Worrying will not do anyone any good. When you are overwhelmed with something, instead of worrying about it, take a step back and look at your situation. Look specifically about what you need to do or what you need to not do. Talk with your coworkers about what you need to accomplish. Instead of looking at what you can’t do to improve the situations, look at what you can do.

INSTANT MBA: There's No Need To Worry Too Much
I adore Hendel's remark: "I love problem solving, but when it crosses over to worrying it's a misuse of my imagination." I need to blow that quote up and hang it in my classroom as well as at my house. Especially this year, as I'm a new teacher and being evaluated by professors as well as my administration, I seem to be made up of nothing but worry! I truly need to memorize Hendel's quote and live by it. There's only so much I can do as a human being. If I'm putting my all into my job and learning from my mistakes (and successes) than I am making progress. I need to stop worrying so much and utilize my creative powers more to avoid being so stressed out. I can see how business owners who follow this path tend to be successful.

It is really important not to worry too much because you will stress yourself out and become exhausted. When one reaches the point to where they are no longer being productive in certain situations they should take a time out and reevaluate the situation. Look to their team members to remind themselves what the goal is and also for some encouragement. I you spend too much time worrying about a certain situation you are no longer able to be productive and you are wasting time. You become unfocused and unpleasant to work with/for.

Instant MBA: There’s No Need To Worry Too Much
This link talks about not letting the situation take advantage of you. When faced with a problem it is best to step back and try to solve the problem with your team. If you get pulled into the problem and start to panic you may not create a valid solution for the problem. When managing a team listing to their solutions when trying to solve those problems so that you may have more ideas to your own and that the problem is being looked at form more than one point of view. So when having a problem step back and examine the problem so that you may have the appropriate solution.

Sometimes you just need to take sometime to breathe when being overcome with worry. Worrying about a situation will not help the situation, but can do damage to it and your emotional state. If suddenly you are feeling overwhelmed, take heart. Instead of worrying about how wrong a situation can (or can not) go wrong, put in your mind that you will always get passed it.

INSTANT MBA: There's No Need To Worry Too Much
Everyone gets overwhelmed sometimes by the problem ahead of them. But worrying about them, or fearing them will not ease the problem but only worsen the situation. Worry can lead to making rash decisions. Instead we should be patience, analyze the situation calmly, listen to other people and finally make a rational decision.

INSTANT MBA: There's No Need To Worry Too Much
Sometimes when you get so busy in your job and feel like there is no time to plan or do anything, this is the time you should stop and discuss a plan with your employees. Although you feel like you do not have the time, taking the time will help calm you down and can help make sure that you are focusing on important things that are essential to what needs to be done. Planning is something that helps a person prioritize and organize their thoughts and what they need to do. It helps they focus on the most important things first. Therefore, it I important for managers to take the time to do this especially when they are busy.

INSTANT MBA: There's No Need To Worry Too Much
Not worry? That is what I do best! A good point made by Diana Hendel is that when worry becomes primary, then you should step back and reevaluate. Planning and preparedness helps to alleviate worry. Worry is a sign of the unknown or not knowing which path to take. If you feel like you are worrying too much then it is a sign you do not know what to do. Planning the appropriate path during difficult task requires planning and focus. This is good advice.

Instant MBA: There’s No Need to Worry Too Much
When you worry too much, you can become paralyzed with fear and just not want to face that particular situation. When this happens to me, I just sit down and try to formulate a plan of my options. I think about what I am capable of doing now, what can be done in the future, and what is out of my power of doing about the situation that I am in. If you do this, then eventually you will actually think of a solution to solve your problem.

Do not worry you do have employees and they were hired for a reason and they should have the capability to use their opinions and run them by you for a further decision making your position a lot easy and less stressful.

When faced with a stressful situation when everything is going wrong, it is easy for a manager to just wing it and think that in a time like this, there is no time to plan. These times are the most important to come up with plans. Stopping and gathering your team and reevaluating where you are, where you need to be and how you are going to get there is important to overcoming the issues. Giving employees specific tasks and jobs to do to keep them on track and feeling less like they're riding blind and more like they have a purpose will keep them pushing through the tough issues and give them the ability to see the light at the end of the tunnel.

INSTANT MBA: There's No Need To Worry Too Much
I believe that no one should let things worry them too much. If you find yourself worrying too much about things then it may be time to step back and reevaluate the situation, that way you can make sure everything is done the right way. I think that you should do one thing perfectly, rather than trying to do four related things in a mediocre fashion. I think that it is really important for you to let everyone know what your mission is so that they will know what is expected of them. Everyone should pitch in and do their share of the work so that no 1 person is overworked or worrying about doing their job.
