Therefore, managers need to recruit employees who represent the best fit for the team and the organization. Assembling a team sometimes is a challenge because not everyone has the ability to work with other people, so prospect employees need to possess not only technical but also teamwork skills. This article compares a team with a coalition, which in my opinion, is a powerful description of what a dream team means for any organization. Possessing a ‘dream team’ is a necessity for any business or organization because accomplishing the goals of the business cannot be executed by one person alone. My personal opinion would be to choose a diverse group of individuals. That way you can correlate different viewpoints. The downfall about assembling a ‘dream team’ is that it will be a challenge and will not work out on the first try. You as the leader will have to distinguish who is fit to be on the team and who is not. Selfishness and immoral conduct should not be tolerated. You have your company’s best interest at heart and you need people with the same mind frame as you. With that combined, the company is sure to be defined as innovative and creative in the near future.

Because leaders cannot implement new strategies and ideas on their own, assembling a dream team of employees who are both innovative and creative is very important. As the leader of this team it is your responsibility to make sure that all members are team players. Not everyone possess the skills needed to work with others, you will find that some employees are overly competitive, which is not a trait you want someone on your team to have. It is important to analyze all potential members of your team and make sure that they have what it takes to work with others to come up with new strategies that can help benefit your organization.

I agree with this article. A leader who wants a new strategic plan can’t do it all by himself, he needs a well diverse group to help him along the way. Having a diverse group is essential because each member has his own unique way of doing things creating new ideas and innovation as to if everyone in the group was all great at the same things. This diverse group would take loads of stress off one another since all of the work and decisions won’t be on them but spread throughout the group. Another key factor in having this type of group is actually letting each member do what it is that they’re good at. If the leader didn't allow for this to happen, there would be no point in having such a diverse group.

When picking your team, going for the guy/girl that made a 4.0 GPA isn't always your obvious choice. Sure, that person knows more about the logistics and numbers, but what you need is someone who can think out of the box. Putting together a group of creative minds together could spark many new and innovative ideas. They are able to bounce ideas off each other and come up with better ways to help the business run.

I absolutely agree with this article. I believe that you need to get a team of your best players together before you start to play so you will have an effective outcome with your team. Making a dream team will not be a fast process however, you need to make it through a few bad apples before you find all the right players for you. In some cases your dream team might be all together and ready to go, but it may take a couple of years to get the teams down right.

As a leader it is extremely important to build the proper team for success. It will be very difficult to reach your full potential if you do not have the proper make up on your team. It is important to have different perspectives come from some of your team members. If everyone is a big picture thinker, they may struggle to execute on any idea. Also if you have a team full of executers that think with in the box, you will struggle to find creative ideas.

Dream teams come in the most diverse forms. People who are excited, innovative, and just all around happy about life. Dream teams don't take too much effort to find. People with diverse backgrounds, diverse likes, and a sense of accomplishment can be just enough to create that team. Employees often find things about one another that they like and build off of those features.

I think that assembling a dream team is something that most companies seek to do. This can take a long time to accomplish but should always be worked on. This article relates to the last one about looking for potential employees. It is important for leaders to look for people who bring qualities to the company that can help it succeed. It is also important to have employees who are open minded and innovative. This is a pretty genius idea. As a leader of a business, it can be hard to remember that you don't have to do everythig alone. This dream team could be huge for a business. Its one thing to come up with a new strategy, but another to change everything that needs to change in order to implement it. To make this a little easier, a team full of good people could turn one brain into 10 brains and that means 10 times the ideas and innovation.
