INSTANT MBA: Ask The Right Questions If You Want To Innovate
Innovation definitely comes after research. Companies have to find out what consumers need in order to create goods or services to satisfy those needs. Furthermore, if more than one business is targeting the same market, then it is essential to develop unique and sophisticated products to stay ahead of competitors. Focusing on the right questions is important to discover the best way of doing business, and in today's world, technology plays a key role in the design and development of goods and services. It is not enough with just having a great business idea; an entrepreneur must use the best tools available to be efficient in the process of manufacturing a good or offering a service.

Changing and innovating your company is one of the best things you can do to be successful. I think that the article brought up a good point about technology. With technology you have more access to your vendors, customers, etc and you can ask them questions and receive feedback to know what your company can do to change and develop. As a leader you should always strive to innovate and develop your company to keep up with the current trends and culture. This will allow you to meet the needs of your customers as well as challenge you to constantly be growing and developing.

INSTANT MBA: Ask The Right Questions If You Want To Innovate
Over the years while running projects in the plants, I have found it very important to ask the correct questions and listen carefully to truly understand the issues and concerns. It is very important to continue asking questions until you get to the actual root of the problem. Many times what an individual tells you the first time is built from emotion and not getting to the root issue. I find it very important to revisit some of these issues and ask more questions so you can continue to peel back the onion and find the actual issue that drives behaviors.

INSTANT MBA: Ask The Right Questions If You Want To Innovate
I think it is absolutely necessary to ask questions to anyone you are doing business with or for. Through questions lead to less ambiguity and it allows you to get a better understanding of the person's intentions or expectations of a transactions. Also, people like to be heard and when you ask them questions it will make them feel important and it will show the customer that you genuinely care about them, which will in term generate more revenue.

INSTANT MBA: Ask The Right Questions If You Want To Innovate
I think it is really important for a company to ask questions pertaining to the business. It is detrimental for a company to ask questions that will help improve the company rather than help a small part. I think the questions that my company should be asking is how can we maximize our associates time without sacrificing a lot of money to pay more associates.

INSTANT MBA: Ask The Right Questions If You Want To Innovate I think it's important for a company to ask questions because you never know what answer you will get or what answer will trigger an idea in your head. If a company didn't ask questions then they would find it pretty difficult to come up with innovative ideas for the future. But as the article mentioned, ask the right questions. Random questions that don't relate to what the company is trying to accomplish probably wont help but questions that at least have some similarities in company goals may benefit the company.

Alt link 59: INSTANT MBA: You Need 3 Things When You Start A Business
I think the most important of the three things needed to start a business is money. Money funds product development or tools and equipment. It pays wages, and any utilities for your headquarters. Money makes the world go around. Like todays link said if youre not profitable youre not really a business.

INSTANT MBA: Ask The Right Questions If You Want To Innovate
Innovation takes creativity. Creativity requires dedication. Dedication will not arrive unless you push yourself and others. Asking the right questions allows you to understand what a person is feeling and what is causing that feeling. You can fix whatever the problem is or just expand on what you are currently doing right. Everything in life depends on how you phrase the question.

INSTANT MBA: Ask The Right Questions If You Want To Innovate
Innovation can be a very tedious process for a company to endure. Constant growth in technology warrants a race for the most innovating product on the market. In order to answer the questions of what to innovate, you must ask yourself the right question to the people who use your product everyday. The best feedback for what works or what the consumer wants is obviously from the consumer. I personally have emailed companies from whom i purchase products from and tell them ways that i think they could improve.
