INSTANT MBA: Your Customers Are Some Of The Best Business Advisors You Can Have
Customers can be the best source of knowledge for growth in a company. Your customers can provide you with the feedback needed to make your company more appealable to the public. The public's view is crucial for success because the company is providing a service. If the service is not desired by the public, the business will not maintain success.

INSTANT MBA: Show Your Employees That You Trust Them To Do Good Work
Setting up your employees and giving them the opportunity to show you what they are good at can be beneficial. Sometimes not hovering and letting your employees just kind of take the reigns can surprise business owners. You never know someone's potential until you give them room to show it to you. This helps to also build relationships with the people you are working with.

INSTANT MBA: Show Your Employees That You Trust Them To Do Good Work
When an employee feels as though they are an equal, they are more likely to do better work, participate in giving ideas, and feeling like they matter. Not only are these important things, but they will feel a connection with the company and they will want to demonstrate and share the culture and goals of the company. It is so important to let your employees flourish in the company so maybe one day they can move up the line, or be given more responsibility and you will feel confident in their abilities.

INSTANT MBA: Show Your Employees That You Trust Them To Do Good Work
I know from experience that bosses who step back and allow their subordinates to succeed, will see that success. I have worked under two different bosses since starting out with my organization. The first was able to step back and allow everyone to do their own thing. Everyone had such a strong drive and showed great success in their endeavors. The second manager is a major micromanager and does not give his employees any room to breathe. No one feels competent because they have no power to make decisions. Success rates are not nearly as high for the latter.

If you want to create a good atmosphere at work then you should try giving your employees incentives. If they reach a certain goal then you should reward them. When making a decision you should ask for the employees input. When employees feel like what they say is important it creates a good atmosphere for the company. Respecting your employees is the number one thing all leaders should do.

This article advises to give your employees the tools they need to succeed and then get out of the way and let them succeed. INSTANT MBA: Show Your Employees That You Trust Them To Do Good Work
I like the approach this article takes on hiring good employees and giving them room. If you give a great employee room to succeed and back off, it is likely that they will grow your company for you. All you have to do is set general guidelines and check in on them. Good employees produce good results.

INSTANT MBA: Show Your Employees That You Trust Them To Do Good Work
The company I work for is great about trusting their employees and lowering the hierarchy their. I have worked there since I graduated high school and it has been a really empowering experience for me to have them believe and trust in me and my ideas over the years. My boss will give me an idea of what needs to be done and allow me to figure out my way of doing it, but if I need help or suggestions she are always willing to help without making me feel inadequate or incapable. I will definitely continue this style of management when I an in my actual career.

INSTANT MBA: Show Your Employees That You Trust Them To Do Good Work
Good article but I know that I’ve responded to at least 10 on this same topic haha. Anyway, the article is still correct. Hire the right people, let them do their jobs, only jump in whenever you feel the job is threatened, pat employees on their backs, rinse and repeat. Nice, but not all managers do this. Great article nonetheless.

INSTANT MBA: Show Your Employees That You Trust Them To Do Good Work
When a manager is able to give a project to an employee and get out of the way, I would assume that is a relief. Most managers would rather not have to micromanage a project. Also, talented employees take the project running, and are good enough to get out ahead of everyone else, including the manager. This delegation builds trust, not just between the manager and employee, but the entire chain realizes the employee is competent and capable.

INSTANT MBA: Show Your Employees That You Trust Them To Do Good Work
Leaders need to demonstrate trust in their employees and build relationships with the people who work for them. Of course this will always work better if you hire the correct employees in the first place. Your knew employees should hit the ground running. It's vital to trust these people to do the right things and if you can't trust them then you shouldn't have hired them in the first place.

Great article! Many low level employee like to feel just as important as the rest. I think it's great to include them in what's going on with the company as it allows for healthy debates and supporting knowledge. At my previous place of employment we would have live meetings for all locations to participate in. It was a great opportunity for all.

INSTANT MBA: Show Your Employees That You Trust Them To Do Good Work
Trust is a motivator. As discussed in this article and previous articles, if you show your employees acknowledgement, importance, and trust, they will be more motivated to not let you down and do better work. If you build relationships with your employees, and find common ground from a nonmanagerial stand point, your employees are more likely to back you up, and get things done when they need to be done.

There is a difference between a manager and a leader. A manager needs to know how to conduct the team. A leader needs to know how to lead the team to success. All leaders cannot be managers and all managers cannot be leaders. It takes a certain person to be a leader and manager at the same time. Effective managers are great leaders.

At my work the best managers and most respected tend to use "Hire great people and then get out of the way. Really ambitious, talented people will always be way out in front of you as a manager if you give them plenty of room to succeed." If were capable confident employees then we should know what to do. Occasionally my boss will come up to me and ask what I’m doing. I’ll tell him and if it makes sense and is constructive he will often just tell me good job. Occasionally he will give me criticism and since it’s always constructive I listen and try to implement it.
