I liked most of the analogies he used to compare MMA fighting and preparation to the business world. I really think I could take this guy though. He leaves himself open a lot, and I feel like I could sweep his legs out, and then once I get him on the ground it's pretty much game over.

I am always a little weary about inspirational videos as they tend to lack substance or explanation. However, the overall message of this one is good in this fact alone: trying your hardest towards your goals is the best way to achieve your goals! This stated fact is hard to argue as it is rare to achieve success by doing little or nothing at all. Exceptions and outliers, such as lottery winners deserve their inheritances just as much as the next person…that kind of luck is uncommon.

TITLE- Fight Smart
This video is a great reference for portraying the intended message. In the business world we cannot depend on strength or previous success, rather, we must be smart. Businesses must attack a market like a fighter attacks an opponent. First, by properly preparing and understanding the strengths and weaknesses of the opponent, as well as, their own. Then they must implement and execute the plan through diligence and determination. This message is valuable to businesses in any market.

I like his work ethic and his determination. He puts everything he has into whatever he is doing wether its fighting or business. Once you set a goal for yourself you cantlet anything get in your way. I really liked this video.

I don't really agree with fighting but he made some good points. For him, fighting is his passion. He doesn't do it for the money, the fame, or the girls, he does it to find out more about himself. It requires a lot of focus and determination. You have to know what you are doing or you will fail and get hurt.

I could never personally be a fighter, because I am not athletic enough to do it. It is interesting to know that people who fight also have other jobs during the day and fight at night. The speaker in the video uses the same drive in work as he does when he fights. When he works, he never gives up a task until it is finished. When you are fighting, the other person is driven to hurt you, and your goal is to injure them first. When you have a dream, you can't let challenges succeed.

This video is a great example of that if you want something bad enough then you will find a way to accomplish it. Like I mentioned in a previous video, no one can motivate themselves better than yourself. You do not have to be the fastest runner or best athlete, but you should be the hardest worker. You are only going to accomplish what you want if you push yourself to achieve it. It is not going to be easy, but in the end it will be worth it.

This is an interesting way to look at fighting. I personally dont personally see the point in this sport. However, I can respect his take on it. It does make me think about the things I do in life and value them the same way.

This was a good motivational video. You can’t let excuses or obstacles get in the way of your dream. You must work not only hard, but smart to accomplish your goals. Consistency is key to doing this. It’s important to anything in life. Without doing your best on a consistent basis you won’t improve. Also, staying humble throughout your journey, you’ll lose people. Most people see the best in themselves and know what they are capable of. We must do our best every day to show others what our best is rather than telling them.

Hobbies and sports or other activities can help one develop the skills they will need for the work place. Hard work and mental toughness are very important to have in the business world. As the video showed, he was able to take what he learned in fighting an apply it to the real world. In order to feel accomplished or reach an achievement, you have to be able to go the distance. Whoever will be able to overcome an obstacle will be the one that succeeds in life and the business environment.

This is a good video comparing his goals to overcoming all obstacles and achieving in his fighting as the same that you would put in your business. Very good points made on meeting your goals and dreams.

This video was very cliché to me. Of course, the harder you try, the more you train or practice, the better the outcome you will receive. Everything you go through is important though, even when you fail, because it teaches you something that will help in the long term or the future. In the end, it betters yourself. Follow your dreams, but be willing to work for it and fight for it.

This video is great, I definitely agree that you get whatever you put into something. I think this also has to do with doing what your passionate about or just enjoy doing, of course there will be hard times but it makes the work more enjoyable. I'm the kind of person that puts my all into everything that I do, I hate leaving things undone when I know I can do more. Sometimes it could be a downfall but i believe it's a good quality to have in business.

This is a great video explaining that you can’t let obstacles get in your way when trying to achieve a goal. It is important to work until the job is done and set priorities and goals. What I took from this is what you put into something is what you will get out of it. So if you put a lot of effort and time into something the payoff will reflect that.

This video was really cool. I like how he starts off by saying that he fights for himself and not for any other reasons. Just like work, the payoff isn't immediate. Any job takes a lot of focus and consistency to succeed just like fighting. The journey just like the training is very important. His point of saying that there is no room for ego is a great point. Having a big ego will only hurt you.
