INSTANT MBA: The Recipe For Success Requires A Lot Of Experimentation
If you want anything to be successful and have a long lasting effect it will take a while to get the product where it needs to be. This can include a business, a career, maybe even an particular product. Great things cannot be rushed, take your time and perfect the craft that you are so passionate about and sooner or later it will pay off and you will look back and say it was worth all the long hours and sleepless nights. For example my college degree, the years I put in to getting it , it is very much paying off.

Alt link 53: INSTANT MBA: Sell, Design, Build — In That Order
For a small start-up company it is best that you take orders first then once you have enough orders to form a foundation with your client base, you then make your product and deliver it. I disagree with the order todays link lists. You should have a designed product first, then sell it, then redesign if youre potential customers provide feedback, then build it.

INSTANT MBA: The Recipe For Success Requires A Lot Of Experimentation
I feel like the one thing that can not be stressed enough in business is BUSINESS IS HARD. There are thousands and thousands of things that go into starting a business. Every single detail is majorly important, and it takes time to figure these details out. If you rush into it with a pretty good plan, you probably won't make it very far. However, if you take the extra time and make the sacrifices, you will have a good thing going on.

INSTANT MBA: The Recipe For Success Requires A Lot Of Experimentation
Nice article. A lot of people believe that creating or running a business is simply have a good idea and running with it. However this is certainly not the case…….at all. Many have great ideas, but rarely make it to a final product or service. The article is right, it takes sacrifice and time. For most, time is something that cannot or will not be given up. If success was as easy as coming up with a great idea, we’d all be rich.

I like the analogy in comparing perfecting a business to perfecting a fine recipe. Taking away and adding parts to make things just right is the very essence of running a successful company.

INSTANT MBA: Sell, Design, Build — In That Order
I think starting a business this way can be a double edged sword. While I do agree it is wise to sell your brand first as dependable and trustworthy, it can also come back negatively if the product created doesnt end up meeting the standards others have placed. There are risks starting up any company though so I agree that this is probably one of the less risky stratigies.

INSTANT MBA: The Recipe For Success Requires A Lot Of Experimentation
My belief is that it takes money to make money. I'm sure many businesses just starting out have to make many sacrifices. Until the product or service you want to provide is perfected, you probably have to do without a lot to make it successful. The key in business is just like the article says, stay with it and eventually your sacrifices will most likely pay off. Nothing good happens overnight.

Experimenting until you find the perfect recipe for your business helps you to stay successful.I agree with this article because so many people rush into things because of a great idea but fails to sit down to make sure things are near perfect. If you want anything to be successful and have a long lasting effect it will take a while to get the product where it needs to be. Every single detail is majorly important, and it takes time to figure these details out.

INSTANT MBA: The Recipe For Success Requires A Lot Of Experimentation
I agree with the article one hundred percent. Good things are worth waiting for. If you want to produce a new product you have to spend a lot of time making sure everything is perfect. For example, if Ulukaya from the article would have only spent three months on his yogurt instead of eighteen months then he probably would not have been successful. However, since he took his time he was able to work out all the defects in his recipe to where his yogurt was perfect when he sold it.

INSTANT MBA: The Recipe For Success Requires A Lot Of Experimentation
This article gives the advice to take your time and experiment, work out all the kinks in your business before you actually start up. This will save you from starting a business that fails because you rushed into creating a product that was not fully experimented. The article also suggests that you have to be passionate about your product because in the beginning, you will have to dedicate a large amount of your time to taking care of the business.

INSTANT MBA: The Recipe For Success Requires A Lot Of Experimentation
Making a business plan and actually executing it can be draining as well as disappointing. When starting a business I agree with this article when it says that there is going to be lots of trial and error and many sacrifices. Not only in your own business but working for a young corporate company takes patience as well because they are always improving and trying to grow as well. Having and managing a business require lots of trial and error to find what works and what does, but in the end can be very rewarding.

INSTANT MBA: The Recipe For Success Requires A Lot Of Experimentation
Rushing into the launching of a business can sometimes be the worst thing for a the business in the long run. Rushing into it can cause confusion and lack of thought into the final product, which ultimately can mean failure for the business. The key here is to step back and ask yourslef if there are any flaws in your product, and work on them before releasing them, rather than rushing into it and dealing with the flaws later.

INSTANT MBA: The Recipe For Success Requires A Lot Of Experimentation
Yes, starting a company can take a lot of experimentation and patience. Even purchasing a company you still have to experiment and figure out how to make changes and grow the company. Owning a company is a lot of work and you may end up putting most of your time in it until you feel it right.

Most business owners know that the exact product is not develop on the first try. You have to take risk. Risk are like experimentation. A scientist did not develop pain reliever with one try. It took several attempts. You buisness is not going to be what you would like it to be at first. You have to develop creative ways for your business to succeed, and this comes with experimentation. Sometimes it just takes a little longer than expected.

INSTANT MBA: The Recipe For Success Requires A Lot Of Experimentation
Being successful does require some experimentation. When experimenting you should try and find out what works best for you and the company as a whole. Every day things change and you are going to have to adapt to the changes and then experiment to ensure you are performing at optimal levels. Having a written plan will help along the way and keep you on task with experimenting and also help show you if the plan is correct or needs improvement.
