Lead a purpose driven life. We all need this. I know for me I wake up every day with purpose and a goal In mind to have a great day and live it like it is my last. I like the reference to faith. Me being a faithful person. Because that is the center of my life and god will judge you on what you have done good and how you have helped society. Grayness becomes a problem when you do not know your purpose in life.

I am familiar with the book, and Clay. This video is a pleasant surprise. When discussing morality and personal awareness, for him his faith is a very big in all the decisions he makes. "Life is complicated." ultimately he is saying "do the right thing(s). I am perplexed at the negative feelings towards faith. It's as if you are not allowed to be Christian and smart... for him, his faith and belief system ties directly with the message. The video is boring and somewhat flatline but it is not "horrible".

I agree with the premise that you should find purpose in your life. I do not agree with how the video approaches the subject. Honestly, I don't go to church, and that is fine because church isn't for everyone. You do not need to worship in order to live a moral and ethical life. There is also no one set of rules that people will ever follow and be happy. Following rules without question is stupid. Some rules are old and need to be updated, while others are just wrong. How will you ever know a good rule vs. a bad rule if you don't question it? This is how dictatorships come into power and how countries fall into civil unrest. Find your purpose for your own life, but don't let anyone or a set of rules tell you what that purpose is.

Purpose is powerful. It is what drives people and without it you may feel like you are wondering aimlessly through this life. I think what they say about the importance of purpose is correct. There are many decisions you have to make in your life and with purpose you know where you are going and WHY you are going there.

Everyone has different beliefs and ethical values. Each person has a different purpose in life and finding that purpose and applying it to their lives is their decision. Following rules is easier said than done so bring this concept into the business world is iffy. If one person follows the rules it doesn't necessarily mean that everyone will follow.

This video promotes finding and promoting your purpose in life. You have to find what makes you happy and stick with it. By finding meaning in life you now know how you will help others and promote a better life. I see how some people would feel that this video is putting people down because the speakers come off very harsh. But this video is a good video to watch if you want to find out who you are and find a purpose for being here. I have to say this video mad me think on who I am. When he talked about the rules I disagree because the United States has rules but not everyone follows them, some rules are not very well kept.

The kind of legacy we leave behind when we are gone is a key factor to determine if we truly lived. Also if our actions and choices we made affect others even after we are gone. We should all be setting our goal to fulfill in life and gauge ourselves on the progress of attaining it.

As individuals we must identify what gives our lives meaning and purpose. It is important to find what makes you happy and live life guided by moral compass that points north. In regards to business and people, I agree with Clay. Being a good person or business leader is fundamentally about how you treat and affects the lives of others. As a manager we should realize that behind facts, figures, numbers, and statistics lie people.

Each person has a different purpose in life. It can be found by fueling different things. Each person is unique and trying to say that everyone has the same purpose in life would cause world wide chaos.

I agree that you have to feel a purpose in life and knowing that purpose helps to motivate you toward your goals. I have strong faith and without it I would be nowhere. I think you can have faith that things will work out but you also must be smart and take action. Things aren't just given away in the real world.

I think it is important to follow your moral compass. As a Christian, I strive to follow God each and every day. By His grace, I truly have lived a fuller and happier life than without Him.

I am a little torn on this video. I understand the general idea of what the speaker is trying to say, but I don't really like the way it is said.
