Students,
This is another of the quick "cheat sheets" as to the resources that you will be using throughout the semester that are on the MyManagementCourse.com blog site and here on MyManagementCourse.FreeForums.net (do note they are two completely separate sites).
For the social media project, the most critical thing is picking a topic that is "right" for you (and there is no "perfect" topic). As I will emphasize in class, this DOES NOT need to be a business topic per se. Rather, it should be something that most importantly:
With those parameters in mind, you will likely want to peruse what students in prior semesters have done for this project (but DO NOT be limited in your own ideas by saying. "Hey, if it worked for them, I should copy one of the ideas and tailor it for my own needs"). That being said, here are links to compilations of prior semesters' student projects (with cautions that some student sites may indeed have been discontinued or moved subsequently from the link I have for them):
Now, as for the grade requirements part of this, please do carefully review the requirements for the project in your course syllabus. Then, please download and begin working with the two Word documents associated with this project. These are available at:
And again, if you have ANY questions, please do not hesitate to contact me - looking forward to a great semester!

. And the first thing that you need to address is the matter of topic (title) selection for the book report project. So, go to the following link to learn about the parameters and requirements for picking a topic for the project:
Selecting a Book for Your Book Report Project
Then, please actually post your topic selection with the required information (using the forum set-up for your specific MBA course section) at:
Topic Selection Forums for Book Report Project
Want to see "best of" student publications n book report projects (both to give you ideas on how to write the various sections, what to use as reference materials, etc.)? Please look at the student publications at the following link:
"Best of" Student Publications for the Book Report Project
Finally, AFTER you actually earn an "A" or a "B" on your project, then it will go through the publication process. For a guide on how to best use the publication to your advantage - on social media and on your resume, please reference the following link:

- You TRULY have an interest in
- You will want to continue beyond this semester (and hopefully for many years to come)
- That you are willing to make part of your public social media presence across multiple platforms (not just your website/blog site), but on Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, etc.
