INSTANT MBA: Bad Reviews Can Boost Business In A Big Way
Very often I receive e-mails or phone calls after I have bought a good or service to check how satisfy I am with the purchase, and I am aware of the importance of this feedback from the business viewpoint. These reviews help a company improve its way of doing business, and from a consumer perspective, it feels good to be heard. just like the article states, bad criticism has to be taken as an opportunity to improve the product or correct the service; therefore, companies should implement a review system where customers can openly share their comments about the business no matter whether they are positive or negative, so the firm can better satisfy the needs of the market.

As a customer, you want to now that the company is concerned with your experience you have with them. As a business leader you should ensure that all of your customers have a good experience but reality is you can't please everyone. I agree with the article when they say that a bad review can show you where your companies weakness are and from those you can change and grow to improve. Customer service should be something that your company is always working to improve. A ad review can let you know sometimes what you can do to improve it.

Instant MBA: Bad Reviews Can Boost Business In A Big Way I think that bad reviews play a big role in a company’s success. First off it informs you of the service that is being delivered from employee to customer. Secondly, it will point out the weak areas and spots that need more work input. And finally, it helps formulate new ideas and projects. Although writing reviews may sound irrational, in all honesty, it’s a brilliant idea. While reviews may cause unwanted attention, it also draws light on what is going wrong within the company. Also, it lets the customers know that you do care about them. This will make profits fly through the roof, and generate more money because customers feel like their opinion mattered. If more companies pay more attention to the reviews and actually take action after reading them, companies would be more successful today.

INSTANT MBA: Bad Reviews Can Boost Business In A Big Way
It is very natural that we do not like to receive negative feedback, but that negative feedback can serve to help us adjust and grow. If we never hear from our customers about their complaints, they are most likely sharing them with other potential customers without the opportunity to correct the problem. I know that often when I am looking to purchase an item I will go to the reviews to see what I can find. I find it very difficult to accept the information given when it is all positive. I would fully expect that there are some customers that are not completely satisfied and when I have the opportunity to read their issues and see how the supplier has dealt with that I can make a more educated decision.

INSTANT MBA: Bad Reviews Can Boost Business In A Big Way
Bad reviews aren't always so bad if the company takes the reviews and use them to improve. If a customer writes a bad review about a product or service that your company provides it would make a lot of sense to improve the product or service by fixing whatever it was that the customer did not like about the product or service. I think referring customers to review sites isn't a bad idea at all. I personally love to read reviews, good and bad. This helps me to decide whether or not I should purchase a certain product, watch a certain movie, and so on. Reviews are not only helpful for the customer but also the company. Asking customers to provide feedback and utilizing this feedback to improve your company's products and services can definitely boost your business in a big way.

INSTANT MBA: Bad Reviews Can Boost Business In A Big Way
Customer reviews and surveys help boost a business. But all bad reviews will bring your business down. Having a bad review every now and then will help your business strive, but any more than that and your business will hurt more than necessary. Also, knowing that every customer is likely to write a review of how you do business creates a more challenging atmosphere for employees. As long as employees handle pressure in a positive manner and work to the best of their ability, you are likely to succeed.

INSTANT MBA: Bad Reviews Can Boost Business In A Big Way
I believe that bad reviews can definitely boos a business in a good way. A company could look at why it was getting bad reviews and improve on them. We do this all the time with the customer surveys, we want to know how the customer is enjoying their visit. By keeping up with the customer surveys, the business can track its progress and improve its bad reviews into good one.

INSTANT MBA: Bad Reviews Can Boost Business In A Big Way
Receiving bad reviews about a customer's bad experience should be used as a tool to make the company better. Reviews are great because it gives the unfiltered perspective and experience of the customer and the business can learn what there strengths are and what issues they need to address. Also, I think that employees knowing they could be reviewed by any customer at any time will cause them to think twice before not going all the way for the customer. Reviews can be a win-win for companies if they know how to react to them.

INSTANT MBA: Bad Reviews Can Boost Business In A Big Way
I've never really thought of bad reviews as being this beneficial but it does make sense. Most importantly, as the article stated, it gives credibility to the business. If a company just puts the good feedback up then some people might get a little nervous about it; the business could look to good to be true. Also, using the bad reviews to help the company improve on those areas is very important. It gives the opportunity to fix what you did wrong so that customer won't have another bad experience.

INSTANT MBA: Bad Reviews Can Boost Business In A Big Way I think that bad reviews are healthy for a company because it gives them a direction to go. If not bad reviews are received then companies could begin to stop trying to improve their product since no reviews are coming in. Bad reviews can motivate companies to not only fix what the customer was complaining about but to also go above and beyond expectations, leading to a better company. Employees, who take pride in their job, would work twice as hard to try and fix the problems as fast as possible in order to satisfy their customers.

Knowing what you did wrong can be very important in running a business. If a customer writes a bad review it isn't always a bad thing. Of course you never want an unhappy customer, but if you know what they are dissatisfied about, you can come up with a way to fix it. It also helps you know what not to do next time. Good reviews are just has helpful because you know what the customer liked about your product or service. Take a reviews and learn from them.

Alt link 55: INSTANT MBA: Hire People Who Are Unexpected And Unconventional
Unconventional wisdom is often the best kind. If you are fortunate enough to be able to surround yourself with people who think outside the box and go the extra mile when working, then you have the keys to making a successful company. Not every workplace is stocked with those kinds of people, but successful companies look for those kinds of candidates and breed that kind of thinking and attitude.

INSTANT MBA: Bad Reviews Can Boost Business In A Big Way
Reviews can be a powerful tool in business. Whether good or bad, they always have a positive outcome when looked at from the right way. This article seems to stress taking the good from the bad. Even if you get a bad review on a website, it can easily expose any weaknesses that could spout in even more customer dissatisfaction. Using bad reviews as constructive criticism allows for a better understanding of the businesses reputation also.
