INSTANT MBA: There is no such thing as failure
I think that each failure you experience in your career and life should not be looked at as a bad thing. A failure should be viewed as a learning opportunity and personal development. From the failure you have not learned what NOT to do and hopefully will not make the same mistake twice. Also failed attempts build wisdom to share with coworkers or anyone.

Alt Link 7: INSTANT MBA: Don't Negotiate Unless It's A Win-Win
Win-win situations are the best kind of situations. Instances where everyone benefits are good for cultivating future relationships. Unfortunately not every negotiation can be a win-win. If you can get more win-wins than win-loses then you're still doing good. You don't have to be a shark in negotiations.

INSTANT MBA: There Is No Such Thing As Failure
In my opinion, failure is not a reason to give up our dreams. Just like the article says, we have to persevere to achieve our goals, and no matter how many times we have to try as long as we learned from past mistakes. Seeing failure as a teaching experience is the right attitude in life; in most cases, we cannot pretend to succeed after the first attempt because there will always be a learning curve that we have to overcome in order to reach the expected results. We have to challenge ourselves every day to defeat obstacles and move forward in personal and professional projects. If we are really passionate about achieving specific goals, we should not be afraid of failure.

INSTANT MBA: There is no such thing as failure
‘Failure is never an option’ is the best saying that you can live by. Failure is just a mistake that can be used to create a better outcome the next time around. Using clinical trials as an example creates the perfect mindset to try to relate to. Some of the best outcomes come when you have almost given up and are trying an idea that you think would never work.

INSTANT MBA: There Is No Such Thing As Failure
In my opinion, each failure you experience, is just another lesson life has given you. It is a way of showing you a better way to do something. If you give up after one failure, then you stop learning. Life is about making choices, and those choices don't always work out the way you plan, but if you learn from them then you will expand your life and knowledge.

This article, in my opinion, is only true to a point. there are only so many resources a firm can dedicate toward a project, and after a certain point, the potential profit gained isn't worth the headache anymore. For example: I failed to create a collaborative effort with another firm in offering a new product line of training courses. these were designed to be high margin, high quality courses, but the other firm simply wasn't willing to put in the TQM ideas present in my firm. In order to raise the quality of the courses to the point I would be satisfied with would have been too expensive to be worth the effort, even though the product would eventually become profitable. The opportunity cost for pursuing that project over others was too high. So, I admitted failure and moved on to other things.

INSTANT MBA: There Is No Such Thing As Failure I believe there is no such thing as failure unless you give up once you fail. Many people fail at something and they just give up. If you learn from the things you may have done wrong the previous time there is no doubt in my mind that you will do better the next time around. I've mentioned this before, I am the type to try something over and over again until I master it. Each time I try I get better at it. It's like trying to beat a certain level to make it to the next. Each time you play that level you remember what you did wrong the previous times and you do better until you finally master the level and move on. There is nothing wrong with doing something you failed over again until you get it right. It's all about learning from your mistakes and working hard to get better outcomes. And even if you don't have a chance to do a certain task you failed over again because of maybe a deadline, the cost of doing that task over, etc., just learn from that and do better on your next tasks. I personally am not a failure. I'm a do better!

INSTANT MBA: Don't Negotiate Unless It's A Win-Win
A partnership with any business should always be a win-win deal. It'a a merging of two parties/companies to benefit each other, not one sided. Partnerships are great ways to merge two types of business to become one great business. It's should flourish both parties to become successful. It's an opportunity in business to provide additional services to your customers and allow other customers to use your services. A Win-Win for both sides.

INSTANT MBA: There Is No Such Thing As Failure
Every experience, opportunity, failure and even success should be viewed as a lesson. There is no such thing as failure because everytime you do something wrong or make a mistake, you take something away from that experience. You learn what to do, what not to do and what you can change for next time. The key to failing is to make sure to come back swinging the next time, and ready to conquer what you "failed" at last time.

Instant MBA: ‘There is no such thing as Failure’ I am a firm believer that if someone fails at something, it’s only because he/she wanted to fail. Just because you didn’t get it right the first time does not mean that it is time to quit. I personally am the type to keep trying until I execute, no matter how frustrated and irritated I may become. And even if I may not have a chance to execute whatever it is I am trying to accomplish(deadlines, cost, etc.), I will not walk away feeling bad or sorry for myself. I will walk away knowing that I did my best, and that I will work much harder at everything else. I admire the creator who created compound 606, because he never gave up on what he initially set out to do. It’s a beautiful thing to be able to walk around knowing that he saved people’s lives with a drug that took him over 600 tries until he finally got it right. This is a true demonstration of ‘keep trying until you get it right’, and I think everyone should read this and take notes.

INSTANT MBA: There Is No Such Thing As Failure
I like the idea that there is no failure just clinical experiments. In this view of how success and failure is looked at, it's more of a positive outlook than a negative one. I like how it took him hundreds of times to perfect the drug. With this, it shows how persistence overlooks failure or even complications within an experiment and paves the way to perfection. There are many ways to keep yourself from falling into a category where failure is negative. One of the main ones is to be passionate about what you are doing, and the other is the drive for that passion.

Instant MBA: There Is No Such Thing As Failure
I feel like I have said this so many times before, but again I do agree with this article. Just because you fail at something does not mean you have to give up, you just dust yourself off and try again. You try the same thing but in a different manner. I have failed at a lot of things and one of them was school but I kept on pushing and now I am a graduating senior with a 3.0 degree GPA. You should never give up on your dreams.

INSTANT MBA: There Is No Such Thing As Failure
The drug in the article can be viewed like the light bulb with Thomas Edison. He didn't look at it as failing 2000 times at making a light bulb; he said he found 2000 ways not to make one. Failure should not be the end of a project for you but more of a learning experience and something to gain on. If people in history stopped after failing the first time then we wouldn't be anything close to the people we are today.
