INSTANT MBA: Generosity Will Make Relationships Stronger At Work
I think this goes back to "Do Unto Others As You Would Have Them Do Unto You". I have found that even though I have been at the company longer than anyone else, the way I talk to them makes them want to help me whenever I ask for it. I help them when they need it and I am curteous when I speak. There are others in the office that do not use this frame of mind and they get no where with the employees. I completely agree that you can get stronger relationships with generosity.

INSTANT MBA: Company Culture Will Help You Through The Growing Pains
This article is based upon an idea that I have no experienced first-hand, but I can imagine that quick growth of a small company in terms of employees could be a serious issue that would need resolution in order to succeed. I think the article touches on an important idea stating that culture, even in small companies, is a driving force for keeping everyone on the same page and able to get along in a productive manor. Everyone has to learn their new place in a fast-growing company which if given the right culture can be an easy or rather difficult transition.

Company culture often determines the outcome of a company's success. the extent of team building within management can determine how synergistic the firm is, and how well it works with itself. This directly ties with company efficiency and margins. The better the culture, the more profitable the company will be.

INSTANT MBA: Company Culture Will Help You Through The Growing Pains
I agree with article a companies culture determines if the companies has success or not. This is especially true in a small organization, there's nothing more important than culture. You must connect and trust you co-workers and not talk behind their back or do other harmful things to them. From the beginning trust and loyalty must be ingrained in your employees and organization.

INSTANT MBA: Company Culture Will Help You Through The Growing Pains
It is very important as a leader in your organization to make sure your employees are comfortable, happy employees means that they will be enthused about working making a bigger profit. I agree completely with Aaron when he says "The personal connections that I forge with people I work with are really important to me. If you can create a culture where there's trust, respect and open dialogue, everything will run a lot more smoothly." I couldn't have said this any better!

I agree with this article because communication, trust, and, understanding among employees in the work place is crucial with the development of the business. When employees communicate with one another, there will be less confusion and orders will be clear among the employees and more importantly with customers. When they trust each other, business will run more smoothly and the stress level over all will be at a minimum. If you have a new business and you go from having four people working for you to thirty, it is important to get to know your employees/coworkers, communicate, trust, and understand them because it will be beneficial not only for you, but for your business.

This goes back to an article we read earlier about not being a micro manager. You want your employees to feel comfortable enough to come to you when their is a problem and you want then to know that you trust them to do the work you hired them for. You must have mutual respect within the company in order for the company to run smoothly.

INSTANT MBA: Company Culture Will Help You Through The Growing Pains
The majority of individuals work 40-50 hours per week. Getting along with your co-worker is especially important because you are spending so much time with them. Creating an environment that is trustworthy and friendly is the key to developing the organization that is run smoothly. If you do not have this, employees will not want to come to work. Therefore their passion for the job is lost as well. In turn, having either low quality products or not so great customer service. Every company is going to have ups and downs regardless. By having these strong connections it will allow your company to rise up.

As I have replied on other articles, I think it is very important as a company to have a culture that all the employees follow and believe in. The more aligned the employees are with the culture the better chances your business has of working towards a more successful output. If all of the employees are on the same page the better they will all get along and be able to work together. They will all trust each other and be able to communicate better as well. It just makes for a better work environment all together.

This link talks about starting a company with trust as a main part of its culture. That is important to the company because employees will be more comfortable, thus making them more productive. Also this will help your company in the longg-run and that will grow your company. This link also points out that people like to work for a company that has a good story behind it. That would have the employees more excited about their working attitude.

The focus of this article is on company culture within and communication. Establishing that personal communication or connection among those that you work with to make things run smoothly. In order for any business to properly function then communication is going to be most vital for them. Growing companies in particular can be susceptible to weak communication initially due to the weak chemistry they have. Easily enough though, establishing those personal connections or relationships is what will propel everyone to the next level.

INSTANT MBA: Company Culture Will Help You Through The Growing Pains
This article is very similar to another previous article. It states that creating a strong culture within a new business is very important to the success of the business. I completely agree with this article. I feel that a company's culture can either make or break its success. I do believe that it can be difficult to continue building a strong culture when a company is growing so fast. For instance, when a company keeps hiring more and more employees and they are not giving them any time to connect with everyone if can be difficult to keep the culture strong. However, companies must be aware of this a figure out ways to continue the strong company culture.
