INSTANT MBA: Stop Doing Other People's Jobs
A good team will always rely on the participation of every member, and a good leader leader should always promote brainstorming and let others expose their ideas freely. From an employee perspective, we feel valuable when our contributions not just help the company progress but also are recognized and awarded. Managers have to encourage their employees to actively participate and contribute, so the firm can experience the benefits that result from a team synergy, which will help the company succeed by retaining and developing human talent.

A leader should be able to put together a team that works well together and does all of their jobs accordingly so that your business can run successfully. A team should be made up of people who bring individual talents to the team so that as a whole a job can be done. A leader should lead by example and set the example of team work and collaboration. When everyone works together and does their job well a business will be effective.

INSTANT MBA: Stop Doing Other People's Jobs
In order to be a great leader, it is very important to remember why you have all of your team members. They are a part of the team because they bring special skills and knowledge. It is very important to prepare your team with the tools needed to make the decisions they will face and then empower them to make the decisions. The best leaders are those who prepare and empower others. This will allow a team to be more creative and build an energy you will not find with a team that is not empowered.

INSTANT MBA: Stop Doing Other People's Jobs
All leaders want to make sure that they choose a great team. As a leader it is your responsibility to lead your team efficiently and effectively. It is important to make sure your team has the skills and knowledge needed to succeed. There is no need to smother your team or do their jobs for them. As a leader once you have given your team everything they need to do their job, you should step back and let them do what they are there to do. As a leader you are there to continue to motivate your team and lead them in the right direction, while giving them room to do things on their own.

INSTANT MBA: Stop Doing Other People's Jobs
This is a common American problem. We are so wrapped up in our job and are so scared to disappoint that we forget what our job is. We do everything necessary to keep people happy when all we have to do is do our job. Being able to delegate and know when you need to do something is a job within itself, but it is a necessary one. Finding a way to prioritize and know when to ask questions and when to actually perform the job will help you to succeed.

INSTANT MBA: Stop Worrying About What Other People Think
I say this daily in my workplace. If employees would just worry about themselves, and do their job, life would be easy. They are so concerned with what others are doing, it takes away from their work ethic. Everyone brings in certain assets to the workplace, that is why I hired them, so just do what I hired you for and work would be a better place. When you stop worrying and start producing, the workplace performs as a unit and functions more effectively and efficient. Use your best quality and worry about what you are doing, it makes work fun.

Instant MBA: Stop Doing Other People’s Job This article is very informative in its’ own way. I feel that if you as a leader continue to do the jobs of others, then there will be no room for success. Sometimes letting others step to the plate is the best answer. It’s okay to share the spotlight with someone else, it will not make you or break you, but it will enhance the success of your business. If businesses take the advice expressed in this article, then their business success will indeed become more enhanced.

INSTANT MBA: Stop Doing Other People's Jobs
As a leader you must make a team that has talents specified to each job or task. With making the best team, you don't have to assume the position of anyone nor have to take over the job for them. Train them to the best of your ability and use their talents to your advantage. You are not a one man show, and you should treat your team as a valuable asset to your business.

INSTANT MBA: Stop Doing Other People's Jobs
To be a good leader you must delegate and trust the people/person you are assigning tasks and responsibilities too. Also, it is important as a leader to build a great team of different types of people so they all have something different and another perspective to offer. The article says that "leading is a collaboration", that is so very true. As a leader you must be able to bring all these different personalities and talents together and make sure everyone including the leader can be proactive together and get the job done.

INSTANT MBA: Stop Doing Other People's Jobs
This is similar to other articles but it's still an important topic. This is an issue that is experienced in many businesses. A lot of managers just don't understand how to give responsibilities to the employees that work for them. If you don't want to delegate different tasks to your employees then you should consider a career change or do a better job at choosing employees that you are more comfortable with.

INSTANT MBA: Stop Doing Other People's Jobs I agree with this article when it said leaders need to give their employees room to grow because employees can only be their best given time. Leaders should trust their employees and provide them with the tools they need to be successful in doing their job instead of the leader covering up for them. The leader should know what's going on but needs to let the employees who actually know how to do the work do it. When the leader can trust his group, it takes pressure off of him along with motivating employees to prove that they can do the job just as good.

INSTANT MBA: Stop Doing Other People's Jobs
Being a leader is more than knowing everything and doing it all yourself. You must surround yourself with the right employees to help you accomplish those tasks. As leader you should be there for support and to answer questions, but you must trust that you have picked the right people to do their job. If you try to do everything yourself and keep interrupting your employees while they are trying to do their job, you will become overwhelmed and lose the respect of your workers.

Alt link 56: INSTANT MBA: Stop Worrying About What Other People Think
NO one will respect someone who only acts according to what other may think about them. History's greatest innovators had little to no regard to what other thought, they only knew what they wanted and what they had to do. You can not be afraid to voice your opinion or work toward getting your goals accomplished.

INSTANT MBA: Stop Doing Other People's Jobs
Being a leader means that not only do you have the ability to choose a team who will collaborate well but also to be able to sit back and let them develop their skills as employees with the proper guidance. I strongly believe in the idea that if you find the right group of individuals who are passionate about a topic, with the right guidance and tools at hand there is no way to avoid success. Being a leader not only involves providing support but also fine tuning in the processes of their employees.
