INSTANT MBA: There's No Need To Worry Too Much
Hendel said "it's crucial to listen to the ideas her employees have and to encourage everyone to be open to the possibility of change." I completely agree with that statement. If you listen to your employees' ideas they will feel like they matter to the company. They will probably be more motivated and want to work. If they feel included, they will be more willing to embrace any change that you feel is necessary for the company. When things get rough in a company it is important to step back and make a game plan and including your employees in that plan is important.

Sometimes you need to take a step back. When you're stressed out and overwhelmed pause and take a breather. Then think about how you will adjust your plan. You need to relax your mind so your brain can function correctly.

INSTANT MBA: There's No Need To Worry Too Much
I like the article because it helps ease the mind of people who worry too much when it comes to a business. I think worrying too much can hinder the progress of a business as well. If you're too busy worrying, you don't have any time to plan for your business.

Instant MBA: There’s No Need To Worry Too Much
There is so many times when managers get so overwhelmed and stressed out that they no longer become valuable to a company. They put themselves in a place where they aren’t productive. People should never settle for anything they should work hard and get the job they will enjoy. I can relate to this article because where I work the managers are stressed and just burnt out that they feel like the aren’t getting anything accomplished. Work has just become so stressful when it should be a place where they don’t mind coming to.

INSTANT MBA: There's No Need To Worry Too Much
Worrying as a leader is not effective. It can lead to stress and misguidance of the organization. Executives must continually meet with managers to plan goals and dead line both short and long term. Employees should be aware of deadlines in order to take more responsibility from higher level management. Openly communicating company wide will help create a flow of ideas and work tasks.

"There's no need to worry too much"
By worrying about anything, you tend to over think every situation. It's almost like your brain just eats at itself. You can't think clearly or logically on how to solve a situation. Hendel's approach is perfect. Take a step back form a problem and try to find a way to work though it and ask employees on solutions. This will allow you to think outside the box and come to a conclusion in a more logical and sensible way. Worry about anything just clouds the mind.

INSTANT MBA: There's No Need To Worry Too Much
I agree and I personally struggled with this issue when I first began management training. It is a known fact that things are going to go differently than planned sometimes. I just began planning for things to go wrong and had ideas in my head for when it happened. I don't want to promote pessimism but to be successful as a manager I think one needs to go ahead and accept the likelihood of problems arising before hand so that when they do there is less stress and quicker resolution.

In a business setting you do not want to have to worry or stress over anything. Just like Hendel says, you should work closely with your team and do whatever you can do at the time to help the situation. Stress is going to be something that comes with a business so the best way to handle it is to just keep your composure. I think every business should have a business plan in place in order to keep those type of stresses to a minimum.

This article talks about stress and when to take a break and get organized. Your company should be first on the list. Dont let being unorganized bring your company down. Take the time to get organized and listen to your employees opinions and reactions. Being involved in your company is key to success. Dont let stress take over your mind just remember to keep with the business plan and stick with it.

INSTANT MBA: There is No Need To Worry Too Much
In life in general this article is true. Worrying only causes things to become worse because you end up over thinking or making problems worse before they even become a problem. No matter how much you worry sometimes, it still doesn't fix the problem, so why do it? The best thing to do is to call a meeting with your team and sort of regroup. Talk about the issues at hand and sort of figure out things that might could fix situations before occurring or in the meantime. As a leader you might be surprised by how many other ideas your employees can come up with.

INSTANT MBA: There's No Need To Worry Too Much
I know first hand that worrying will get you nowhere in life and that often times it is a complete detriment to what you are trying to accomplish in the first place. Nobody's imagination and creativity is aloud to run free is you are fretting over something. It is important to let things go and allow yourself to think things through properly.

I loved this article. I can relate because I am one of those people who worry too much. Sometimes I overwhelm myself and this article gave me some advice when I start to stress. Diana Hendel says instead of letting herself become paralyzed with fear, she takes a step back and starts thinking about the things she can actually do to improve a tough situation. She talks about how crucial it is to listen to the ideas her employees have and to encourage everyone to be open to the possibility of change. When you become overwhelmed and think you are running out of time, it's a sign to take a deep breath and start planning with your team.

INSTANT MBA: There's No Need To Worry Too Much
Whether there has been a recent mistake or a past mistake, we shouldn't keep our minds on the worry of those mistakes. If members of a company or more importantly, a leader get stuck in their worries, the company will be hindered in their push to being successful looking forward. This is true in every thing we as individuals do in life. Our worries are often the reason we fail because we are too worried to come up with new and better ideas.

79 Instant MBA: There’s No Need To Worry Too Much
Worrying too much can really kill production for a manager. If they are so stressed out that they cannot work effectively, that is not good for a company. If they just relax and take one task at a time instead of trying to handle everything at once, they may be able to handle the pressure better. Worrying too much just make the problems worse.
