INSTANT MBA: You Can't Do It By Yourself, So Find Others With Similar Ideals
These article hits on two good points: having a purposeful business, and collaboration. Having a business with more purpose that just making profits is beneficial for the business and for the end consumer. It is also important to collaborate with others who share the same passions as you to carry out your purpose. Businesses partner together and can combine resources to better reach who they want to impact.

This link talks about joining with other companies to accomplish a goal. It talks about how you can’t always do it by yourself. It is good to have other people who can help you in business. The reason is because it takes off a lot of the work load and allows you to expand.

I agree with this article. Working with a team means more heads to think, therefore less mistakes to make. Each person brings some idea to the table that the other person didn’t but they should work towards the same goal at the end of the day. Working with people that have the different ideas but same goals for a business works best because there is more money and more ideas going into the plan.

I feel like this is another commence sense ideal that goes into running a business. Of course people want to find companies to partner with that has similar ideals, it greatly beats having to fight for your ideals day in and day out because the company you are partnered with disagrees with your idea, or would like to go in a different direction. This is like choosing between having a life filled of drama or a nice balanced life, because you can't totally take drama out. I think everyone would choose the one with the least amount of drama and more collusion between two companies. Being able to find a good partnership will allow both companies to learn and grow with each other.

INSTANT MBA: You Can't Do It By Yourself, So Find Others With Similar Ideals
In modern society we as a people place too much emphasis on the concept of the individual and complete independence. This idea is flawed and misguided especially in business dealings. The most effective thing a manager can do is to surround themselves with people more intelligent than themselves to accomplish a greater goal. This article discusses that concept. I agree with this article.

45 INSTANT MBA : You Can't Do It By Yourself, So Find Others With Similar Ideals
This article talks about how companies can’t do everything by themselves and should look for other organizations who have similar ideas so that they can collaborate together. Two strong companies will be better than just one. Especially if they can do something better than the other company. That way they can combine their strengths and eliminate their weaknesses.
