As soon as i saw what this video was about, i wanted to turn it off. The Kardashian "empire" is one of those marketing machines that just annoy you until you pay attention. I am guilty of watching shows such as E! News and reading gossip magazines, so of course I've seen and read many things about this family. Nothing against them, i just feel that they are exploiting their family and showing a bad image of what people in today's world should care about. With that said, Kris Kardashian did accomplish her goals of creating an image and brand for her family. The reputation they're gained might not be attractive to everyone, but she is a business woman non the less that made her "product" a household name.

I think what is brilliant about the Kardashians is that they are the ones who market themselves. They knew that becoming as successful as they are, that the media was going to talk all about them, mostly bad. For example, Khloe has been attacked for years because of her weight. On their show, Khloe explained how she has always struggled with her weight and how she was trying to change it. The Kardashians are successful because Kris Jenner, and the whole family, is not afraid to put themselves out there. They could have taken a lot of things out of their show, but they do not. Kris is an excellent manager and marketing person for her family. Her daughters are successful because she knew what to do and how to do it. It really is amazing.

It's no secret that the Kardashians are really good business, shall I say, women. They know what their consumers want and they give it to them. Their business strategy to use social networks to find out what people want is so smart. They use this to gain competitive intelligence and formulate a business strategy. That's how they got successful.

I really admire a good sense of business in anyone. Am glad to see that some people like Kris realize the need for TV to have reality shows. As long as people are willing to pay for a product, then it's just fitting enough to provide the product to the consumers that watch the show. Power to her!!

Kris Jenner is a good manager, but I don't know if she is the best role model for business. Not every business is going to have the benefit of reality television to boost their business. The Kardashians are good people but as far as business goes, their success in business can be attributed to their appearance's on television. I would rather take business advice from someone who built their businesses from scratch without the benefit of a famous father with famous friends and unusual opportunities.

Whether you like or hate them, Kris Jenner has done a great job marketing the Kardashian Brand. They have made themselves known worldwide. I think because they have made themselves so open and available and have such strong personalities, people have become so interested in their lives and feel like they know them. They now have perfume, makeup, clothes, nail polish, etc. etc. They found a way to capitalize on their success and expand their brand.

A lot of times people have a negative outlook on celebrities and reality shows. However, it's show business and show business is a business. Kris Jenner is a business women along with her daughters. All leaders must have a vision and it was her vision to have a reality show along with fashion businesses. This is a very creative way to make money and amplify the marketing through the reality show. Personally, through social media regular people do the same thing.

The Kardashians have really built an empire around their family name. Over the years they have grown to become one of the most famous and wealthiest families around. Even though some of the things that they do are criticized Kris Jenner has managed to build her girls brand and make them extremely successful. Regardless of their approach, the Kardashians know how to build a successful business and name, and continue to make it grow.

This argument is just as boring as the real show. I have never found reality entertaining so its difficult for me to find something constructive to say hear. UHH She seems to understand a part of the population that i don't. SO "understand your market" i guesse.

I am not a big fan of Kris Jenner or her family. I usually do not like listening to her, but I do have to commend her for knowing how to market her business, even though I disagree with making your family your business. She knows what she is doing, and managed to make her family popular. She managed to start her show with the idea of a fashion show, and then was able to change it to what the audience wanted.

I think that the empire that the Kardashian family has built is astounding. Kris has done a great job in branding her family and then putting that brand on everything they think they can sell. Kris is a great manager and I think she really helps her family to keep track of everything, but to also keep everything in perspective. I don't know how they live their life with cameras watching their every move, but I definitely think that the show was a critical step to creating the name recognition that the Kardashian family has today. I may not agree with the exploitation of her family, but Kris has undeniably created an empire.

Honestly I feel like this lady needs to learn there is more to life than ratings and money, How about self respect, morals, and dignity. Things she obviously never learned so she cant share them with her children. I think it is sad when people "Put on" a show for the world for financial gains. Yes she has accomplished her goal successfully but at what cost? i think this is something that is often overlooked when measuring success.

Whether you love the Kardashian's or hate them, I'm sure the they could care less because they are laughing all the way to the bank. They have their hands in everything and are only becoming richer and richer off of their successes and failures. They are not afraid to put it all out there and that has contributed to their loyal followers who may even think of them like family. If you ask me Kris has it figured out, like she said at the end of the video, she gets paid to hang out with her family all day.
