This is a great inspirational speech. "Adding up all the inches can be the difference between winning and loosing" obviously the best part of his speech applies to life, football, and business. You have to always keep reaching forward and gaining inches to get where you want to be.

I have never seen this movie, but I am thinking that is probably a good watch. This is probably one of the most motivational speeches I have ever heard. And the best part is that it is so true. You have to take challenges, defeat, failures, and wins all one at a time, inch by inch. He says that the football field is full of opportunities, but you have to take them inch by inch, and it is not going to be easy - there are a lot of other people out there who those opportunities. You have to fight for all the opportunities you encounter, because there are tons of people out there dying for those opportunities as well. It is not an easy fight, and you might lose a few times, but ultimately if you do not fight for the opportunities you encounter, I can guarantee that there is someone out there who is willing to die for it. Fighting for it is what makes it worth it. But you cannot conquer the whole field, you have to take it inch by inch.

What a great speech. In football, as well as life, every inch matters. Every moment in our lives matter. Everything we do has consequences and affects. We need to make the most of every moment we are given. In life, to be successful we have to constantly strive to be better. And when we think we are there, we aren't. We need to keep reaching for more; so that when our day comes, we look back with no regrets and know we did everything we could.

I love this speech. One of the best movies and I don't care for football movies. I love how he describes the big game as an "inch" game. He says that adding up all of the inches that leads to victory, and I certainly believe this to be the case. It's not the big decisions that effect people the most, it's the little ever day decisions that help people in the long run.

I think sports always have good motivational tactics and speeches. This speech really showed the importance of putting it all on the line and fighting for every little thing that is relevant to one's goal. I think sometime we focus on bigger issues instead of the smaller ones. Focusing on bigger issues can be discouraging to some of us because they are harder to accomplish than the smaller ones. Personally, I try try to break down my big goals into smaller way to accomplish them.

This is a great motivational speech. Certainly any significant accomplishment consist of many individual decisions to do a little bit more. Forming a habit of pushing a little harder each time will certainly lead to success. Every day we lose time that we will never get back. This video shows that it is important to make the most out of each day by striving for perfection in all that you do.

I've never seen this movie but I thought that this was a great speech. Whether in football or in life we have to fight for the things that we want. Things can change in a second and if we don't pay attention we will miss out on the life we have. In business we have to realize the things that we need to strive for to better ourselves and our company. Reach for the sky and you may end up exactly where you want to be.

There is a crazy guy in here having mouth spasms. I would mess with that guy. This video is all about trying harder, working harder, but during that moment. These moments don't happen every day. The theatrical so we wish they did, but they don't. Most likely your in it for the slow painful grind.

This was a very motivational speech. He speaks about how it's all the little things that can be added up to make you win in life. It can be applied to all aspects of life, not just sports. If you want something, you have to work for it, and make sacrifices. In order to be successful, you must make everything count, and give it your all. He spoke about how they must come together as a team, but this is not only true in football, its also true in business. All employees must work together as a team and strive to achieve greatness in order for a business to be successful.

well that was inspirational, most of what i can pull from this video is fighting and the fact that the smallest things add up.

“Heal as a team or die as individuals” was the one quote that stood out to me the most. In my internship this past summer, everything I did was with the same team of people competing against other teams. I wish I would have found this video then, because we butted heads and struggled as a team for the first week working together. It was a great motivational video, and all business’ should show this video to their employees.

I have never seen this movie, but that was a very inspirational pep talk. I feel like many people need pep talks to make it through their day to day lives (especially Mondays). This could be applied to the field of accounting during tax season. Partners should take the time to give their employees pep talks during this very stressful time. I know a lot of people feel overwhelmed during tax season and much like the players in the movie. A little encouragement goes a long way, and I think that more companies should take the time to energize their employees.

I would say this is the best video thus far. I must begin saying that I love Al Pacino in nearly anything. This video was very touching and just felt like he was speaking directly to you. I think the reference to inches makes you realize that all things don't happen in large intervals sometimes you have to go inch by inch to achieve your goal and be patient along the way.
