INSTANT MBA: Past Victories Don't Ensure Future Success
Innovation is the key for a business to remain successful. Technology, globalization, and other external factors are changing tastes and preferences in society quickly. Therefore, companies need to adjust and come up with new ideas to offer products and services that satisfy the needs of current markets. Being able to innovate and adjust to the environment is what makes the difference between businesses that fail and the ones that succeed. Competition is fierce in any industry, and companies need to learn to be dynamic to adjust to changes in consumer preferences in a timely manner.

Instant MBA: Past Victories Don’t Ensure Future Success I totally agree with this article. Just because you were successful at doing something in the past does not mean that it will be the same way in the future. You have to keep working hard in order to stay on top. Innovation is a tactic of success, by any means necessary, the innovation of a business should never be compromised for your ego. Companies have to learn to adjust to the changes, good or bad, because success will come and go in a blink of an eye.

INSTANT MBA: Past Victories Don't Ensure Future Success
Just because a product or service has been successful in the past does not mean that it will have the same success in future. Being innovative is very important for any organization out there. When you have a product or service that has brought success to your company, there is nothing wrong with wanting to continue to use that product or service but you must continue to improve it so that it may continue to be successful. The world is changing everyday and so are the people in it, so companies have to make sure that the products and services they provide are what people want. Innovation is definitely the key to continually success.

INSTANT MBA: Past Victories Don't Ensure Future Success
I absolutely agree with this article. You don't need to base the future of your company over something you did in the past. That will catch up to you and will likely cause you to fail rather than succeed. It's important to continue evolving your business in today's market because if you don't then someone else will and end up taking all your glory.

INSTANT MBA: Past Victories Don't Ensure Future Success
I agree with the article completely in that you really need to focus on the future. You need to have a plan for what's going to happen in the future and not rely on how well you did last quarter and expect perfection this quarter. Business must be done in strides and you have to take into consideration that there might be problems in the future.

INSTANT MBA: Develop A Thick Skin And ‘Suck It Up’
Many people in general do not like to hear criticism, but sometime in your career it will be present. Developing a thick skin sooner than later, will help you become a stronger leader. It gives you the opportunity to change. Listen and hear what is being said, try and not to react so quickly. Sometimes, criticism is hard to accept but truthful. Look at it as a tool to improve yourself. Take the steps to change when appropriate and know when to separate the gossip.

INSTANT MBA: Past Victories Don't Ensure Future Success
Just because something worked for you in the past, doesn't mean it will work every time. You must keep changing the way you do things as the world changes around you. The way the world is changing everyday, especially through technology, you must innovate and adapt to those changes. The way that made you successful in the first place might not work today. Innovation is a key to future success.

INSTANT MBA: Past Victories Don't Ensure Future Success
I agree with this article because sometimes people can depend too heavily on their past success in order to have future success. Leaders should always be humble, looking for ways to better their company or group even if things are running perfectly at the time. Doing this will allow the company to keep expanding and producing at a high level but some leaders become too caught up in his past success. These leaders are always referring back to the times when the company or his group were doing great but he never is able to get his group or company back to that point.

INSTANT MBA: Past Victories Don't Ensure Future Success
I believe people should treat past victories as stepping stones. Instead of using them to fall back on, use them to grow on. Often times people will use past victories as a sort of fall back. For example, during times of failure a manager might look at it as, “well we did good last quarter, so we aren’t too bad off.” This type of thinking can lead to making bad decisions and can hinder growth. Keeping a fresh company that is always looking for the newest and best way to produce and sell their goods and services is a great way to ensure the growth of a company.

INSTANT MBA: Past Victories Don't Ensure Future Success
No one can stay at the top without hard work and dedication. You must always be on top of your game and ensure that everything is running as planned. Even being on the top of the pyramid, you must be coming up with new ideas and ensuring that your customers are satisfied. Language is a great way to do this. Revising everyday language will wow your guests as you speak to them. You sound extremely polite and guests hear that and respond accordingly.

INSTANT MBA: Past Victories Don't Ensure Future Success
While past successes due build a solid platform to help with future success, they do not ensure future success. It is important to evaluate each situation and develop a solid plan to improve the chances of success. Use past successes and failures to gain knowledge and use this knowledge to help develop the plan that will help lead to future successes.

I think that it is important to remember that just because you have been successful in the past, it does not mean that you will always be successful. I think the article gives a business owner some important tips. It is important to remember how you became successful in the past but to keep up with the current trends. In business trends and technology are constantly changing. It is important to keep up with those and reinvent your business to keep up with those. You also need to keep up with the demands and request of your customers.

INSTANT MBA: Past Victories Don't Ensure Future Success
Contentment is the enemy of improvement. I learned that in high school football when I was 15 years old. Its a lesson I've kept with me ever since. Just because something works out and goes your way, doesn't in any way mean it will work out the next time. Its true in literally all aspects of life. As soon as you let youself get comfortable, you will fall into a lazy habit, thinking if you did it once it will automatically workout again. This attitude will lead to absolutely nothing but sloth. Keep yourself hungry, don't let success ever be enough. That way, you'llalways stay motivatd and be able to move forward quickly with good hope for the future.
