INSTANT MBA: If You Think You Can Do It Better, Go For It
In the business world, there will always be room for innovation and people who come up with good ideas to improve goods and services. If the opportunity arises, we should be willing to present our thoughts to better something. I have heard a few cases of people who claim their business idea was stolen, and this can only happen if you don't seize the opportunity to expose your ideas in a timely manner. Also, we should not be afraid of failure; if we really believe that our ideas can make a difference in the business world, then we have to try our best to find resources to turn the idea into an opportunity.

INSTANT MBA: If You Think You Can Do It Better, Go For It I think this is good advice. So many times people complain about stuff but never try finding a better way to do or sometimes someone may have an idea but is afraid to share it. I feel that if you're frustrated enough about something or have strong feelings for it then you will eventually try to make a better way and I think that's how some businesses start, from a person who was frustrated with something and wanted to make it easier for himself and others. If your feel you have a better idea or strategy then test it out first, what's the worst thing that can happen? You fail then go back to the way everyone is doing it and nobody will ever know.

INSTANT MBA: If You Think You Can Do It Better, Go For It
I always say if you want something done right, do it yourself! In regards to this article, if you think something should be done better, instead of waiting for someone to improve it, why not do it yourself? If you think a product or service needs some improvement why not come up with some creative ideas to improve that product or service. It doesn't hurt to try. This new improvement to the product or service could be the best yet, and guess who will get the credit for this great improvement because they decided to go for it, you! If you have a bunch of ideas that you think would benefit something, why not turn those ideas into some successful ventures? This article was a pretty good read.

Instant MBA: If You Think You Can Do It Better, Go For It I think this article was a phenomenal read and great advice. I always hear people say how someone has stolen their business idea or how they have done it before them, when in reality if they would have actually went through with the entire process, the conversation of the idea being stolen wouldn’t even be up for discussion. Never be afraid to try, because you never know how the outcome will be. Sometimes people are afraid to try something because they don’t know what other people will say or think. As your own person, you have to ask yourself do you really want it. And if so then go for it, because time is of the essence, and it will not wait on anyone. ‘Others’ won’t take care of you, so why does it matter what they think. Be confident about everything you do, even if it doesn’t turn out for the better, how would you know if you don’t try? And you have to keep trying until you get it right. Fill in the gaps, and leave room for nobody to place their mark. Do it and be the best at it.

INSTANT MBA: If You Think You Can Do It Better, Go For It
This saying is only applicable if it hasn't been done before. For example, when it comes to cleaning and you know it can be done better, but it isn't, you come to the conclusion that someone didn't want to do the job all the way. On the other hand, if something hasn't been done before and you can do it better, try it with all your heart. Allow only yourself to admit to failure and be very stubborn about making yourself achieve your goals.

INSTANT MBA: If You Think You Can Do It Better, Go For It
I think this is a bit of a misrepresented topic for the last entry in this assignment. Regardless of the fact that you may think you can "do it better", there are probably not the amount of resources realistically available to you to make something better than say for example, a multimillion dollar company whose product has flaws that you could see made better with your personal specifications. This will never happen. Ambition on the other hand is what I believe this author was trying to portray. If you have the ambition to make something better, than you will make it hapen; there is no “thinking” involved.

INSTANT MBA: If You Think You Can Do It Better, Go For It
If your not satisfied with the way something works or the way it is run, try and do it better yourself. Even though you might not have ever thought about doing it before, maybe you have what it takes to innovate an idea. You never know what you can actually do until you try and give it your best shot. Even if the idea isn't what you are used to or it doesn't have anything to do with what your current business does, don't be afraid to try it. It might just be the best idea you've come up with.

INSTANT MBA: If You Think You Can Do It Better, Go For It
I like what this article is saying. If you're not pleased with how things are getting done at your job then take the reins and do it yourself. I've had to do that a couple times at my current job; I unfortunately haven't had the same success as Richard Branson but if you think that you can do something better then just do it. Who knows, it might take you further in your career than you thought or it may allow you to start something yourself. You'll never know unless you take charge and see what happens.

INSTANT MBA: If You Think You Can Do It Better, Go For It
I completely agree. If you think you can do something better, you need to go for it. Don’t let fear or anything else hold you back from your possibilities. If you always dream, but never act on these dreams then you are sure to never succeed.

I agree with this article. If you don't like they way something is going and you think that you can do it better yourself than do it. You have to be able to know what you excel at and do it. Once again you have to have confidence in your abilities and know what you are good at. Everyone has a set of skills, traits, etc that they excel in. As a leader you must know what you are good at and go for it.

Alt link 100: Destroy Hierarchy And Show Employees You're One Of Them
The problem with Nayar's idea is that as a boss you can't always be your employee's friend. Sometimes the best interest of the company involes making unpopular decisions. Those unpopular actions will break that bond you have with your employees regardless of if you are their friend or not. I do agree that you should, as a manager, bring about the best in your employees abilities and be held accountable for your workers.

INSTANT MBA: Destroy Hierarchy And Show Employees You're One Of Them
Being an effective leader also includes you understanding the jobs of your employees. You must always practice what your preach and understand it is ok to do the jobs of the employees that work below you. You must not treat your employees as if they work below you, but as if they are side by side you in this business. Everyone is behind the success of the business.

INSTANT MBA: If You Think You Can Do It Better, Go For It
I definitely agree with this article. Generally people that are so passionate about something they are working on will do a better job than others. If you think you can do it better, you just may be able to. If not, then what did you stand to lose. Don't be afraid to stand up for what you believe.
