Sheryl Sandberg: C-Suite Speaks
Sheryl had some good tips on how to retain employees. I think this video can help managers when hiring or promoting another employee of the company. She describes to look for employees who can find people who can identify problems and solve them.

Problem solving and identifying are important things are to be able to do in any type of organization. Sandberg goes further to say that while your are problem solving you need to be able to take people along with you. I think this is important not only for creating a team but for teaching others how they can solve these types of problems in the future. Sandberg problem knows a thing or two about problem solving being the COO of Facebook, and her tips are very useful.

TITLE - Sheryl Sandberg: C-Suite Speaks
What she said was quite simple because she only had 30 seconds but people who identify problems are the best people to work with. I can identify a problem and solve it if she need me on the facebook staff. There will always be people there you will need in a business that can identify problems as quickly as possible so they can get resolved as fast as possible.

Sheryl Sandberg: C-Suite Speaks
This video discusses retention in the organization. The individuals that are worth the company's time and resources for retaining should always be nurtured and trained properly. This technique will promote better staff and the best candidates for new positions or jobs. This video was fair and insightful.

Sheryl Sandbery: C-Suite Speaks
It is important to keep valuable staff on board. If employees are good at what they do and a company has invested money and resources, they should try their best to keep these employees as long as possible. It is expensive to train employees and the faster the turnover is in a business, the more a company has to continue to train and invest in new employees. Problem solving is an important skill to have in an employee and a company should do everything possible to maintain good problem solvers.

Sheryl Sandberg: C-Suite Speaks
This was an interesting video. Nurturing your employees to be the best they can be can sometimes be hard when trying to figure out their best attributes. I like what she said about problem solving. Someone who can find a problem, solve it while working together are the employees you should nurture. This sounds like a great idea.

Sheryl believes that nurturing your employees helps to solve problems by finding people who can not only identify problems but can solve them and are able to use the help of others. Lots of people can identify problems but they are not the best people to nurture, you want to nurture someone who is able to solve the problem and can use others help.

Sheryl Sandberg: C-Suite Speaks
Sometimes people who can act as problem identifiers and problem solvers are hard to find. Sandberg feels that employees who can not only find problems, but who can solve them in a way that will bring harmony and cohesiveness to the organization are the best to nurture into leadership roles. These employees can work as team leaders, because they are able to see the big picture and solve problems systematically.

Problem solving is very important in business when you hire you want to make sure that they can step up. That the employees you have hired use the skills that they have. Problem solving can be simple or complicated but when you have employees who can do it without your help you should appreciate and learn and teach them new ways to innovate.

Sheryl Sandberg: C-Suite Speaks
Very simple to the point. When being a business owner, you should surround yourself with people that can identify and solve problems. The company you built will go as far as your employees will go, so it is important to keep them motivated at all times, so they can also take initiative and address problems accordingly.

You have to keep valuable staff on board who will accomplish the necessary tasks. If employees are good at what they do and a company has invested money and resources, they should try their best to keep these employees as long as possible. The most important thing for workers is to identify problems and find solutions to those problems, this will allow for supervisors to see the potential you have and instruct you on how to further grow. Standing out amongst the crowd is a great way to get noticed, especially if the higher ups are looking around the company for some good talent. People who play well with others is a must because if they cannot get along and work together than most of the projects they work on will fail. Problem solving ability, teamwork, and talent will get you noticed.

Sheryl Sandberg: C-Suite Speaks I feel like the ultimate message here was to find people who are experts in making their criticism constructive. This is definitely a necessary component to have in the workplace and a very delicate balance to achieve.
