The sky is the limit. We put ourselves in our own way by telling ourselves we can't or its too hard. If you have a goal and a vision get to and don't stop till you do. This is how you reach Self- actualization.

Being good does not necessarily mean you have to be the biggest and the baddest player. Instead it means you need strategy on how to win. Accuracy and prestige comes from the process it takes to get there.

I've never thought of comparing MMA fighting to working, but it makes perfect sense. In order to be successful, you must be smart, practice, and work your hardest. You may loose, or have unexpected problems, but if you perceiver you will eventually turn out on top.

This is a nice motivational video that explains how once you set out to do something do not stop till it is done. Go until you collapse, finish what the job at hand is. This is a good tip to use in the workplace and in everyday life. I would pass this video around to my colleagues. He does Insurance during the day and is a MMA fighter by night. He does it to find out more about himself and works hard for it. He compares MMA fighting to a business, always competing and face to face with someone who is willing to work as hard as you are.

I like how he add working out with a business aspect or twist on it. I agree, they are very similar in ways. Always be the hardest worker and don't leave until the job is finish. It's not always fast, it takes time and focus. The more you push the harder you will work. Set goals and nothing will get in your!

Having goals is necessary for success in anything that you do. Using those goals as motivation can be very empowering. Also never backing down once these goals are set. When you change goals or give up you would have wasted all that time.

What he said could not be more true. What you put into something is exactly what your going to get out of it. If you have a goal and dream you can't let things get in the way. You must conquer what you want to do and strive to be your best at it.

This video contains one of my favorite quotes and Michael Casill gives some very good words of wisdom. "What you put into something, is what you will get out of it." So simple yet so much easier said than done. This quote reminds me all the time that if I want success in my life I have to work for it. No one is gonna give me anything for free or hand me anything I have to go out there and get it. Hard work is the only way to make a good life for myself. Even though is feel bad for the people standing on the side of the highway with a cardboard sign, I also wonder why they cannot get a good. I am nothing special and I do not have any special qualifications, so if I can get a job that puts food in my belly, why can't they. I will never understand that. I also really like when Michael says that when you have a dream obstacles don't even matter. You just overcome those obstacles and keep going towards your dream. Thats how I feel about my chosen career path. I don't care what obstacles I come across because I am going to make my dream happen no matter what.

The phrase from this video that stood out the most to me was "what you put into something is what you are going to get out of it". This phrase can apply to business and personal life. How much hard work, time, and dedication you put into a task is ultimately going to decide the end result. If you are willing to do what it takes then the reward should be handsome.

This is so true. You don't have to be the biggest or baddest person in order to reach your goals. Will power is very important. If you believe you can do it no matter how hard it may seem you can do it.

Learning how to fight smart is the best way that you can run any business. Sticking to goals can be very rewarding, but even through failure, you must stay committed. Being able to stick with your opponent and holding on by a thread will cure any big head that may have been created. There is nothing that can stop you if you fight smart and stay committed with your business.

This was a very interesting video. I really like the video's that take people passions outside of the business world and apply them to their daily professional jobs. I really want to know what this guy's coworkers say when he goes to work with black eyes.

In this video he compares the benefit of diligent training to that of his professional career. I like when he said that there is not an immediate benefit, but the reward is in the long-run. Training takes diligent routine and dedication, much like running a business. Day to day operation of a business can be a tedious thing, but the reward is in the long-run.

He said it's not always just about the fight or the destination, but it's about the journey to get where you want to be. There's no room for egos getting in the way. The main point that jumps out at me is how he mentions going for your goals and not letting obstacles get in your way. You don't have to be the biggest, baddest, best fighter to win. You have to have the skill, the will power and the drive to reach your goal, same goes with working in a business setting. Hard work, organizing priorities, setting goals, and being committed to getting the outcome you want to see will give you the motivation to be productive and finish the job the way you want to.
