INSTANT MBA: You Can't Do It By Yourself, So Find Others With Similar Ideals
For a company to truly be successful they need to find others who are similar to them. They need to find partners that believe in the same things that they do. When you make these relationships with partners that believe and think the same way you do, it can become alot easier to reach that final goal. A company's Brand is what they are. It's what they stand for and what they are trying to achieve. Once a company understand what they want for their brand, it's easier to find others that want those same things. It's also a good idea to make these relationships with these partners because they continue to believe in what you are doing, but they also are able to bring about new ideas. These new ideas could be exactly what the company needs to take it to the next step.

It is better to partner with someone with similar ideas than to do it by yourself when you do not have skills to execute it in a proper way. Attempting to do everything may be dangerous. Aligning similar ideas together can be helpful in creating synergy which yields better output.

INSTANT MBA: You Can't Do It By Yourself, So Find Others With Similar Ideals
Companies can be hugely successful when working toward a common goal. This is a basic idea that has been followed for many years. “The birds of a feather flock together.” There are times when a business partnership “feels right.” This is a good indicator they could be a good partner. If the company cultures do not align and the partnership seems difficult and cumbersome, it may be an indication of trouble ahead. When considering partnering with another company, communication is a key factor in determining if the partnership is a viable idea.

You Can't Do It By Yourself, So Find Others With Similar Ideals
There is the saying that two heads are better than one; in this case it could not be more true. To have a goal for your business or yourself, you can never do it alone; you need either someone to motivate you or another company to share that common goal with. Overall, to say one can make a business or goal come together on their own, would be setting them up for, perhaps, failure.

INSTANT MBA: You Can't Do It By Yourself, So Find Others With Similar Ideals
A person cannot do everything by themselves and neither can a business. In order to succeed in the business world, you have to partner up with other businesses. A company (especially a small company) needs other businesses; from suppliers to logistics to everything in between you cannot do it alone.

You can’t do everything be yourself. That’s why it is good to have business connections. If you have business connections, you can team up. Wal-Mart offers many different products. But they are not doing it along. Wal-Mart and their connections are doing it together as a team.

It is very important for business owners to do business with other companies who have the same goals and ideals as they do. Many big name companies do this to reach their ultimate goal that they could not do by themselves, but need the assistance and intelligence of another company to help them do so.

Having goals and attaining those goals can be tough. You want to align yourself with others who have the same passion as you, who don’t mind providing a helping hand and forming a partnership. Working as a team and having similar ideas could work in your favor. You have to ask yourself, “How can we both win and reap the benefits of a partnership?” In college, they emphasize the importance of networking and I now understand why because connections are viable in today’s world. In my career, I plan to utilize these connections and hopefully it prospers in my favor.

I agree with the article. Success comes much easier when you work with like minded individuals or in this case businesses to pursue a similar long term goal. The benefits and opportunities afforded to partnership outweigh the potential negatives as long as the company or individual finds the right partners. Cross promotion and the ability to reach goals quicker are useful in most areas of life and business.

Instant MBA: You Can Not Do It By Yourself, So Find Others With Similar Ideals
This is an important concept to remember when trying to manage or start your own business. Today, at work I was just thinking about someone from one of my classes who I would love to have the opportunity to start a company with because I think we have the same frame of mind, the same ideals, and our goal is to be successful. The similarities would make for a perfect start and I think it is important for any business to have great partnerships.

Sometimes its okay to ask other companies for help. You cant do it alone is right, different companies can help with the production of your business and grow it unlike any other company. This guy in the article knew that he didnt have the recycling aspect of the business down packed but he had the gaming part. In order for the guy to combine other of these aspects of his company he had to expand his brand and get partnerships with other companies. This guy also wanted to help people so that was also beneficial to his brand.

INSTANT MBA: You Can't Do it By Yourself, So Find Others With Similar Ideals
Nobody can do everything on their own. This article explains how companies join together with other aligning companies to help and build their brand. Taking this lesson to a smaller portion, we know that in order to succeed in a company we have to hire the right employees to carry out our ideas. These employees must have the same mindsets as you and also want to reach the same goals as you inside of the company. This way all of the main qualities are agreed upon, but the ways to reach these goals are always discussed in order to strategize in an orderly manner.
