Sandberg feels that employees who can not only find problems, but who can solve them in a way that will bring harmony and cohesiveness to the organization are the best to nurture into leadership roles. These employees can work as team leaders, because they are able to see the big picture and solve problems systematically.

I think it is important to make sure the people who are talented in an organization are made aware of their abilities. I agree with her saying that people who are able to solve problems are critical pieces in every organization. Nurturing them helps them along with others.

This video provided suggestions on finding and retaining good employees. A good employee starts by being able to have an impact on the company. Being able to communicate with other employees and being a leader and help identify and solve problematic situations that can help the company succeed.

The biggest part of solving a problem is identifying it. Once a problem is identified, half of the battle is solved.

Problems are inevitable, and knowing how to solve them and not just state them is important in the growth of a business. If an employer can identify problem solvers, those are the types of employees he or she should invest in.

I like Sheryl Sandberg, somehow I don't agree with her point of view in this video. There is no bad employee, if an employee does not perform well in the position, it's an indication that he/she might be assigned with wrong task, he/she is not happy. Retain and nurture those who not only can identify problems but also can solve them is not very diverse.

Retaining talent is key, but retaining the right talent is the secret. Keeping the right people that fit your organization's personality and goals are the type of people that you want long term. People that can handle managerial issues cleanly and swiftly are the managers that are going to be in high demand for these companies.

Turnovers are not a good thing. If a company has invested time, money, training into an employee then try to keep them as long as possible. It cost a company more to go through the process of hiring and training someone else, then to help direct someone.

Being able to identify a problem, but actually being able to solve them is another. The employees you want to notice and nurture are the ones that can solve problems with ease and harmony. This is a strong leadership quality.

According to her she says the best people are the ones who identify the problem and solve it while taking others with them. This is a nice video to watch when wondering who to nurture in your company. Many people can identify the problem but are not able to solve them. I would use this statement in the workplace and would share it with others. By nurturing your employees you boost the moral in the company and it leads to success.

Sheryl believes that nurturing your employees helps to solve problems by finding people who can not only identify problems but can solve them and are able to use the help of others. Lots of people can identify problems but they are not the best people to nurture, you want to nurture someone who is able to solve the problem and can use others help

I agree with the speaker, you should find people who can identify the problem and be able to solve it.
