INSTANT MBA: There's No Need To Worry Too Much
Coping with stress is essential to have a healthy life. There are many situations at work that might distress employees and managers. However, people should learn over time to calm down and solve problems efficiently. Panicking will have not positive results, so it is important to sit down and analyze the source of the problem to devise a plan to effectively find a solution. This article presents a great testimony of a CEO who sees problem solving as an opportunity to challenge herself and use her imagination to create efficient solutions and improve difficult situations.

Instant MBA: There’s No Need to Worry Too Much
This was a great article, but I think that ‘not worrying too much’ is better said than done. I completely understand what the article expresses and I agree 150%, but sometimes backing away is very hard; not to mention it is something you love to do. I can understand why leaders worry, because they feel like the whole world is on top of them. Even with the help of employees or the team, the final decision is based upon them. The job of a CEO has a lot of responsibilities and aggravations that come along with it. I would advise anyone in that position to not be afraid to step back and re-evaluate circumstances and ask for help. Yea it will be hard, but it’s in the company’s best interest.

INSTANT MBA: There's No Need To Worry Too Much
There are times in our lives where we find ourselves overwhelmed with work and it tends to stress us out because we are so busy worrying about the work load that must be completed or the issues that need to be resolved, but if we spend too much time worrying this will take away from our time to actually do what needs to be done. As a manager when things are becoming overwhelming, you should stop and think about what needs to be done and how and when it should be done. This is also a great opportunity to get some ideas and feedback from your team of employees. I definitely agree that it is crucial to listen to the ideas of your employees. When you and your employees get together as a team to come up with ways to improve a certain situation I believe there will be less time spent worrying and more time spent being productive.

INSTANT MBA: There's No Need To Worry Too Much
Things don't always go as planned in the workplace but worrying about what is happening won't help the situation at all. If you start to get overwhelmed then it is better to step back and plan even if you don't have time. It is better to use that time to plan what you need to do, instead of just trying to do it as you go and messing it up to where you have to start over. If your too busy worrying, then you are not allowing yourself to think of new ways to expand your business.

INSTANT MBA: There's No Need To Worry Too Much
An important thing for a manager is to try not to worry. Worrying can cause a number of things to go wrong in that it creates a negative mental image of what could go wrong. Managers must be concerned only with the information expressed by the data. If a manager hears about things that are going wrong in the company, and decides to act, the manager could be uninformed. But if a manager has tangible evidence that there is a decline in work processes due to employee tension, they must assume the leadership role and get rid of the problem.

INSTANT MBA: There's No Need To Worry Too Much
When you have a big team of leaders and managers, you need not worry too much about the problem at hand. You have a full team at your disposal to help you through the day. It won't be a big deal when you realize that your team has your back and can help you pull through the problems.

INSTANT MBA: There's No Need To Worry Too Much
Worry stresses people out. It is a fact. When you worry too much, negative things start to happen. Your temper rises, you start getting hot, and you can no longer control how you talk to others. You become to focused in fixing the situation, you miss the big picture. Instead, we should find a way to keep our energy positive and focus on how the situation could be when it is fixed. This will help us to actually fix the problem and keep a positive environment in the mean time.

INSTANT MBA: There's No Need To Worry Too Much
I think this is something that most managers should try to do more often. When times get rough a lot of managers don't care how the job gets done as long as it does get done and that's not a good way to run a company. Some people may not be able to handle the stress as well as others but it's important to just take a few steps back and get your mind refocused on what needs to be done, and get your team focused the same way.

INSTANT MBA: There's No Need To Worry Too Much I like this article because so many people put extra stress on themselves by worrying about something. They stress themselves out by thinking about how much work they have to do, when is due, or if it's right instead of stepping back and looking for a better solution. Keeping calm during these situations is key and could actually make the situation better since you're controlling your stress level.

As a leader there can be a lot of stress with the job of running a business. It is important for leaders to communicate with their employees and takes ideas from them. Together everyone can collaborate and come up with ideas that can help solve a solution to the problem and help the company run more smoothly. It is also important for a leader to remember the mission and vision of the company. Make sure that you do not lose focus of what your mission and vision are and to also not lose focus of how you wnat your company to grow and develop.

INSTANT MBA: There's No Need To Worry Too Much
This is pretty obvious advice. No matter how tough a job may get, worrying about it will certainly not help. One always needs to step back and think about what needs to be done, and what is the best direction. Make sure you never let yourself get drowned in the worry. Move forward, move smart, and you will get it done.

INSTANT MBA: You Should Never Accept A Job You're Not Excited About
Being excited about your job means you are going to be able to go into work everyday and give your best performance possible. You will be able to keep fresh ideas flowing which will make you a huge asset. Taking a position you arent truly passionate about will not only cheat you out of becoming fulfilled with your career, but you will be taking a position from someone who may actually truly enjoy it while also hindering the company from having the necessary staff for growth and development.

INSTANT MBA: There's No Need To Worry Too Much
When the problems become large enough to begin worrying over them, it is time to take a step back and make some change. I recently had a situation in which one of the plants that I support was coming up extremely short on project execution. This had reached the point that I was worrying about the situation and even lost sleep over the situation. This helped me realize that I needed to take a step back and develop a plan. I sat with the leadership team in the plant and developed a plan to attach this situation slowly. We developed a system to measure our current production and also be able to measure change as it took place. We then developed a plan to move forward and begin measuring on a routine basis where we were so we could adjust as needed.
