INSTANT MBA: Leaders Need To Embrace The Bad Decisions That They Make
Humility is a incredibly important trait that leaders should have but unfortunately many don't. Leaders must be able to look at bad decisions, admit that they made a poor one, and then move on and improve from what they've learned. Leaders creating a form of accountability are very mature because they can admit and self examine when they are wrong. Ultimately, leaders are better off for being able to admit and move from their mistakes. That is a distinct competitive advantage they have over other leaders.

INSTANT MBA: Leaders Need To Embrace The Bad Decisions That They Make
I agree with the author and for me I think it starts with finding the right team members, finding people who are already passionate and driven about whatever their particular talent or gift is, and then giving them a mission, a vision, and a path forward. When people see that they can have an impact on something bigger than themselves, that's how they get inspired.

I agree with this article 100%. If a boss or anyone that has to make decisions doesn’t pick the right path to go, they shouldn’t simply give up. They should use their bad decisions as a lesson and learn from it. If they see that the decision wasn’t one of their best, than they need to find a way to fix it and not do it again.

INSTANT MBA: Leaders Need To Embrace The Bad Decisions That They Make
A leader that cannot take responsibility for their failures is a failed leader. If a manager can embrace the mistakes that the company has made and communicate the alternate route to success to his/her team, then that manager will always be able to motivate his/her team. This article discusses the importance of taking responsibility for one's mistakes. I agree with this article.

This article definitely helps those who feel like they have done something wrong in business or life in general. I committed so many errors that my parents just looked at me and said, "you have just learned another valuable life lesson." I feel like these errors help pave the way for people. If a business fails, don't give up, create another one and learn from what you did wrong in the past. The great thing about mistakes is that they are endless, which means that the possibility for learning and growth are endless. Being able to understand what went wrong, fix that problem, then succeed afterwards makes going through that entire process worth while. This leads me to think that nothing will ever be perfect, something will always be wrong or be improved upon, which is why mistakes are amazing occurrences, it allows for growth and learning.

INSTANT MBA : Leaders Need To Embrace The Bad Decisions That They Make
This article makes sense. It discusses accepting the consequences when you make the wrong decisions. It helps you learn from them and move on. When you truly feel regret over a decision you made, you learn a lesson to not make the same mistake again.
