INSTANT MBA: Company Culture Will Help You Through The Growing Pains
Company culture is stressed through all of my management classes and is deemed an essential part of any workplace. Trusting each other is an important part of corporate culture and helps encourage employees to come together to work toward goals and get the job done. The manager benefits from this as well because they get more quality work from the employees. The employees are more concerned with satisfying the manager.

INSTANT MBA: Company Culture Will Help You Through The Growing Pains
Culture like I said before in another comment is important when dealing with new people that has joined the company. Everyone has to be trusted and have an open mind when being in a company. When a company grows in a few weeks with about 15 more employees its hard to gain trust from managers and CEOs because they barely know you so they ask the question of can you be trusted and worth the time for company. People want to work with people they can trust and build a positive work career with, so trust within culture is extremely important.

INSTANT MBA: Company Culture Will Help You Through The Growing Pains
Keeping culture within a company is key. You always want to have some sort of relationship with everyone in your company. More than likely these types of relationships cause a positive work environment and helps your employees enjoy coming to work. This can help to grow your company because as your company enlarges this culture that was formed in the beginning continues spreading throughout all the new employees. They then are taught the culture of the company and enjoy it also.

INSTANT MBA: Company Culture Will Help You Through The Growing Pains
Many of these articles have been about company culture and rightly so; it's an incredibly important aspect of business success. Younger companies must have a very light and flexible culture because the business is constantly growing and changing. The author makes a good point about how culture can be what sustains you during times of struggle. Having a positive and optimistic culture may encourage employees to push through and stay encouraged when they feel down.

INSTANT MBA: Company Culture Will Help You Through The Growing Pains I totally agree with Aaron Rudenstein when he says, "In a small organization, there's nothing more important than culture. People tend to get fired up about their jobs when there's a dialogue that's trustworthy, friendly and doesn't require a intermediator or moderator."

In a business you want to be a leader who creates an open and friendly culture for your employees to be in. This helps to make employees to be more passionate about what they do and gives open lines of communication for them to be able to talk to you. When there is open communication in a work place it makes the whole environment more enjoyable for everyone. You and your employees will be happier and work better together.

INSTANT MBA: Company Culture Will Help You Through The Growing Pains
When a company's values are built into that company's daily operations then it's employees will be in sync with one another. Every corporate culture should be unique to the business that it influences in every phase of of the organization's operation. There will always be peaks and troughs in the business. This article argues that the most effective way to counter-balance the effects of a slow down is to establish and control the corporate culture as a manager. I agree with the concept of this article.

Rudenstine is basically saying that in order to create a successful business, a culture of trust must be established within the company when trying to build. The best way to do this, in my opinion, is to respect each individual’s culture within the growing company. This can be described as a culture within a culture. As long as everyone is open-minded and people respect (not necessarily agree with) each other’s culture, a foundation for the growing company is set to build upon.

This article seems like it uses culture and teamwork as one in the same. I always thought there was a split between the two but I can see how they can relate. Internal culture would definitely make a difference during hard time periods, especially if the people that work with you are devoted and hardworking. If a small business owner has trust with the people in the company, it will allow for many different options to be available when facing a crisis. Teamwork will ultimately be what saves the company from crisis but if there is someone there that cannot be relied upon it will take a large toll on not only the business but the moral of employees. Allowing for open discussions will enable the company to use all resources at its disposal, because having everyone thinking, speaking, and joining together to come up with ideas benefits everyone.

This article has the same idea as link #35. Having a strong culture is a part of your brand. Employees who are enthusiastic about the and brand of your company are what makes your company. Customers who see happy employees also become enthusiastic about the company and the products they offer.

41 INSTANT MBA: Company Culture Will Help You Through The Growing Pains
As a business it is very important to maintain culture. When your business is expanding and new people join, you should remind employees of the business culture. Also, it helps to show the potential new employee what your company is all about. Let them see first-hand how everyone work together and the atmosphere of the organization.
