INSTANT MBA: Company Culture Will Help You Through The Growing Pains
Every business hits some bumps in the road along the way, but if a strong company culture is in place then everything will work itself out. When a business undergoes changes in their staff, such as hiring or firing many employees in a short time, culture can be tested. If there is mutual respect, open-dialogue and friendliness incorporated in the work atmosphere, personal connections are easily made and helps every aspect run smoothly.

Trust is so important in business culture. Employees should be able to trust each other and their managers and in turn, managers should be able to trust employees. In a growing business when new employees are coming in, it is very important to keep that trust high in priorities. By keeping a good business culture while times are good and the business is growing, it instills this responsibility in employees and managers that will stick with them and remain intact when there are difficulties within the organization. The sense of camaraderie between the employees will make them feel more comfortable in their work environment and more apt to work harder and bring any issues they may have to management.

Company Culture Will Help You Through The Growing Pains
The way that the company culture is described in this article seems as though they are comparing it to a family. The fact that they are, is intriguing because that company has a strong foundation of trust. It says that once the trust is there, there will be open dialogue between everyone. Any time there is any sort of disagreement, the co-workers should express it openly without fear of the other co-workers. The trust established can build off of that opinion or thought that could perhaps help the business in the long run. All in all, in the struggles companies may face, it is good to know that there will be a great foundation of trust to rely on.

INSTANT MBA: Company Culture Will Help You Through The Growing Pains
I completely agree with Rudenstine. In fact, I find myself talking about my 'work family' very often. Our team is pretty amazing these days; we realize our goal, and we work together to achieve it. We trust each other's judgments, and we are comfortable enough with one another to voice our opinions, even if these opinions are not favorable among the group. We rely on each other, and we hold each other accountable. This culture based in trust, honesty and team work will linger even as our work team changes.

I agree that culture is very important to any working environment. New businesses have to create an identity to distinguish themselves from their competitors and inspire customer loyalty. Customers also like to frequent businesses where employees get along. The same goes for employees. Who would want to work a job where they did not feel trusted or get along with their coworkers.

INSTANT MBA: Company Culture Will Help You Through The Growing Pains
Company culture plays an important role in the company's overall success. Culture defines the way people do things, and most importantly it makes them accountable for things that they do. It also holds the whole company together. Employees feel better about their job and that shows in the rate and quality of output.

NSTANT MBA: Company Culture Will Help You Through The Growing Pains
Aaron Rudenstine mentioned four words that are crucial to any successful environment….trust, respect and open dialogue. These three factors define any culture whether it is personal or professional. If people feel trusted and can trust co workers and leadership, respected, and has an open form of communication then the culture will reflect a positive environment which attracts positive and productive employees. In a positive environment any problem can be worked out together… team work. However, if the opposite is true then a work environment will never be successful, even if the best and brightest are on payroll.

INSTANT MBA: Company Culture Will Help You Through The Growing Pains I really enjoyed this article most people don't focus to much on culture . When in fact in my eyes culture is that only thing that set each others apart. The business world and society. But for as far as the article goes the interviewed guy was right, you would want your employees to understand every culture and the culture that you are trying to represent. Cultures plays a big part in your everyday company outcome.

INSTANT MBA: Company Culture Will Help You Through The Growing Pains
Mr. Aaron Rudenstine is the co-founder and president of CityMaps, an interactive hybrid of GPS technology and social media. He advises today that a corporate culture that is warm and allows for personal connections promotes more success in growing companies. This is great advice because personal connections with bosses, subordinates, and peers will not only help an individual enjoy his job more, but also result in higher gains for the company in general. Whenever a growing company, such as Rudenstine's increases rapidly from 3 employees to 15, having a well-established and functional supportive culture helps everyone to adjust in the most efficient manner.

INSTANT MBA: Company Culture Will Help You Through The Growing Pains
I think that a good company culture will help to create trust between the employees. I think that the employees should be able to talk to each other in a civil manner about problems that they have with each other. If they can do this then they will also be able to talk about the problems that arise when they are working on projects together and they will be able to get the problems solved quickly and efficiently. Having a good company culture also enables the company to be able to grow and change as the nature of the business grows and changes.

I agree a company growing fast can be a challenge. If it grows fast, you have to get use to adapting. As long as everyone works together, everything should be okay. It will take time and practice.

I think that developing culture in a company is one of the most important things that can be done for the management as well as for employees. Company culture can give people a feeling of meaning for their work, as well as make them happy to come to work. Culture also gives people pride in their work, therefore it is very important to develop a culture that everyone in the company can be proud of.

Having a positive company culture says a lot about your company. Aaron Rudenstine, co-founder and president of CityMaps says, “The personal connections that I forge with people I work with are really important to me. If you can create a culture where there's trust, respect and open dialogue, everything will run a lot more smoothly.” That being said, if you have a team willing to cooperate with one another and debate civilly to get things done is beneficial. Being mindful of everyone’s needs and agendas could either make or break your organization during tough times. I think when everyone works towards a common goal and takes into consideration the feelings of others then, things will move in the right direction no matter how rough the journey may be.
