INSTANT MBA: Negative Feedback Is Painful But Rewarding
I have experienced negative feedback in the past and it was very painful at the time. However, it was also extremely helpful to me and my personal growth. I think it is very important for anyone who is looking to succeed and move forward in life to know where they are falling short. While it is very painful, it is also very vital for growth.

INSTANT MBA: You Can't Do It By Yourself, So Find Others With Similar Ideals
Aligning your company with other companies who do not have the same moral values as you can cause conflict within the partnerships. Partnering with like-minded companies help push all companies involved to another level, as far as profits and company morale goes. This mindset also helps with other non-corporate ideas that you may have, such as environmental protection, nationalism, or non-profit work.

Finding partners should be done cautiously. There is no reason to use a partner if you business has or can get the assets it needs. In my case, I needed multiple partners in order to use assets that my company needed. There have big huge successes but also major headaches as a result. The partners you choose should have complementary assets that make it possible to do business, but if you can do business without them, don't do it.

I agree with this because in order to accomplish goals within a company, in this case it is making money and being eco-friendly, you need to have business partners who have your best interest in mind. You want to make money but you need the help of other businesses to help you achieve this goal while all at the same time you want to be eco-friendly. It can be hard for social entrepreneurs to do it on their own so there for, you need to be open to ideas and negotiations with corporate businesses. Remember, you want to achieve your goals and that means compromising.

When working at your own business it is probably hard to find dependable people who are motivated to see your dreams come true. It must be very challenging to continue to look for the right staff or someone to partner with. So I see how it helps to have someone who is passionate about the same things you are passionate about.

Although everyone would like to think that they can do everything on their own, often times this goal is a lot harder to achieve. It is important to keep an eye out for companies with similar interests that can help you achieve your goals in the long run. Companies can help bring ideas to the table that you may not have thought about before. Also, they may have more productive ways of getting the results they want. These are all reasons why it is a good idea to not neccessarily try and do everything on your own and partner up with other like minded companies.

Knowing when to get help on a project is a very important thing and that's why I agree with this link. This link talks about being a team with people of the same mind. When you are on those type of teams it gets done faster because there is not many things that both teams do not agree on. Whatever goals your organization and the other person's organization has they will be achieved fluently.

In business, you are not always able to accomplish all the goals that you want to achieve. As a result, many companies may have to combine with other companies to accomplish these goals. However, you cannot just randomly choose a company to partner with. Instead, you should be very selective and choose a company that has the ideals, morals, and goals that align with your company's ideals, morals, an goal. In doing this, you will ensure that the goals you company wants to achieve will actually be achieved and not just thrown to the side. This can be a difficult task to accomplish, however, it really makes all the difference.

Growing your company by partnering with other companies with similar goals and social responsibilities, You should review the companies history and meet with them to discuss their future goals as the companies become more involved with one another. I feel partnering with other companies should only be done in order to achieve a certain goal the companies need each other to achieve. Basically if you can outsource to achieve such goal, this could say the company money and become more profitable. There are lots of things to consider when partnering.

So basically in order for everyone to achieve their ultimate goals they should partner up with other companies to reach that common goal. Joining up in partnerships can take two companies personal goals or missions and together they can achieve new heights. So remember when starting your own company that not everyone can make it on their own, but if you seek out others who share your ideals then you can collaborate together to succeed.
