INSTANT MBA: Show Your Employees That You Trust Them To Do Good Work
A leadership style defines the relationship between managers and lower-level employees. In my opinion, great leaders allow their team members to express their opinions and ideas about work topics, and great leaders take all suggestions into consideration. Under this leadership style, employees feel confident about their talents and develop new skills. Also, companies want to avoid high levels of employee turnover by offering them the chance to actively participate in the decisions related to their jobs as well as incentives to stay motivated and grow up within the company.

INSTANT MBA: Show Your Employees That You Trust Them To Do Good Work
With any relationship, personal or professional, having trust is very important. When managers show their employees that they trust them to do what needs to be done, this gives the employees a sense of empowerment, which motivates them to continue to do good so that the trust won't be broken. Managers should also give all employees the opportunity to voice their opinions and ideas. Allowing employees to have a voice in some decision making processes can help not only employees feel as though they have a purpose in the company, but it can also help manager make decisions more effectively.

INSTANT MBA: Show Your Employees That You Trust Them To Do Good Work I like this article because building a healthy relationship is essential in business. Managers shouldn't hover over their employees every ten minutes to see if they're doing their work or if its right because it would make the employees feel as if you don't trust them or what's the point of them doing it if you're going to constantly check their work. I think the best way to build trust is to simply let them do the work and help them when help is needed instead of trying to help when they are doing perfectly fine.

Instant MBA: Show Your Employees That You Trust Them To Do Good Work As a leader, demonstrating trust towards your lower-level employees will lead to a lot of positive results. It is okay to get out of the way and let them take the wheel sometimes. Because if they are ambitious as the claim to be, then all they need is a chance to prove it. Trust your employees until they give you a reason not to. Sometimes as a leader, trusting someone is a hard bargain, but if you truly want to build a successful business, trusting your employees is mandatory. Even if it doesn’t work out for the best, you still will learn from it and know what not to do next time.

INSTANT MBA: Show Your Employees That You Trust Them To Do Good Work
Allowing employees to do what they feel is right is important. But you must show them boundaries at the same time. Employees need to feel empowered because this is how leaders are created. They take baby steps at the beginning, but once they begin to feel comfortable, they can leap. Life is a good example of this. When we are first born, our parents show us the ways of the world. Around our teenage years, we begin to establish some freedom to allow us into the real world. Once into the real world, we have stretched our legs and begun to leap past all the possibilities.

INSTANT MBA: Show Your Employees That You Trust Them To Do Good Work
Showing that you trust your employees is a very important thing to ensure the growth of your company. Of course for the first few weeks that an employee works at a job, they must establish the trust connection between them and their manager; however, this connection is very important. Establishing trust enables for an employee to know and understand the expectations they are held to and allows for the manager to know that the job they want completed is being done the right way.

INSTANT MBA: Show Your Employees That You Trust Them To Do Good Work
This article is contains a great message. In the current organization that I work in, we have very open atmosphere that encourages employees to give their thoughts and opinions. This can only happen because everyone in our organization is empowered and their opinions are listened to and taken into consideration.

Alt link 94: INSTANT MBA: Your Customers Are Some Of The Best Business Advisors You Can Have
Customers that tell you what they want are often a great resource when it comes time to decide on a business strategy. Customers know what you have and know ways that it could be improved to fit there needs. The biggest problem however is getting thatcustomer feedback. the average customer doesnt want to take the time to fill out a survey or write a comment card. that is why you should listen to the feedback you do get whether its good or bad.

INSTANT MBA: Show Your Employees That You Trust Them To Do Good Work
I like this article in that you need to give your associates some credit that they know what they are doing. I know there are some bad eggs that work and need help, and there are some that have been working for the company for years and don't need to be told how to do the same job they have been doing good at for a while. If they are doing the best in their department and have a manager tell them to do something as if they don't trust their motives it will discourage the worker.

INSTANT MBA: Show Your Employees That You Trust Them To Do Good Work
When you hire an employee, you hire them for a reason, to do a job. You must let them do that job and not interfere with everything they do. Having a relaxed and free work environment will help employees work faster and more efficient. If employees know they are valued and allowed to express their opinions and ideas, then you will get a much larger work production out of them because they know their voice is being heard.

INSTANT MBA: Show Your Employees That You Trust Them To Do Good Work
Some of my managers love to micromanage everything and constantly stay on top of you with every move you make and that's very annoying. Managers should trust their employees to make the right decisions and to learn along the way. Not everyone needs constant training when they start a job; some people just have the right mindset for the job and hit the ground running with it. It's important to trust these people to do the right things and if you can't trust them then you shouldn't have hired them in the first place.

I really liked the ideas in this article. I think as a leader you should hire employees that you trust to do their job correctly. When you hire great employees you will have to do less managing of job duties. As a leader you can be there to to spark creativity and passion in your employees. I think that companies should have days that are spent on work shops for all employees that is geared towards developing your company and employees. This helps promote creativity and allows employees to work together and get to know each other so that they can develop relationships that can help grow and develop as an employee.

INSTANT MBA: Show Your Employees That You Trust Them To Do Good Work
No employee wants to made to feel lower than anyone else. Even when talking to a superior, an adult still wants to seem trusted and valuable. THis is why employees that get talked down to more often than not are less productive, more nervous, and less skilled than the employee who was hired for merits like leadership and ambition and then let loose to make his mark on his company. The latter is the one who succeeds, the one who becomes a manager himself in time, the one who makes an impression on the world.
