This video brought up a lot of good points toward owning your own business. One point he made was in order to successfully run a business you have to set your priorities and commit to them. I think this is my hardest struggle with owning a business. You really have to make sure it's exactly what you want to do day in and day out and commit to that. There is no going home until the work is done and no giving up. You have to be 100% committed 100% of the time.

In setting goals that will be obstacles that may appear but getting past those obstacles is the key to achieving those goals you may have set. Nothing in life come easy and those obstacles are training grounds for experience purpose to help you achieve any goals in life. Goals must be realistic and obtainable in order for them to be achieve in life.

This video had some very good points that related to the world of business. He claimed that he worked hard and had to set his priorities right. I feel that aside from family and God, your job is very important and it reflects the type of person you are. You should be passionate about it and want to put one hundred and ten percent into your job. He also stated that you get out of things what you put into them. This is a saying that has always been important to me and is something that everyone should live by. If you do not put any effort into something then nothing great will come from it. You need to put a lot into something if you want results.

Ok I just liked this video. Work smart, fight smart. Just awesome. It's not always about the fight only, but the journey. He illustrates something unexpected about the MMA fighters. I also see that it is an outlet for him as well... he states that he doesn't go to bars and fight or look for trouble, he gets that side of him out in the ring. So he has found an outlet.

I definitely enjoyed this video. I think the message was dead on you have to put in the work. It's really that simple no work, no progress. Furthermore, that goes for if you're working hard or smart. My favorite quote from this video is "obstacles don't mean anything." I really took a lot from the video and use it to accomplish goals.

I think that setting a goal for yourself and fighting hard for it is the best way to accomplish things in life. You get what you put into your work at your job and at home. I like that he said the journey has been the most important part of what he does. I think that the end result isn't always what's most important it's what we learn from that journey that makes us who we are, and helps us to achieve those goals in the end.

In actuality, any professional sport is similar to a business. You have to have a plan, you must work hard and make difficult decisions. Nothing comes easy despite how talented, lucky, or cocky someone is. There is hard work that needs to be done to become successful and also to continue being successful.

TITLE - Fight Smart
This video had some very good points that closely match the nature of doing business in the world. He claimed that he worked hard and had to set his priorities right. I feel that aside from family and God, your job is very important and it reflects the type of person you are. You should be passionate about it and want to put one hundred and ten percent into your job. He also stated that you get out of things what you put into them. In this video it is indicated that setting goals is important. It also motivates the listener to never give up. Always strive for success. Being patient can help lead to success. Those who seek instant success can have a hard time finding and completing their goals of becoming successful.

Personally, I see absolutely zero point in fighting. How can hurting another person be satisfying to anyone? His relation to the business world is a great example though. Overcoming obstacles can be challenging. The more prepared you are for that obstacle coming your way, the easier it'll be to defeat.

I agree with video you should not stop working until the job is done. As my mom said to me do not put off what you can do today until tomorrow. I finally understand what she means about 4 years of college. In the real world this is used everyday especially since I am so involved in organizations and activities on campus it is important that I do not stop until I am done. I have learned though there is a limit and you need to know what your body can take and what it cannot.

While we rely heavily on our personal strengths, we should always revisit and improve our weaknesses. Once effectively done your path should be clear to your goals.

What you put forth is what you will get out of a situation or goal. This is the best advice anyone can receive. It seems to be a common thing as generations pass that people want a silver platter put in front of them. It shows great strength and integrity to actually work to achieve things. There is no greater feeling than looking back on a situation and knowing your own sweat and hard work got you to where you are, and the bumps along the way only make it sweeter.

I love his comment about the journey and how it more important. He also mentioned that he fights to get to know himself. I wish other people were that insightful. There are so many people who gripe and complain about their situations and lives but they don't realize the value in the lesson being learned. We all have to go through different scenarios and it is how you handle them that defines your life, not your title.
