INSTANT MBA: Your Idea Needs To Be More than Statistics And Well-Planned Presentations
Believing in your idea is very important for that idea to turn into something successful. Believing in the idea and presenting it to others in a positive and strong way is also important because you need others to believe in it also. Having others believe in your idea will make them be open to adding ideas and making it work. Allowing others to take part in the process is a good idea because they would want to help more if they know they were a part of creating whatever it is that they were doing. Helping others believe in an idea and including them in it will influence them to work harder to achieve the goal that was set.

This article discusses the importance of being passionate when you present an idea to your employees. You have to be confident in the idea. If you don't believe in it and have confidence about it, then how do you expect your employees to do the same? No matter how prepared you come for your presentation, if you don't have passion about it, you might as well not even present. Employees can tell when someone is genuinely passionate about an idea, and when they aren't too sure about it. Being positive about your idea will make your employees be optimistic about it as well.

INSTANT MBA: Your Idea Needs To Be More Than Statistics And Well-Planned Presentations
I like the way Narasimhan explained this concept. It seems like common sense, yet so many professionals make this mistake; they don't fully develop ideas to their full potential. To get your team on board with a new program or policy, it is imperative to get them involved from the beginning. Share your thoughts and concerns about the idea and get their feedback. Allow your team to help in creating the new plan by researching information needed to develop the idea. If team members feel like they are part of and fit into the bigger picture, then they can help develop the idea to fruition. With full backing, the idea can grow.

Instant MBA: Your Idea Needs To Be More Than Statistics And Well-Planned Presentation When presenting an idea, make sure your confident in what you want to get across. Prepare yourself very well and research a lot about the topic that way you know more about it then they do. If you don’t invest time in showing your audience how passionate you are about something then they wont want to be apart of your idea or business. A successful approach is a well-planned approach. Most importantly have confidence in what your doing. Make sure you don’t go into the presentation second-guessing yourself out.

INSTANT MBA: Your Idea Needs To Be More Than Statistics And Well-Planned Presentations
Narasimhan presented many good points in this article. Being passionate and confident in one's own idea is so important. If one is not motivating and passionate then the audience will feel some what unsecured. In the audiences' perception, why would they want to support and idea that the originator is unsure about? Knowing your audience is another great point. The originator has to understand their audience, start on their level, and build them up to what the originator is thinking; in a presentation that they can understand and relate with. The originator has to keep an open mind too. Constructive criticism can make the idea much better.

From the Beginning your idea needs to be part of you. Believing in yourself and your idea are key to having success. Preaching your idea like their is no other, Getting on a soap box, and any other saying about belief in yourself or idea is important. Getting the people who support you to believe and be passionate as you is just as important.

INSTANT MBA: Your Idea Needs To Be More Than Statistics And Well-Planned Presentations
I wish managers could understand this. Having employee involved in your ideas and creation of ideas is important because it makes it easy to implement if all all. Also i agree with her that believing in your ideas is most critical even before one present because people will see the weakness if the presenter is not in full faith with the ideas. People will not take it. Hence before you bring forward ideas, develop a confidence and believe in your ideas, get the employee support by including them as part of process and present the ideas to others.

For anybody to believe a product, service, or even an idea that you are trying to sell them the first thing they have to do is believe that you totally believe and support it yourself. If you do not believe in your product why should they believe in it either or purchase it. Instead of the usual statistical information or just giving a presentation you show them how much you support it and you could possibly rub your confidence off to another. After all that you bring in a team who's ideas also resonate with yours and never forget about the original idea that started it all.

"Your idea needs to more than statistics and well-planned presentations"
I agree with this article 100 percent. A presentation can look amazing and you can be well prepared, but an audience can tell when a presenter isn't invested in their presentation. When giving a presentation on anything, you need to show some enthusiasm about what you are presenting. You can draw a crowd into whatever you are presenting when you are enthusiastic. They will be engaged and asked questions about your presentation.

INSTANT MBA: Your Idea Needs To Be More Than Statistics And Well-Planned Presentations
The most important part of bringing an idea into reality is fully believing in the idea. One must express their belief in the idea as best as possible if they wish others to believe in it along with them. Without the ability to make others see that you are fully invested in an idea, you'll find much difficulty in getting them to follow. When speaking to others about an idea, one should be fully prepared to answer any question that might be asked by an audience. After explaining all the little things about an idea, a key thing to remember is the whole reason you came up with the idea in the first place.

INSTANT MBA: Your Idea Needs To Be More Than Statistics And Well-Planned Presentations
Knowing what you idea is and being passionate about it is very important when it comes to presenting your idea to others that may want to invest in it. If you do not believe in you idea and believe that it will grow and succeed then no one else will believe it will either. Therefore, when you are presenting your new idea to others it is important to be enthusiastic and passionate about it. Also, it is important to know you audience. When you know who you are presenting to and what they are interested in, it is easier to adjust your idea to appeal to them. That way it will strike them as interesting and good idea.

Chitra Narasimhan says, "If you go to a team with a fully baked idea, they're going to tell you what's wrong with it; make them part of the design process, and build support along the way. And most importantly, don't forget the big picture: It's easy to get caught up in the details, but don't forget why you thought the idea was good in the first place." Basically, Chitra saying be well prepared before entering a group meeting or meeting with your team.

Instant MBA: Your Ideas Need to Be More Than Statistics and Well-Planned Presentations
This article say that one needs more than just stats and well planned presentations because their is more important things out their that can destroy a business. In order for your ideas to be successful one has to believe in their ideas or others will not. If you do not believe in the ideas that you have then they will not come to life. This article could help one in the future by not worrying about telling people about your idea because they might be able to either help you critique your idea or put it into real life. If one only has stats and a planned presentation but does not execute the idea right then it will not be successful.

Your Ideas Need to Be More Than Statistics and Well-Planned Presentations
Knowing your audience that you present your idea to is a big key factor. We need to motivate them the same way we are motivated by our idea. They need to be able to see and feel what we do. Sometimes we get sidetracked and talk about everything else besides the main point; this happens to me all the time. As I am presenting a speech I set up for, I go over the points and leave out the reason for my passion. If we leave out passion, we are only spitting out words that are meaningless to the audience.

Instant MBA: Your Ideas Need to Be More Than Statistics and Well-Planned Presentations
When having an idea you need to make sure you are 100% going to believe in it. If you do not believe in your idea, whenever you present it to people, they are are not going to believe in it either. Also by believing in your idea you are going to be passionate about it which in turn you will invest more time into it, improving the idea. Once you are confident about your idea/product, I believe the audience will not be that important, since you will be able to deliver the presentation with "passion and optimism" that any audience can enjoy.
