Having control over life and death is what most of us yearn for. This last lecture is different from most. He focuses on the benefits of life rather than wishing he had more time. He relives his family adventures and helps us to focus on the good parts of his life.

I have seen the video of his last speech before this post and it still touches me. I personally have no idea what my last speech would consist of. A video like this makes you think back to what good you have done and what you have achieved in the years you have lived thus far. Due to this video I have realized that I have actually not done anything I would actually want to share with an audience. I need to do more with my time on this Earth, "tomorrow is never promised so live today to the fullest". This phrase is hard to live by, but if I work hard to try this then I can be more satisfied about my time here.

I like that he's still trying to enjoy life and smiling at it even when things may not be going his way. I have great respect for anyone who can do that. I also like the point he makes about waiting for things to come and giving everyone a chance. Many of us judge people on the first word that comes out their mouth, but if you truly want to get to know someone take the time out and spend it talking to that person.

This was a very emotional and strong video. Do not think that you have control of your future at all times. Live your life to the best of your abilities make the right choices and your future will pan out. The way he talks about his last lecture thinking about that is really sort of an uneasy feeling. Seek out and accomplish your goals, do not worry about the end you are here now and make it count. This is a very strong video with a great message that i feel everyone needs to see.

I found this video to be very inspiring and is something people should watch. This video focuses on the effort of taking time to focus on what is important to you. It can be your family, your friends, your work, your loved ones, etc. I feel like in todays world it doesn't take much for people to lose sight of things and don't really focus on what is important in life. You should focus on what you can control rather than what you can not control! Always keep a positive attitude!

My last speech would be an eclectic spewing of thoughts that I would want to get out of my head. I feel as though I would have so much to say to certain people with so little time to say it. I'm not sure if I would even be able to put structure to it.

The brick walls are not there to keep us out, they're there to see how badly we want something. I agree with Randy and like this because it is so true about how to live you life. It is inevitable, you will come across hard times and obstacles in your life and you will have a choice. You will either give up or you will look right past that obstacle at your goal and you will get over that obstacle because that's what you have to do to get to your goal, whatever that may be not only in business, but in life.

The video is really interesting. Mr. Pausch really inspired me. What I liked most is that he tells us to give time. He says wait long enough and give everyone a chance. He also made me realize how valuable one's life and shoould always try to live life to the fullest.
