INSTANT MBA: The Recipe For Success Requires A Lot Of Experimentation
Yogurt is nasty. However, if I were to eat it I would want the perfect recipe. The old adage says that “An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure.” The phase can be applied to the business world in that taking the time to plan a product to make sure it is perfect will be much better spent than having to spend the time to correct a product that was inferior. So many things in life are common sense, yet many fail to recognize them. Do you best the first time around and don’t waste time correcting a problem while trying to save face for doing a junk job.

Don’t rush into anything. Make sure you are ready to put yourself out there. It’s never wise to jump in the deep part of the pool without knowing how to swim. Always test the waters first. Prepare yourself for an experience.

INSTANT MBA: The Recipe For Success Requires A Lot Of Experimentation
Lots of companies think that they have to be in a rush to get their products out so they can beat the competition to the punch, but this is not so. If you take your time and make sure that the product that you want to sell is just right, then it won't matter what the competition brings out before you. Your product will outsell theirs in the end because it doesn't have any flaws.

I like this article's analogy that creating a good business is like creating good food. You take your time and make sure that all the ingredients taste good together and come together to make a good meal, and that's the same that you should do with your business. Rushing things will cause you to easily forget to do something or to make a serious mistake, so taking your time and evaluating all possible options in making your business succeed is necessary.

No business is cookie-cutter and there's no instructions on how to create one successfully. You must find what works through trial and error. As time changes, what may work today may not work a couple of years from now. What may seem like a good product to you as an own may not suit the needs of the consumer. Sacrifice and dedication to improvement can carry you a long way. Experimenting with different strategies to find what works is a necessity.

INSTANT MBA: The Recipe For Success Requires A Lot of Experimentation
Sometimes become successful requires sacrificing a few things. When producing a product it will take a lot of trial and error. When you want to come up with something original it takes a long thoughtful process and some experimentation. Sometimes you feel overwhelmed like it is all you have time for, but once the final product is finished you then are able to sit back and take in all the success of the product you once spent every bit of your time on. I rather call it trial and error some call it experimentation, but either way it is the process of trying new things to complete your product even if it takes longer than expected.

This link is about sacrifice. I agree that it is important to sacrifice your time to make the business the beset it can be, even before it opens, but there definitely needs to be time for relaxation and a social life. If a person gives their whole life to one thing they will never truly be happy.

INSTANT MBA: The Recipe For Success Requires A Lot Of Experimentation
You might not have the perfect design on the first shot and experimentation is a necessary part of getting a design right. This doesn't only apply to design but also encompasses all of success. All successful people have had many trials and errors before they finally make it. There are not winners and losers, only winners and quitters. As long as you continue to press on and don't quit after a few trials and errors, you are doing the right thing.

INSTANT MBA: The Recipe For Success Requires A Lot Of Experimentation
I agree with the author that the recipe for success does require much experimentation. Experimentation can open up the doors to many innovative products. Some of the greatest pioneers became very successful from experimentation. I agree with the author that out hustling can and will earn you recognition among managers. By working hard it can compensate for weaknesses that you may have in a certain career. A person with a strong work ethic is usually desired more than anyone else.

INSTANT MBA: The Recipe For Success Requires A Lot Of Experimentation
The author states a good point, saying that if you give something time then your product should be somewhat successful. Successful businesses come from people who almost perfected there brand and gave the brand alot of time before they released it. You cant go rushing into stuff, because started off it might be more difficult than you thought. Sometimes time is the best outlook when trying to develop a new business rather its dealing with food or other products and with dealing with food its important that your recipe is the best among others.

INSTANT MBA: The Recipe For Success Requires A Lot Of Experimentation
It is important to bring your own ideas when trying to innovate a market that is overcome by uninspired competitors. It is also important not to reinvent the wheel. You want to be original while still keeping your ideas focused and making sure you are giving the customer what they want.

I can definitely see the point that Ulukaya is making: whether you are literally making a food recipe, or a recipe for success in a business, that recipe requires time and patience. Perfection cannot be rushed. If the box of cookies you are attempting to bake calls for baking them in the oven set on 250 degrees for 50 minutes, you cannot just rush it and set the oven to 500 degrees for 25 minutes, despite the temperature: time ration being equivalent as the previous. The main goal of any business is customer satisfaction. Rushing should be eliminated and perfection should be the goal.

INSTANT MBA: The Recipe For Success Requires A Lot Of Experimentation
Trying and failing is as important as implementing and succeeding. Failure plays a major role is future success and experimenting with different ways to succeed to find the way that is most effective for one's business is critical. The more experimentation, the more variation, and the more variation the more can be later eliminated and/or combined. This article discusses the importance of variation when planning a new business idea. I agree that variation is important, but too much variation should be avoided in order to avoid unnecessary costs.

53 INSTANT MBA: The Recipe For Success Requires A Lot Of Experimentation
I agree with a concept with the experimentation. You need to see what works and what doesn't. Once you experiment and see the best way to complete a task, like making a product, you will have more success in completing said task more efficiently.
