INSTANT MBA: A Perfect Idea Is Not The Most Important Thing When Starting A Business
I enjoyed this article and believe it is very good that buisness owners listen to this becuase I think it can help everyone. It can help me because it will remind me not to hire friends at first and to look more into hire people who complement my skills and not soley look for people who I get along with. I think one should have a good idea before trying to start a buisness but agree it does not have to be a perfect idea.

INSTANT MBA: A Perfect Idea Is Not the Most Important Thing When Starting A Business
I agree with Berenguer. I don't think you have to have the best idea for a business right of the bat. I think you need to have an idea of what you want to do and get the business up and running, then let the company take off and develop on its own. Of course it is important to have a manager guiding it along, but he/she should go with the flow and don't hold the company back from blooming into something great. Also, finding a partner that complements your strengths is important because working with someone similar can help the business. Two similar ideas can then be worked and formed into one bigger and better idea for the company.

INSTANT MBA: A Perfect Idea Is Not The Most Important Thing When Starting A Business I agree with the author of this article in most issues that he brought up but not all.First, i don't agree agree with him that you can start your business with any idea, although i agree that it should not be a perfect idea but it should be close to perfect because this is something you need to take time to invest and if it will result in profits in the future or if it will get market. So i think you should make it close to perfect as much as possible. I agree that it should be should you like and work with people who you don't get along with because this are the people critique your ideas give you room to improve.

This article is talking about how having the perfect idea is not the most essential thing when starting a business. If you don't have the best idea starting out, it's okay because you will be able to fix it and improve as you go. Berenguer says to make sure you sure something you have a lot of passion for because it is something you will be doing for a long time. He also says to make sure you are very selective in who you choose to partner with. It's not always about finding the perfect partner, but one whose skills compliments your own skills. You want someone whose strengths make your for your weak spots and vice versa.

INSTANT MBA: A Perfect Idea Is Not The Most Important Thing When Starting A Business
I agree with Berenguer that when looking for a business partner it is important to choose someone whose skills and strengthens complement your own; however, I don't fully agree with the 'idea' part of his argument. I feel it is important to have an idea before beginning any venture. The inception of a business must start with a dream, which invariably starts with some type of idea. After ideas are launched, more detailed plans and goals can be created.

Instant MBA: A perfect Idea Is Not The Most Important Thing When Starting A Business I agree with this article because if you want to start a business it takes a lot of time and energy. At first you might not succeed with the idea you started out with but hopefully in the end your idea becomes your life. People start out with a concept and then they learn to grow around that concept changing it into something completely different. In the end, make sure its something your love doing because when you lose interest the business doesn’t mean anything anymore.

"A perfect idea is not the most important thing when starting a business"
The same thing about passion can be said about your major. You don't want to major in something you aren't passionate about or don't want to do for the rest of your life, and you don't want to have an idea you aren't passionate about either. In these two scenarios, you'll find you get bored and frustrated quickly. As the article states, "most businesses start with a different idea than the one they end up with." Most companies I've researched started with one idea, then ended up doing a 180 and ended up with an opposite idea. I've changed my idea, or what I wanted to do, about my career multiple times through out my college life. I originally started accounting because I enjoyed doing payroll. Now I am in accounting because I love the moral responsibility we have to the public when it comes to recording business actions. My idea of why I wanted to be an accountant may have changed, but the fact that I am majoring in accounting hasn't. A business type example could be with a business forming around internet technology. They may wanted to form a company similar to amazon and ebay, but ended up forming a career builder type of website. They may have changed type of business they do using internet technology, but the fact they are using internet technology hasn't.

INSTANT MBA: A Perfect Idea Is Not The Most Important Thing When Starting A Business
I like Berenguer's point of view in this article. He made a good point by mentioning a solid business plan should not be based on the idea rather the people to partner with and something one is passionate about. Being passionate about one's business when planning to be an entrepreneur is essential. Starting a business takes many hours and hard work, if one is not passionate about their business then they could easily become burnt out in a short time period.

INSTANT MBA: A Perfect Idea Is Not The Most Important Thing When Starting A Business
This is a great article that helps people think positive. Even though you start with an idea for a business, you shouldnt make it your final idea. Since we live in a fast pacing society, things change rather quickly. As a business we should also be able to adapt to those changes. If an idea was good 6 months, maybe it is not so good now, and it might need some tweaks to work. You can also think about this long term as well, the idea that once worked 10 years ago, could not be the best idea now that technology has advanced. It is good not be fixed on one idea and be open to other ideas as the market change to stay competitive in your business.

Having an idea to start with is important but do not get caught up in all the hype. Berenguer talks about the idea being the least important. I am not sure of that but definitely focus on how you are going to market, brand and produce this idea. Choosing who will work with you is also important issue to look over during the beginning process.

When starting a business out the most important concept is not the idea itself, but rather an idea that you would be passionate about. Once you have that idea in mind and you start putting it into motion whether it works out or not you simply modify it over the years until it is what you want to be. Basically if you spend time working on an idea that you love then over the years as you develop and modify that idea, then it could have the potential to be that perfect idea that you might not have originally thought of it to be.

INSTANT MBA: A Perfect Idea Is Not The Most Important Thing When Starting A Business
Though an idea seems important when starting a business, the idea is actually not important at all. What is important is starting with something that the individual is invested in on a personal level. By being passionate about your company, you can change or alter your original idea at any time. This fact eliminates the original idea from being a vital part of starting the business. I actually never thought of things this way but believe it holds alot of weight.

INSTANT MBA: A Perfect Idea Is Not The Most Important Thing When Starting A Business
The author makes a good point when stating that many businesses start out with one goal in mind and end up changing it and, in the process, becoming successful. It's probably due to the fact that these entrepeneurs did, in fact, choose partners and/or employees that complement their styles instead of looking for those who are similar to them in personality and characteristics. As the old saying goes, "Opposites attract." I'm guessing that in the business sense, at least, entrepreneurs should heed this advice. By doing so, they are more likely to provide the customers with all the aspects they are desiring from the company and, therefore, end up being a more successful business.

Inaki Berenguer says, "Whatever you choose, you need to find something you're passionate about, because Berenguer says you'll be spending the majority of your time working on it for at least the next five-to-seven years." Spending time on something you do no enjoy is not good for yourself in the long run, no matter how much money you making.
