Its so important to listen to what the customers have to say and what they want in a product. They are the ones supporting the business. Providing great customer service is key. Having a website that shows the products and how to maintain them it a great feature to have.

I agree that it is easier to keep a client than it is to gain a new one. Having great customer service is extremely important to a company because it can make a difference with the transaction and it will make or break the future transactions. It's also important because word of mouth is a huge factor in gaining or losing customers. Two companies that come to mind that have great customer service are Bed Bath and Beyond and Zappos, they both have great customer service and it makes me a loyal customer to them.

It is extremely important for a business to keep its competitive edge which means keeping the customer happy and creating new ways to keep them satisfied. In any business you run, your focus should always be on the customers. As you grow as a business it gets more challenging to keep your customers happy.

I love the focus that Wigs.com has on the client perspective. Customer service truly is the most important thing when running a business. I like how she points out that it is much easier to keep an existing client than it is to gain a whole new one. If you provide the excellent customer service to your ongoing clients, the word will get out. So much advertising is done these days by word of mouth. This is why it is important to have that customer service team always on top of things in order to keep each customer happy.

I have always felt that customer service can make or break a company. It is so important to be nice and listen to your customer's needs. Having good customer service is what will keep your customers coming back. I work at a local pizzeria from the New Orleans area, and one of our main goals is to make every customer a regular. Because I work the same shifts on the weekend, I see a lot of the same faces. I make a point to always chat with them, even if they are not my table. There are several couples and families that have been coming for years. When they come in, they feel welcome and and in a friendly atmosphere. Some of our regulars know the whole staff and even the managers. Customer service is one of the best word of mouth marketing tools. A company should put a major focus in this area.

In today's world, it is critical that we maintain a continuous view on the changing external environments. Without a customer base, we will never succeed as a business, and if we maintain a strong customer base but never listen to their suggestions, complaints, and thoughts, we will also never have a successful business. In an industry such as fashion, where the competition is so high and strong, it is critical that you continually look for ways to differentiate yourself from the competition. In the situation with this wig company, it is even more critical, considering that their target is part of a very niche market, and can be overlooked if they do not promote themselves and show themselves as a viable source in the industry. When you don't listen to your customers, you develop a reputation of arrogance with the company, and this can easily hinder the success and long run profits of the business. Accept your customers as consultants and use their inputs to further your business. The cost of keeping a customer is so much lower than the cost of finding a new one.

Wigs.com is an online business that sells wigs and hair extensions. The company looks at a product from the client’s perspective and believes it is easier to keep a customer then to gain a whole new one. It is up to the business to listen and give the customer what they want. Their customer service team is important when most of the revenues come from online sales. The customer service team is the front line of the company. They show customers the products by taking pictures and video in order to help them decide which product will work for them. I think more online businesses should have better pictures of their product and videos to help customers.

It's always best to listen to your customers. Too many times managers get caught up in the dollars and cents and paperwork involved in running a business and forget that customer satisfaction what keeps the business going. I've had several managers in the past make decisions to cut costs or otherwise change something without considering the negative consumer response. While in some cases customers needed to be told and guided to what they want or need, it is always best to have an open line of communication with your customers and consider what they tell you.

Customer feedback is critical when assessing what to implement and what products to sell in the marketplace. I like when she said that people love to give their opinions, which I completely agree with. With a product as specific as wigs, it is important to assess the individual needs of each customer to set yourself apart.

I agree with this 100%. The company I work for is very customer oriented. Whether we like it or not a customer can go anywhere to get what you are selling them. The difference is the customer service they get from your store.

I completely agree with this video. It's extremely important to keep the customer in mind especially for niche market suppliers such as wigs.com. In this case, not listening to what customers want or need would be extremely detrimental to the business. Also, customer service can mean the difference between one-and-doners and repeat customers, while increasing the possibility of growing yield from each consistent transaction. It's important for a company like this to consider everything a customer might want to know and see and offer that to them to facilitate transactions. Making it easy for a customer to purchase your product and a serious customer support program are excellent ways of keeping consistent clientele.

Always look through the customers perspective on things. It is a lot easier to keep a past customer than to gain a new one, so always listen to your current customers needs and they will start to advertise your business for you, gaining more customers.

This is so true listen to your customers and what they have to say. Best part of the video it is harder to get new customers but easy to keep the ones you have. At my internship i work for Dining and this is a daily thing, so making customers happy and giving them want they want is the up most.

It is important to listen to your customers and focus on what’s going on in the external environment. Like the owner said in the video, it is easier to keep a customer than to gain a whole new one. I like how they focus on making sure the customers are happy and focusing on customer comments. It’s great that they have such dedication to customer service because that is what’s going to keep the customers.

I think that it is very important to listen to want your customers want and need. They are, of course, the ones who will be buying the products, do making them happy should be number 1. Your products are meant to sell to your target market, and if your target market does not find the product appealing, then it won't sell and you will lose money.
