INSTANT MBA: Your Customers Are The Ones Doing 'The Selling For The Company'
Treating customers good will always payoff for every company. Also, it is true that no much advertising will be needed if every customer leaves a business with high levels of satisfaction because it will be very likely that the customer will come back. Satisfied consumers will also spread the word about how great the product or service is, and this one the most powerful and less costly marketing strategies. As a result of this, I believe it is essential that organizations offer their customers a service or product beyond expectations, so they can substantially grow their customer base and reputation; this will translate in more revenues and a successful business.

Instant MBA: Your Customers Are the Ones Doing ‘The Selling For the Company’
It is true that every company is highly favored around customers. If the customers are satisfied every visit and are treated unique, then there will be no need for advertising because the customers will do it for you. When customers are satisfied with the services of a company, they tend to spread the word, leaving you with the luxury of not having to pay advertising costs, well at least not too much. But overall, it’s in your best interest as a leader to make sure that customers are treated with respect and the best services possible, because they are the ones who keeps your business afloat.

Instant MBA: Your Customers Are the Ones Doing ‘The Selling For the Company’
Every company need customers in order to stay in business. Having great customer service is a very important asset to have in any type of company. No customer likes to be treated poorly, if you treat your customers well they will continue to bring you business and vice versa. When customers are treated well they leave happy. Both happy and unhappy customers advertise the products and services they receive which in turn either brings you more customers or takes customers away from your company. Ever so often you may encounter a grumpy customer but it is your job to make sure that customer leaves happy. I believe having outstanding customer service would help the growth of any company.

INSTANT MBA: Entrepreneurs Don't Just React To Situations
Entrepreneurs need to have focus on the goal, but need to adapt to change along the way. Have an open mind when you keep hearing road blocks, trust in your employees and listen. This will help you avoid failures. Learn to adapt your goals and keep focus on the end result. There will be speed bumps on the way, but how you respond and react will be key to success.

INSTANT MBA: Your Customers Are The Ones Doing 'The Selling For The Company'
Working in retail, customer service is number one. Companies that are customer oriented love when the customer enjoy getting business from the store. You need to take into account for when the customer likes or dislikes the store, their friends will know about it and it will spread. Some people can send a negative or a positive image for a store, this is why it is best to treat all your customers the best.

INSTANT MBA: Your Customers Are The Ones Doing 'The Selling For The Company'
Customers can be an easy way to get free advertisement. If you treat you customers right and with respect, they will go tell all their friends and family about your business. This will help your business grow without you having to spend a dime on advertising. You can try and sell your business to be all these great things, but you are supposed to think that about your business. People want to hear that your business is great from other people who are unbiased but have used your business before. Treating your customers right can grow your business faster than anything else.

Ensuring that you are providing a product that lives up to your companies claims is a very important task. By doing so, you enable your customers to consider you reliable and a trustworthy purchase. Consumers aim for these types of vendors because they know they are getting what they are receiving a higher value for their money. The positive image of your company resonates throughout the market place which cause consumers to flock to your product either as repeat customers or referral.

Your brand name means everything. Selling your brand can be cheap. Customers will sell your brand name for you. What is the catch? All you have to do is treat them as though they are an individual. How hard could that be? It isn't. All you have to do is ask a few questions and find out something they like. And just build off of that idea. You will be amazed at how quickly your customer will open up. You will always see the reward from it. They will be your advertising and the people who save your business.

INSTANT MBA: Your Customers Are The Ones Doing 'The Selling For The Company'
Getting referrals from current customers is one of the best ways to get more business for yourself and it's something that you should continue to work toward. Take care of the customers and they will take care of you. Continue to make products that are specific to your customers needs. The main focus for the store I work at has always been on the customers; we have to treat them like guests and not actual customers.

INSTANT MBA: Your Customers Are The Ones Doing 'The Selling For The Company' I agree with this article. Businesses should always take care of their customers because doing so will help the business. Focusing on customer need, knowing what the customer wants, makes the customer feel as if the business really cares. For example, some companies ask for your information when you purchase something but next time you purchase something they just look up your info again but the good companies that focus on their customers would call you by your name each time you was at the store to make you feel important. These satisfied customers will then tell their friends about your business, expanding your brand.

Alt link 76: INSTANT MBA: Entrepreneurs Don't Just React To Situations
Look before you leap. When problems arise for small businesses that need immediate actions, often you don't have time to think and you just react. This can be okay once in a while, you should trust your gut reactions. You can be put in bad situations if you don't fully think out your next course of action.

INSTANT MBA: Your Customers Are The Ones Doing 'The Selling For The Company'
Cutsomers have always been the number one seller for any product. The business I work for is based almost entirely on referrals. It's a small business with little advertisement and little internet presence, yet it is thriving in a small town with a lot of reputation. Its because they take the time to talk to everyone who comes through, treating speed and quality with the importance that one should. We're not like the big chains where everything is done by appointment and they don't care about making you wait as long as you pay. We make sure each person's experience is pleasant and easy and stress-free and, most of all, fast. It has served us well. THe business has been steadily growing for years and years, and new customers always tell us how impressed they are and how glad they are they listened to their friend and came to us.

This article makes a point that I have talked about before. Your customers are your biggest sellers of your product or service. It is critical to ensure that you provide excellent customer service because it can make or break your company. It is important to ensure that communication is used appropriately and within a timely manner as well. If you provide a great product and customer service or a great service to your customers, they are more likely to recommend your business to someone else. On the other hand if you do not, they will not recommend your company and this could effect sales and productivity.

INSTANT MBA: Entrepreneurs Don't Just React To Situations
Ive always been taught to respond rather than react. To think about a situation and give a reasonable response rather than a quick reaction where emotions are usually at there highest. In a business you have more than just your immediate feeling riding on some situations and its important to let everything simmer and make a smart decision for everyone involved.
