This speech is very motivational. He is basically saying every step counts. Every little bit matters. It is important to live life to the fullest and it is important to work each day for the big picture ahead.

I personally have not seen the movie but this is definitely a great motivation speech. It is something that everyone should watch to get some motivation. It would really be great if companies would do something similar to this. It would help motivate employees which is always a plus.

Everyday going into work we have this thing called, "Alley Rally." This is just a little pre- work meeting we all have together to get us ready for the shift and to remember our daily goals. Its a great way to boost morale and thats what i think the video is trying to display. We all need a little pep talk to keep us motivated and stay on task.

I love this movie and this is one of the great speeches of motivation, I was motivated after just watching it. By using the term "inch" in his speech it gives it more of a closer and personal meaning. You have to be willing to fight and die for what you want to achieve and on a team you need someone at your side who is willing to do the same thing. In the workplace this means as a company you all have to be willing to fight for success in the company and strive to achieve bigger and better goals.

What a speech, although it was a bunch of actors doing acting in a movie. However, Al Pacino's speech in that movie was so inspirational. We all live for some a goal, and we are fighting hard to achieve it or get closer to it. No matter how much progress you are making every day, as long as you are moving towards you goal, you will make it one day.

So many good things said in this video. It is so true that you have to work really hard to win or get where you want to be in life. Every inch counts no matter what you are talking about. Teamwork is crucial to the game and work related task. Trusting each other to make sure everyone is doing their best to push everyone forward.

This a an inspirational video. So true that everything we do is an inch of our lives rather it be a small or a big part of our journey. In order to succeed we strive to gain every inch of information and apply our knowledge to become successful. We determine what our goal is and how our inches will add up to complete our goals.

I'm always wondering what coaches tell their players in the locker room during difficult games. Al lays it all on the table. He's deep, inspiring and real. But he's able to inspire his players to a victory. Was that Ray Lewis? But yes inches, football is definitely a game of inches. and when you break it down so is business. It's all about timing and approach.

There's always a bigger picture ahead but its important to realize that the little steps you take everyday are helping you move toward your goals. This was a great video by an inspirational speaker. It helped me to realize that taken small steps to a big goal is essential in completion of that goal.

Pacino is such a great actor and is always fun to watch. I liked the theme of the speech and love the way it is said. It tells how no matter what you go through, you can always start over and be successful. By comparing life to football, it makes it very easy to understand the point he is trying to convey. For some reason it also reminded me of the military and their willingness to sacrifice.

This is my favorite video that we have had to watch this semester. Such a great motivational speaker and you can tell that it is not rehearsed, but a speech from the heart from a truly great speaker. It is important whether you are competing in sports, life, or business, that you give it your all and that you are the one who pushes the extra mile. Like Al Pacino said, the one who gives up is the one who dies as an individual. The ones who give it the extra inch is the team who wins.

I love pep talks. It puts everyone back on the right path and aware of the goal they are trying to achieve. This should be a custom for businesses.
