I agree with the video that the best way to improve sales is to engage the clients and customer service. This in turn allows the company to get feed-backs about products, to learn ways of improving customer experience and at the end of the day. Keep the customer and make money. This video is very useful in comprehending how sales works sometimes.

This video reinforces the fact that in order to have a successful business, leaders must be willing to learn about their target audience's beliefs and desires. Wigs.com seems to be very influenced by what their customers say which makes perfect sense. The company caters to their customers with helpful videos as well, which gives them even more points in the customer's eyes.

Customer service is no longer a specialty. It is a standard for business these days. It is very inspiring the business that she has created. Understanding the client's perspective and customer service excellence is vital in growing a business and no business will survive without it.

If companies listened to the customers suggestions or needs I feel they would be more profitable. Because the customer knows what they want, they are the consumer and as a business your priority is to keep them happy.

She makes a great statement at the beginning about how much easier it is to keep existing customers rather than gaining new ones. Our business world is growing with competition every day. Focusing on customer retention rather than putting 100% focus on gaining new customers is vital. If I ever had my own business, I would do everything in my power to make my customer's aware of the fact that they matter to me. Existing customers are the reason for a company's success and should never be taken for granted.

With today's technology, the consumer has taken control of the market. Through social media, the consumer's voice has only straightened. Because of this alone, it is mush more important as well as easier to learn from them and change your product or service accordingly. Companies must keep the consumer at the center of their business because if they don't, someone else will!

I think more businesses should adopt the practice fo listening to their customers. It really isnt that hard to provide a product that people want because most people dont have a problem telling you what they want. I love that this company takes what they do to heart and they know how much of a difference they are making in peoples lives. They want to provide the best customer service because they really do care about their customers.

I agree with this video. The customer is most important when it comes to maintaining a customer base and relationships. I don't think I fully agree with all of the wig choices, but then again wigs aren't my thing. She has a great heart as well for always relating how the wig can make someone just feel better about themselves in general. I love to see people go into business for a cause or to just generally help people feel better about themselves and I believe that is what she did and is doing good at it as well.

Always listen to your customers. This isn’t to say do whatever they tell you, but you should take the comments and suggestions to heart. Pay attention to what is said and look into the things that grab your attention. Often times customers are the ones who notice problems before the company, upper management in particular, so always pay attention to the customer.

This video tells us that customer service is number one when it comes to selling and making profit because repeat customers ARE your profit and target base. It's good to keep in contact with past customers and learn from them what they like and don't like to inspire the business to create something else for them. They are the demand, the driving force, and should be listened to no matter how big the business becomes.

I can definitely relate to this. I work at a salon and I am a stylist. I definitely have to keep your focus on the client and look at everything from the clients perspective. If you do not then they will not come back to you. The lady here speaking seems like she really knows how to communicate and keep the client involved because if you do not then you won't have them as a client anymore. I have a lot of clients who come to me because I listen to what they want. And I know this because they tell me. they complain about how know one listened to what they wanted before that's why there are sitting at my chair. I have actually gone to wigs. com and have ordered hair pieces for a client and the quality and the customers service lady I spoke to was all on point.

I agree with this video, customer service is very important in regards to gaining and keeping customers. Even if you have a fabulous product, if the company is unable to service the customer in a positive manner they will be unable gain or keep customers. As it was also stated in the video, it is also important to be mindful of what your customers wants and needs are in order for your company to continue to strive.

Customer service is a major part of a business. It is an important part of retaining your customers. The online buying experience is tougher because there is no face to face customer interaction but reading customer reviews is similar and very helpful. However, not all customers leave reviews on items they've purchased.

Customer service is the thing that most companies tend to neglect, or forget about. Most companies are so focused on expanding their business, including their amount of customers which leads them to forget the customers that they already have. Another reason is that many companies do not view customer service as one of the important elements of their business, I think this is the biggest mistake a company can make. As a customer, I will go out of my way to go to a store or market place that has good customer service. Like the video mentioned, keeping a customer is a lot easier than gaining a whole new one.
