INSTANT MBA: Bad Reviews Can Boost Business In A Big Way
Matt McCormick has a wonderful policy in place. Feedback, whether it is positive or negative, is a good thing. As Mr. McCormick pointed out, a business can be improved by find out how they can provide better service. This practice also provides goodwill to consumers in the fact they are being listened to. It adds a personal touch that so many businesses lack. I also agree with the fact it helps customer service on the front end, by informing employees that feedback is not only encouraged but asked for. I like….

Bad reviews can help improve businesses. Reviewing the feedback can tell you what you need to change. It’s always good to listen to the customers because they make you. Customers can help you fail or succeed depending on how you use the feedback they give you.

I agree with this article. Whenever I come across a business or product's reviews, I get kind of skeptical of how credible it actually is, or if it's totally phony. This reminds me of a time I left a bad review from a place that I used. It was a special occasion strawberry delivery service, and when it got delivered everything was broken and honestly looked ridiculous. I left a bad review, I was angry. Within two days, someone from that company saw that review, refunded my money, and gave me a coupon asking me to give them another shot. Because of their care for their company and will to do better, I will use them again.

INSTANT MBA: Bad Reviews Can Boost Business In A Big Way
Most people will only write a review when they have had a bad experience with the business. So I don't think that just because your product has a lot of bad reviews, it is a bad product. When I am looking for reviews on a product, I look at them all before I decide what I am going to buy and sometimes I do buy the product with the bad reviews if I like it enough to try it out for myself. Most of the things that I decide to try are good, even though they did get a lot of bad reviews. Sometimes you have to listen to yourself and not others when you are making a decision.

I will agree to disagree on this article. Bad reviews aren't necessarily a good thing because it depicts the business in a negative light. In contrast, it provides feedback as to what needs to be improved and shows the needs of your clientele. Recently, I was on a hunt for a reasonably price hotel so, I read some of the reviews which weren't so nice. The manager of one hotel provided an apology in some cases and attempted to smooth over the flaws by addressing EACH and EVERY review. I wouldn't see this as a viable source to rely on in the future if I wanted my business to stay afloat.

Bad Reviews Can Boost Business In A Big Way
When I am shopping online for a product or service, I immediately look at the reviews. Some bad reviews have positive outcomes because for products, the manufacturers can improve any bugs to create quick fixes. Apple is an example of this by which it constantly has new updates for their apps and phones to fix any errors that may occur and that is all thanks to the reviewers.

This link talks about bad reviews and how they can help you. I disagree with this opinion because having experience with eBay i know how much a bad review can hurt. With eBay even one bad review can separate one seller from the next. Sometimes perfection is a must and when it comes to reviews I believe that this is true.

INSTANT MBA: Bad Reviews Can Boost Business In A Big Way
Customers appreciate when they have the opportunity to be heard. Whether the feedback is good or bad, they both can be beneficial. It is pretty easy to see why positive feedback can help. Positive feedback shows what the customer truly appreciate and gives people on the outside the ability to tell you your strengths. Receiving negative feedback gives you the opportunity to respond to the customer to see if you can remedy the issue and also gives you the chance to improve on your weaknesses. Looking at negative feedback as a positive thing can be a great thing for your business.

INSTANT MBA: Bad Reviews Can Boost Business In a Big Way
This article basically explains that any review is better than no reviews whether good or bad. Negative reviews can most of the time help your company because it gives negative feedback so that the company can improve on those things. The main thing is just getting recognition. Most of the time one customer isn't going to stop using a company just because of someone else's bad reviews, but they will at least know about the company to go and check it out, and then they might get a different experience and help promote positive reviews.

I agree with Matt McCormick when he says If you have been a positional leader, you can change. However, you need to recognize that the longer you have relied on your position, the more difficult it will be for you to change others' perception about your leadership style.

INSTANT MBA: Bad Reviews Can Boost Business In A Big Way
I personally dont think people would write good reviews about a company but this article says so. Reviews can help a company because companies can now notice what is wrong with there products by simply reading reviewing. Sometimes the people that critise your problem can help you in the long term. This can only grow and company and make them realize that there is a problem within the product. Good reviews are hard to come by since people like to talk about the negatives more than the positives. I always post good reviews because I don't enjoy the negativity as much as others.

INSTANT MBA: Bad Reviews Can Boost Business In A Big Way
I agree with the idea of the article but in practice I would not want negative information about my company posted because many people decide how to spend their income based on internet reviews. I agree that having all perfect reviews make your company look sketchy but having too many negative reviews will stop your business entirely. It is a delicate balance to learn from the bad reviews without letting them overcome your business.

Instant MBA: Bad Reviews Can Boost Business In A Big Way
No one likes a critic, and no business enjoys being publicly criticized in a negative fashion. This article attempts to discuss that bad reviews can be productive to a business's work ethic. I disagree with this article because every business should focus on being as productive as possible at all times, in spite of what critics believe. If the business is more concerned with what the public perceives them to be rather than what they actually are, then that business will never get ahead. Businesses should avoid reading their own press rather it should be positive or negative.

I agree with this article a lot because as we know social media have taken over the world these past couple of years, given people the freedom to do what they want. Especially on social network sites, because it seems like people gets some type of self-esteem boost when there hiding behind that computer screen. People write all type of disrespectful and mean things when there on social sites because they never had the courage to say it in person. With those types of bad reviews it can harm a person business or website.
