This video was helpful in that it provided four great steps to take in order to think like an innovator. I can see applying these steps in many circumstances. While some of the suggestions seem obvious, going through each step will certainly help to ensure that innovation is not hampered.

Being innovative can open more opportunities for a business. Innovation is key in being relevant in the ever evolving product world. In order to stay hot in the product world you most have innovative incentives. Using these four guidelines can help a business understand how to be innovative when needed.

It is necessary to think like an innovator when you want to start a new job. First you should think about what problems the customers are trying to solve. Give them what they need, not what they want. Next, learn from your mistakes. If you make a mistake, its still okay. You can learn from it and move on. Next, you should become more hands on. After that, you should figure out what the company can and can't do. If you can do all this, then you should be an innovator.

This is a great video with several great tips and ways of thinking. I just read a book about how to have a successful product and that is to solve a problem. The book well as this video say, and I agree, that a product or service that solves the problems of customers will be successful. Also learning from your mistakes. We all make mistakes, but looking at them as a learning tool will bring you closer to success.

I feel like this video made a very good point. To think like an innovator, one has to look as something and ask, "how could this be better in someway." You could use that throughout your life in many different ways.

I think this video was good but it presented things I Have heard before. I think it was good to be reminded that it’s okay to fail because I don’t take to failing very well. I think understand your audience is also very important because that’s how you relate to your customer. This video was informative to anyone who aspires to become a business owner. I think as an innovator thinking outside the box is extremely important as well.

so biggest thing i pulled from this video is to spend time with your consumers and try to find what they would be looking for. its just like a writer needing to know their audience, an inventor must understand the ins and outs of what people need and what technology will allow.

Four Ways to Think Like an Innovator
Being in the business world requires you to naturally be an innovator. Everyone must find out how to increase sales. Learning from past experiences and improving on those is the best way to be an innovator. Overall, this video has not been my favorite and I barely learned anything new.

This video had great points to take away from it however still felt long and repetitive. I believe the concept of be innovative has been drilled in our heads so much it becomes tiresome to hear about.

I liked the way that this video broke down the best ways to becoming an innovator. I think that number 3, learning from your mistakes is probably one of the biggest ones. Without mistakes we would never learn how to do things the right way. Having things go wrong in your business can seem like a problem but really in the long run they help you see what to fix for the future and how to better yourself and your company.

Even though this is well know information I think this is useful information to use if your stuck in the middle or can't figure out what to do next if your unsure where your going. Hard work can help you to overcome your weaknesses. Learning from your mistakes and adjusting your plan can lead to innovation.

The speaker in the video had a pleasant smile and tone but he could been more informal because the message he presenting is information that is known and it seems as though he was speaking the same words over and over again but just in different phrase. So I believe he could have been more original in his presentation.

This video just goes to show how important it is to innovate your business. Things are always changing so you need to make sure that you are changing with it. Without change, a business will not survive in a changing world. Although it can be difficult, you should always anticipate what consumers need!

I have noticed many people have said they did not learn anything from this video. I understand what they are saying because we have heard these concepts before. But the question is, have we applied them? Have we learned from our mistakes? If we have already heard all of this before then why aren't we all innovators? I think he makes good solid points in this video and if we truly applied each step then we may find ourselves seeing things and doing things differently.
