Many people have different beliefs in the workplace and in life. Everyone is not going to fall into one generic bubble. I found this video to be to bland for me. I wish everyone had the same hones ethical behavior then there wouldn't be so many problems in business dealings.

Everyone has their own unique purpose in life. Sometimes, finding the specific purpose can be the hardest thing. Once we have each found our own purpose how would we measure it? I believe it to be impossible unless we were to judge ourselves based off of other people's purpose.

It was very hard to stay interested in this video. However, I think it is important to learn ethics. They ask in the video if you can learn to be moral and ethical, which was a very large topic of discussion in the MBA ethics course. I think having an ethics course can be very beneficial for business students to have. An ethics course will not deter everyone away from bad behavior but it will at least equip future business men and women with knowledge behind their decisions and what some of the repercussions will be.

This was not my favorite video, but what I took from it was that you get more fulfillment out of life if you have a purpose. A purpose driven life is one that centers around a fundamentally productive idea, whether it is to help people, be the best in your field, etc.

Wow this guy is a very uninteresting speaker. Everyone is different and they have different beliefs, it seemed like he was trying to say that if people choose a specific path that they will end up in a certin place. That is leaving very little room for error or chance or just unplanned life events. Its not about choosing a path, life is a series of choices not just one.

I hate when people throw religion into things. People should be able and motivated to do the right thing because they want to not because they want to go to heaven! That just makes me mad. I did agree with the speaker when he urged that people must do the right thing 100% of the time because that one time for excuse will lead to many more. It's hard to do the right thing all of the time, but it is definitely something people should strive for.

I was falling asleep during this video. Let's be honest. I'm so glad he's not my professor. The only point that I think I may have understood correctly is that God isn't going to judge you based off your bank account or financial past. I have a feeling that might not be what he said, but oh well! I'm a Christian and I'm sticking with it!

I think that we have listened to many better videos than this one. I think it is important to respect that everyone has their own beliefs and ways that they think they can better their own life. Having good morals will be vital in success but everyone has a different view and they can find their own purpose for life.

Great video; it forces you to take a look at your life. I would recommend this video if I were holding a conference/workshop on ethics and the positive benefits of ethics. I really like the points the speaker makes and can relate to the video.

Living with a purpose is the way life should be. Knowing what your purpose is in life is the ultimate happiness. You should always try to seek it and understand it. It helps you grow and become a better person inside and out. Once you've figured out what you wan out of life and how to achieve it, everything else seems so simple. You never want to build a house without a blueprint and that relates to trying to go somewhere in life without knowing where you want to go.

This video had some interesting points, depending on what your beliefs are you can use some of the suggestions that were given. It is important to know your purpose in life and to be able to achieve them as well as being conscious of having morals that are high in both your work and personal life.

I was not the biggest fan of this video but I do understand kind of where they were trying to go. Ultimately, what type of person you are is going to shape and mold the type of leader you are. It all starts before you become a manager or leader. Each person has different experiences throughout their lives and that plays a huge part into what kind of person we become. It is important for every person to have a purpose in life. I think this is what drives most people. Everyone has a different person and it is up to each person to figure out what their purpose is and sometimes it can be difficult. Some people spend half of their lives trying to figure out who they are and what their purpose is. Eventually, everyone figures it out.

Everyone can plan how they want their outcome in life to be, but its not guaranteed that it will go that way. A purpose driven life is not always successful, but can be viewed as being able to care for your kids, influence other people's lives, or even become something you've always wanted to be. This video seems to focus around morals and ethics. There is no one way a person can follow to become a purposeful being. Don't like the video.

In order to have a successful business a person should have good morals and live by a certain set of rules. However, each person may not believe in the same set of rules. I believe in being selfless and giving to others. You should also be able to listen in order to have a successful business.

lead a purpose driven life. I feel that we all want to live with purpose at some point. Some of us just give way to life of some sort. You can call this content or lack of motivation. I depends on your life views.
