INSTANT MBA: You Can't Do It By Yourself, So Find Others With Similar Ideals
Good alliances and partnerships always benefit one or more organizations. Also, consumers and communities can experience the gains of certain integrations. For instance, many corporations are partnering with non-profit organizations to find better ways to be socially responsible and give something back to the communities where companies operate and beyond. As a result of this, I understand the importance of Turner's advice; sometimes, a single company need to work along with another firm to make a difference, and the goal is not just to maximize profits but also to operate without harming the social and natural environment. Finding a partner with similar ideals might be challenging, but the rewards of a stable partnership can be beyond expectations.

Instant MBA: You Can Not Do It By Yourself, So Find Others With Similar Ideals The idea of making it all happen by yourself seems great, but let’s be realistic; can you really do it alone? For some, asking for help to accomplish a goal seems far-fetched, but it’s really not. The only thing that will become of keeping your mouth shut and trying to do it alone is failure. The cliché “Closed mouths don’t get fed” is very true. Furthermore, teaming up with others that has similar ideas helps take some of the workload off of you. I do not see where this would be a loss, from my standpoint; asking for help is a benefit from every angle. This doesn’t just apply to upcoming business, but also everyday life. I rate this article two thumbs up!!

I really think that partnering with other companies is a brilliant idea. When companies work together there is a lot of good that can be done. Not only does this benefit each business, but usually benefits the community as well. When companies work together, they can accomplish bigger projects as well. In order to be successful you have to be willing to open those lines of communication with other companies and businesses so that together big ideas can be put into place.

INSTANT MBA: You Can't Do It By Yourself, So Find Others With Similar Ideals
You have come to the conclusion that you can't run your organization with the full potential that you believe it can have by yourself, so why not find another organization with the similar ideals to partner up with? Sounds brilliant to me. Working alongside an organization that has similar beliefs and visions as you do will arm you with a very strong alliance and competitive advantage. Maximizing profits is just as important as benefiting society. So if you decide that you want your organization to go green, it would make perfect sense to partner up with an organization that has already gone green and also has other similar ideals as your organization does.

INSTANT MBA: You Can't Do It By Yourself, So Find Others With Similar Ideals
It is always better to merge with other corporations with similar ideals so that you can expand your company. A lot of corporations have merged together, like insurance companies and telephone companies. A lot of video game companies have bought others out. Even some computer companies have merged together to make the most profit. As long as you keep your eyes on the prize, a company can keep growing.

INSTANT MBA: Negative Feedback Is Painful But Rewarding
I agree that negative feedback is painful but rewarding. It helps individuals learn about their weaknesses and gives them opportunity to correct the behavior. Helping them develop a better work habit. When giving negative feedback, be careful about the presentation. This conversation needs to be presented in a positive way with suggestions to improving negative behavior. Having a solution for the individual will ease the noted negativity.

It is important to remember that you can not do it all by yourself. It is great to team up with people that can actually help you pursue what you want done. I believe that it can actually cause your business to grow when you have the right people with different skills on your team. Never turn down help.

INSTANT MBA: You Can't Do It By Yourself, So Find Others With Similar Ideals
Teaming up with others for any situation is beneficial, but when you're doing it with a business you need to be comfortable with the other party and feel good about the direction your business could go with these other people. It's important to partner with people who share the same ideas and values as you and also people that you can trust.

INSTANT MBA: You Can't Do It By Yourself, So Find Others With Similar Ideals
Working by yourself can make working harder than it should be. Finding partners to make of work easier is the ideal thing to. For example, we find mentors of past people who have succeded at our job. This helps us find quick answers and solutions to problems that may or may not have been fixed. Work is an ongoing relationship that must be handled professionally and the best way is by learning through past mistakes.

INSTANT MBA: You Can't Do It By Yourself, So Find Others With Similar Ideals
Companies working together for a good cause can be a huge success for all parties involved. You're always stronger in numbers. Having more people there to give their opinions and ideas can only help the cause. If you try to do it all by yourself, it only makes things that more difficult. The sooner you ask for help the better.

INSTANT MBA: You Can't Do It By Yourself, So Find Others With Similar Ideals
At Raising Cane's, in order to make a difference in our community, we team up with several other organizations to achieve our goals. For example, we partner with different charitable organizations such as Share Our Strength in order to reach out to hungry children. We also hosts fundraisers for nearly all of the local schools. Without these other organizations to partner with, Raising Cane's would have a much more difficult time to stick to their mission of giving back to the community. I think this philosophy of partnering up with those with similar ideals as your own is very important, especially for a new company. Newer companies don't have as many organizations in their network, so it's necessary that they make strong alliances from the get go.

INSTANT MBA: You Can't Do It By Yourself, So Find Others With Similar Ideals This article makes a good point. So many people try to do things on their own because of pride but you can't do everything on your own. If your trying to produce the best customer service in the business but can't find a better way to run things then you may need to team up with someone who has the same perspective as you but with a different approach. The two of you would end up with a great business instead of you struggling to improve your business so I feel that there is nothing wrong with asking for a little assistance or teaming up with someone.
