I enjoyed watching hearing some of the qualities that Steve job's friends saw in him. I believe obsessive can be good and bad during work because sometimes you will run into a point that you can't go forward and have to figure out another way which is hard when your obsessive because you want to do everything a certain way. I am obsessive over certain things and it takes me longer to finish projects because I think of every single detail until it drives me crazy. I was glad to hear that this is a good quality for a business person. Great video to watch.

The video was inspiring to learn more about Steve Jobs and not only what he has done but his influence on people. I like the way the video describes Steve Jobs he is your ideal CEO. Very detailed, and did not come home until the problem was resolved. Also i love the fact he told it like it is. Also i like how the people in the video said that some people want to be like Steve Jobs. This is not possible but we can aspire to be like him in what he said and did.

I found this video interesting because it gave us the opportunity to hear about Steve Jobs' success from his friends rather than from critics. His friends told us of how Steve Jobs really worked and how he operated. He would work on a project until it was absolutely perfect. He wanted his consumers to be happy with the things he produced.

I'm viewing obsessive compulsive order a little differently now. Steve Jobs really had a deep understanding of whatever projects he would work on and he would obsess about them until it was right and people liked the product. I think this is one good way to develop products. Knowing all you can, having people disagree with you and having other perspectives and taking all that into consideration is great. People who can take that and turn it into something spectacular are very successful.

Steve Jobs had a ton of brain power and an incredible work ethic. Not all of us are given the intellectual gifts that he had, but we can all work to be the best we can possibly be. Coupled with a strong work ethic, we can all succeed in our respective industry with however you define success.

They had very positive things to say about Steve Jobs. He seemed like a very interesting person who had a dream that could be easily misunderstood. I adore how they said he was a control freak because in order for something to be on the brink of greatness, you must pay attention to every little detail such as he did. Apple wouldn't be the company it is today without him and since he has been gone I have read reports that they haven't been doing as well. You need someone crazy in order to make something that's crazy enough for the world to think it can be done, yet it actually being created. No one who was normal as ever done anything great.

being smart testing boundaries allows you to be a successful entrepreneur. Having your thought process and setting a certain environment for your employees establishes the character and culture of what you are trying to do. I think Steve jobs is very talented person. In his lifetime he defiantly fell short with his life. I believe that he could of invented more and sustained a even higher culture for apple. Some people are the highest of achievers which makes them very successful. I work with people with that character in them which is good it makes our corporation successful. steve always wanted to have the best idea. I watched the steve jobs movie and everyhthing that they say is shown in the movie.

They all had good things to say about Steve Jobs. Being obsessive can be both a good and a bad thing. It is good, because if you obsess over the task your are working on, it is most likely to be as perfect as you can get it. But, there is a bad side to obsessing. One who obsess over a task at hand, can potentially lose family and friend support. Also, when there is a problem and the obsessor cannot figure it out, that person probably would not want to waste time thinking about how to get around the problem. They would want to be able to work on it in one sitting.

I enjoyed watching this video and listening to what they had to say about the infamous Steve Jobs. It is very apparent that Mr. Jobs left his mark on Apple, as well as whomever Apple reaches. The video emphasized that effort has to go along with intellectuals in order to be successful.

I know that this subject can provoke much debate, but Steve Jobs was one of the greatest masterminds and inventors in our history. He had a genius capability of foreseeing the desires of customers and markets, allowing him to always stay ahead of the competition and develop products that were truly beautiful and relevant to the market. Apple is one of the most successful companies in the world, and, contrary to some opinions, I believe that that success only came about because of Steve Job's brilliance and passion for what he did. I like how he clarified at the end that Steve Jobs did not intend to be rich, powerful, or famous. Rather, Steve just loved his products and his job and developed such a strong passion for what he did, that he exceeded his dreams and expectations of what he could do. It's not always about having the most money or being the most powerful, but rather, it is always about loving what you do, believing in your product, and having a passion for your customers and their needs. If we can keep that passion as our main goal, success, fame, and money simply follow. This was a great video and I know Steve Jobs will continue to be remembered for many decades.

This is a pretty interesting analysis of Jobs' life and his development to success. He took a true interest in his employees and understood what they needed to be successful. I think one thing that really stands out is that Steve never compromised on a problem, he was involved in it every step of the way until it was fixed. He was obsessive about it. However he knew when he should be involved and collaborate and he knew when to be supportive and let others handle the job. I think it's absurd to think of copying his work or his legacy. Like it was explained, you would just be stopping at the surface. Jobs became successful because of his ethics and his work. He had such a sense of his abilities he knew how to push the limit. His work is not copying but someone can certainly apply his principles to their own work and be just as successful, if not more so. Especially if you can capitalize on something at the correct time like he did.

This video just went on to commemorate Steve Jobs and his perfectionism. After hearing these men talk about him in such an honorable way, I can't help but respect Jobs more. I knew he was a genius, but I didn't realize how hard on himself he was and how detail oriented he was around his work. I respect that he respected people who knew more about something than he did and that he was willing to listen and learn. The message here, I believe, is that if you care enough about something, make it the best you can. Never stop trying to improve.

Steve Jobs is a brilliant inventor and a great leader. I’m not obsessive compulsive but I am a perfectionist. I like how Jobs could use his disorder, which is something that is seen as bad, to create great things. I also like that he wouldn’t settle for a second rate product but would continuously fix things until they were perfect. I think the market needs more innovative leaders who want to put their all into creating a great product or service for customers.

This video means a lot to me because Ive loved Steve Jobs and Apple for so very long. I've read his biography, and followed his career closely. I think it's interesting that they call him a control freak, but I think that's for sure why the apple devices are so far superior to any other devices on the market. Being a perfectionist is often what makes people great in my mind. Perfectionist don't give up on something when it's ok, they make sure it's perfect or else they don't do it.

Well apparently to be like Steve Jobs you need to obsess over your work constantly and be a control freak. However, I feel like these qualities are not what made Steve Jobs successful. His willingness to test boundaries and not limit your ideas and way of thinking are what made this man a success time and again throughout his career. I also like the fact that he cultivated a culture in which his employees were encouraged to have the same way of thinking and that he did not fully respect someone unless they were willing to argue with him.
