INSTANT MBA: Leadership Starts With Complaining And Dissatisfaction
This article describes one the most important elements of being a leader. Leadership is definitely about taking control of our personal and professional goals. Also, we need to be clear about what we want and about whom we are, so we can determine what direction we should go. Leaders have to give their opinions not matter the consequences as long as they are truthful. Furthermore, people who pretend to be leaders have to take corrective actions and make important decisions when needed, and they should be capable of motivating other people to collaborate. For entrepreneurs to be successful, they need to have leadership skills because the only way a business idea can thrive is if goals are clearly stated and strategies are efficiently proposed.

Instant MBA: Leadership Starts With Complaining and Dissatisfaction I agree with this article on every level. In today’s business world, people are afraid to speak on how they feel about something. Leadership is more than being ambitious and hard-working. It’s about not being afraid to take risks and having a clear vision on what you want to do. Yea you will encounter some bumpy roads, but that’s okay because in the end you will come out on top. Too many people focus on the wrong doings of others instead of worrying about what they are doing wrong as the leader. Time doesn’t wait on anyone and it will not wait for you or anyone else to get the essentials of being a leader correct. If you have to stump and shout to make others pay attention to what you are saying, then that’s what you do. In others words, don’t be ashamed to voice your opinion because believe it or not you aren’t the only one, the difference is that you weren’t afraid to voice your opinion. Individuality plays a big role in leadership.

INSTANT MBA: Leadership Starts With Complaining And Dissatisfaction
This article was a really great read. Not everyone is cut out to be a leader and that is very understandable. As a leader it is definitely important to know exactly what your goal is. If you don't know what your goal is then how do you know what you are trying to achieve and when you have achieved it?? A leader shouldn't be afraid to say "we are doing this all wrong, we need to start over." As a leader it is your job to make sure that everyone is moving in the right direction, and if the wrong route is being taken it is definitely your responsibility to stop and get everyone back on track. You have the right to let everyone know, this is what you want, this is where you want to go, and this is how you are going to get there.

INSTANT MBA: Leadership Starts With Complaining And Dissatisfaction
I agree with this article. Leaders a created when they are simply fed up with the way things are going in their life or at work. When they get to the point where they can’t take it anymore and decides to make a change is when a leader is born but this doesn’t happen that often because, as the article said, leading can be risky and scary. Nobody wants to step outside of their comfort zone and challenge someone who is in a higher position than them and, even worst, fail. Being a leader is tough since he takes on so much responsibility for multiple amounts of things and every mistake is magnified to the max making people not believe in what he is doing. A leader needs to be mentally tough and prepared to take on any obstacle that stands in his way to achieving his goal.

INSTANT MBA: You Have To Believe You're Number One
You have to want to be number one and want to work hard for it. Don't settle for average, believe in yourself and your company. And once you accomplish this, then go recruit business. Keep your dignity and respect the competition, but if you believe your number one then go prove it.

INSTANT MBA: Leadership Starts With Complaining And Dissatisfaction
I strongly believe that a leader is a person who others can follow and understand without question. When a leader feels dissatisfaction, they should address it and move in the right direction to fix the problem. A true leader will stand up for something that they see being done wrong, and will do whatever they can to fix it before it causes a problem.

INSTANT MBA: Leadership Starts With Complaining And Dissatisfaction
I agree with article in that you need to stand up and demand change. When something is not going right with the business and things will not change until someone says something, say it. I think it is important for a leader to address what is going wrong with the company and fix it in the best way possible. A true sign of a leader is to recognize what is going wrong with the company and do something about it before it gets worse.

INSTANT MBA: Leadership Starts With Complaining And Dissatisfaction
One of the major roles of a leader is to take the things that everyone can see and complain about and then develop and action plan from there. It is fairly easy to recognize shortcomings and complain, but it takes some work to develop a plan for improvement and see that through to completed actions. A good leader will take things all the way through this process.

INSTANT MBA: Leadership Starts With Complaining And Dissatisfaction
Leadership is tough. You must set your foot down under any circumstance, even if it is not under popular decision. Being a leader requires dedication and help. No one can be a leader by themselves. A leader leads a team. They encourage others to do the best that they can. While leaders may fail, they try their best and they go down fighting. Being a leader has more to do with morals and how hard you are willing to fight, then how capable you are to handle the crowd you are going against.

Leadership skills are very important for someone to achieve. It takes a lot of determination and hard work as well as confidence. You have to be confident in your abilities and convince other that you are as well. I think that the best leaders are those people that have started at the bottom and have worked their way up the chain. This gives you experience that you will need once you become a leader. These experiences will help you learn and grow and from these experiences you will develop skills that will make you a better leader.

Alt link 89: INSTANT MBA: You Have To Believe You're Number One You will certainly be successful if you are the best at what you do. Not always will you be the best, but if you have the mindset that you are a winner and you are the best it will affect those around you and they will start to think and act that way to. This will only help you to be successful.

INSTANT MBA: Leadership Starts With Complaining And Dissatisfaction
Leadership is nothing if not hard. Anyone who has ever been in charge of anything can tell you that. Its hard to be a captain of the football team, let alone a business leader. It takes guts to stand up in front of people and voice your opinions. Especially if those opinions differ from the majority. But that isn't the only hard part. It also takes guts to have people answer to you, and to be responsible for other people. Its often times a thankless job, but it is always worth it.

INSTANT MBA: Leadership Starts With Complaining And Dissatisfaction
To be a leader you have to be able to speak up about what you think and what you believe in. You can't be scared to tell someone that you aren't satisfied with the way things are going or that you think the business is heading in the wrong direction. However, stating the problem is just half the battle, you must be able to do something about it. Coming up with ways to resolve the problems that you see will show real leadership in the workplace.
