"Past victories don't ensure future success"
Very true. Just because you succeed in certain areas of business doesn't mean you will always be that successful. You need to continue innovating and altering your company in order to sty ahead of the competition and to meet the changes that occur in the market and demand.

INSTANT MBA: Past Victories Don't Ensure Future Success
Schaich says “A healthy paranoia pervades Panera’s halls." Is this due to a fear of failure? Is it a focus on ensuring consumer satisfaction or superior service? Is the word paranoia an appropriate way to describe what he is attempting to accomplish. That comment makes Mr. Schaich seem obsessive compulsive. He maybe could have focused the message on an attention to detail in order to ensure a superior product and experience for the consumer. Is it possible that he is so afraid of making a mistake that he will eventually lose focus on the overall vision of his business? I understand learning from past mistakes or victories but is he attempting to avoid any mistakes at all? I am not connecting with this particular article exert.

People are becoming more educated and connected than ever before thanks to the internet and many people are choosing more carefully which products or services they purchase and from whom they purchase them. It is important to be aware of company image and also of what exactly your customers need.

You should definitely not believe that any of your past successes will lead to another potential gain. Our economy today is always rapidly changing and success now is just being able to keep up with the numerous amounts of change. For any matter you wouldn't want to rely on only one business plan and expect it to continually work for the duration of your business' life. You should constantly be looking for ways to innovate your business with all possible solutions.

INSTANT MBA: Past Victories Don't Ensure Future Success
I think that far too many companies use revenue and profits to measure their overall success. Even though these things are very important, it still does determine the company’s entire success.

Very good point made by the owner of the company. You must always keep innovating and keep your head looking forward. Never just be satisfied on what you have now but what you can get in the future. Keeping up with modern times is a plus and falling behind can definitely hurt your business. Remember to look for the next idea even if it is just a small increase in profit. Keep looking to the future and don't worry about the past.

Past Victories Don't Ensure Future Success I agree with the article your past achievements don't ensure your future success. I feel it helps in a way but in many business environment no two business are alike so you would want to start over for square on, With intel you may fail or not do so well like you would have hope.

Instant MBA: Past Victories Don’t Ensure Future Success Things that have worked in the past might not necessarily work in the future. Times change, and people change so management needs to change with them. Sometimes things that have happened in the past might actually work in the future depending on the terms that change. Make sure you look at all factors of life before making a decision.

INSTANT MBA: Past Victories Don't Ensure Future Success
Just because a product or service has been successful in the past does not mean that it will have the same success in future. Being innovative is very important for every organization. When a product or service that has brought success to your company is still effective, it is wise to continue to use that product or service but you must continue to improve it so that it may continue to be successful. The global market is changing everyday and so are the people in it, so companies have to make sure that the products and services they provide are what people want. Innovation is definitely the key to continually success.I agree with this article.
